There are gelato shops on every block, but it’s worth holding out until you get to My Sugar. I can attest to how delicious the following flavors are: grapefruit and yuzu, strawberry/raspberry, Sicilian lemon, cherry amaretto, lotus cookie, and hazelnut. I wish I had gotten a larger size of the grapefruit and yuzu, that one was my favorite.

Best gelato in Florence, made on-site. A true delight. I'm from Canada (Quebec) and I've been making gelato for over 15 years. I'm very demanding. Bravo!

It was my first time at this gelateria and I was really satisfied. The place is very small, but the welcoming atmosphere more than makes up for it, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The gelato is excellent quality, creamy, and with authentic flavors. I got a three-flavor gelato for €5. A wonderful discovery!

24/05/2026: If you're looking for quantity, this is the place to be. Raw ingredients prepared with care by a knowledgeable and professional chef. Compliments Attentive and cheerful service. Young and above all clean atmosphere. Fair price. I'll be back soon.
