Los anfitriones son dedicados y preparados. La camarera, cuyo nombre lamentablemente desconozco, es increíblemente paciente y amable. Si quieres cenar aquí, tienes que reservar con antelación, pero es posible que puedas sentarte y cenar. Esto es más probable entre semana. Recomiendo de corazón el lugar a todo el mundo. IT es una verdadera sensación toscana cenar aquí.

05/06/2025: Best Gelato in Florence! There is a wide range of Flavours such as pecorino cheese and olive oil. The fruit tastes beautiful and is freshly sourced and made fresh every day. The Granita is the best I have ever had it is so fruity and Authentic. The owner is very helpful when choosing flavours and a kind lady.

18/07/2025: I'm used to other ice cream shops in the area, but this one doesn't quite reach their standards. The ice percentage is quite high, and the end result leaves a watery taste in your mouth. There's definitely much less fat. So, if you want a lighter, more discreet ice cream, this might be a good choice, even if the price is high for the quantity and quality.

13/08/2025: We don't know if we happened to be there on a bad night, but the staff was very agitated. That said, we expected excellent food based on the reviews, but that wasn't the case. Long story short, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms tasted like a Mexican dish because of how spicy they were (since when does spicy go into a dish like that?) and then the pappardelle with wild boar, which, well, maybe the sauce was Barilla, and the tagliatelle were definitely not Barilla, but rather off-brand, I swear... and already pre-cooked. The Angus steak was the second course... it would have been... but we didn't have the chance to try it because we got up after a 40-minute wait. The reward of the evening (not as excellent culinary-wise as we understood it to be) were the local ladies outside enjoying the night, wonderful 🥰👋🏼

13/08/2025: The food was good, what I could eat! I regret not having eaten the rest of the order because I'm sure it would have been good too, but after waiting more than 40 minutes for my first course, I realized they'd forgotten, so I had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses and a bowl of chickpeas. The location needs improvement! The service was kind, from the waiter and the owner, but that's not enough. You also need to deliver good service, and that's what's missing in my one experience, both due to the timing and the oversights. It's a shame because the cooked dishes are otherwise good.

14/07/2025: Takeout is preferred, with very fair prices and delicious baked goods, both sweet and savory, with a wide variety of options. Recommended for a quick breakfast or brunch before heading into the heart of Florence from Ponte Vecchio.

01/08/2025: After a visit to Camaldoli we had lunch in this place which was generally clean, the staff were friendly and the dishes were typical of Tuscan-Romagna cuisine. Overall, it was an honest place with average prices.

I salumi sono stati davvero ottimi, Il personale è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità e cortesi.

The owner, Valentina, welcomes you with kindness and warmth, and you immediately feel welcome. Valentina doesn't just present the menu; she explains it to you, and with it, the dishes she prepares, which speak of a time-honored culinary tradition, local flavors, and forgotten recipes that are once again at the forefront. The menu is limited, and in my opinion, this isn't a flaw; on the contrary, it's the quality of the ingredients, the authentic flavors, and the meticulous preparation that take center stage. The portions are just right, sized to allow you to explore multiple options. You certainly won't leave hungry; on the contrary, you'll enjoy the experience, the time, the company, and the exceptional dishes. Trying the pappa al pomodoro and panzanella, or the pici with leeks and sausage, is a must. The turkey ossobuco is a true delight, and the "Chianti tuna" is a true gem of traditional cuisine. The desserts are also truly excellent. We hope to return soon to try the rest!
