24/07/2024: Very welcoming couple with tourists, very good advice to serve us their specialty without pushing consumption. Homemade pizza, well stocked and very tasty. I recommend.

15/08/2024: On the side of a beautiful road that crosses the countryside in the Crete Senesi we find this tavern which is a real tavern. Special mention for the Tuscan ragù made to perfection and the bread. As usual if you come across places like this: you eat well and you spend the right amount.

07/08/2024: What a spectacular place. Very traditional Florentine restaurant. We were tempted to order the big T-bone steak however we were looking to try as many flavors as we can so we got the the steak with braised onions and the truffle pasta and then shared both dishes. We also had the chianti. And oh my god! Everything was delicious. The pasta was so creamy and flavorful, the steak was so tender and the braised onion gave it just enough of a tangy taste to balance it all out. The wine , well , it’s Tuscan wine, so you know it’s going to be good!

The cuisine is wonderful...the rosé wine from Tuscany, a bottle of Aqua Gusta Rossato served in a stock of ice...the perfectly cooked squid with vegetables very good...and the pasta with meat stew also very good .. 23/08/2024: I love this place, I go there often, for me everything is fantastic and therefore worth 5 stars for food, service and environment.

21/08/2024: 5+ star location, serene environment where you can spend time immersed in reading. The place made me fall in love. 4.5 for the menu, extensive with vegan products, I recommend providing a guide for non-experts on the ingredients used. I also recommend putting a calorie guide for those who are health conscious. 3.5 stars for the prices, decidedly above average, even if partly justified by the use of particular products. 4 for staff; not quite as jovial as I like, a little too formal and detached 1 star for the toilets: very beautiful to look at, but terrible smell. 08/21/24 I was there today for a mid-morning snack. I confirm that I am in love with the location: beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Excellent menu as always. Prices above average, but understandable (1 soy cappuccino, a slice of baked cake and a smoothie, 11 euros) Staff: friendliness and smiles are not mortal sins; you can improve Fixed bad odor problems from bathrooms. It is the best place (perhaps the only one) where you can spend a relaxing hour

28/08/2024: Simply delicious! We can't say more... The conditions were very nice and made recommendations. The food was super good! The pizza at the end was good; A little soft in the middle due to the topping, but super tasty. We'll try it out at home too. It was a very delicious evening!

09/08/2024: As soon as we arrived, we ordered seven pizzas to take away. In a far from nice way they told us that they would make them as long as we were not too pretentious with any special requests. Two pizzas ordered should have been capricious without mozzarella and with raw rather than cooked ham due to lactose intolerance. With some very questionable looks between the waiters in terms of kindness and friendliness (I can't understand how difficult it is to put slices of raw ham instead of cooked), they accept the request but, when we go to collect them, both are without ham. To make the experience even worse, the presence of hair in two of the seven pizzas ordered, without considering the fact that, having made separate accounts, different prices were applied for the same pizzas. The icing on the cake, we had asked, given the takeaway to be able to eat on the beach, if it were possible to kindly cut the pizzas, but it was only done for some.

28/08/2024: Great kosher dairy spot in Florence. One of the only kosher restaurants in Florence, your other option is Ba’Ghetto, but that’s meat. Amazing food, the man who owns the place is very polite, polite staff as well. Pizza is amazing, pasta is amazing, caponata is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

22/07/2024: We had dinner in this place during a trip to the area and we were delighted: the environment is taken care of down to the smallest details and the cuisine is of high quality; furthermore the owner is very attentive and kind. It is possible to taste traditional Maremma cuisine, prepared with zero km ingredients. The wine selection is excellent; I recommend tasting the artemisia and vinsantheo: excellent! It seems strange to me that at the Sorano spa, following my request, they told me that there were only a couple of restaurants in the town, without also recommending this suggestive and refined place. Absolutely worth visiting!

20/07/2024: We arrived full of expectations, some of which were a little disappointed despite the pleasant evening. The place is nice, the staff is very kind without being affected but the service is a little slow. The raw materials are excellent but there is something to review in the recipes, at least in the dishes we ordered. Small things for sure, but when the asking price is so high, it's a bit difficult to pass up. Overall for such high prices we expected something more in the kitchen but there is certainly the will to work on it.
