Vanno per la maggiore le stuzzicanti composizioni di formaggi e pesce accompagnati da verdure e gustose idee ma soprattutto quelle con desiderabili salumi quali la Culaccia di Parma, il Salame Rosa, il Pata Negra, il Crudo affumicato... Materie prime selezionate, ingredienti di prima qualità, accuratamente scelti per prelibatezza e genuinità. Benché invogliati da internazionali Angus e Tomahawk, siamo stati sedotti dalle più nostrane Tagliatelle con Porcini di Borgotaro, dal Baccalà mantecato e da quello alla vicentina con polenta; davvero top, deliziosissssima, la lacustre trota marinata con puntarelle e burrata. L'ambiente è piacevolmente moderno e confortevole; in sala grandi sono l'attenzione e la cortesia; il locale è affollato anche grazie ad una clientela locale affezionata, che torna spesso. Una sosta gastronomica consigliata.
