I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Toscana

06/03/2025: Week end lungo in direzione Pistoia con la mia compagna e venendo a conoscenza di questo viaggio da Roma, mio figlio mi fa...devi assolutamente andare da Guinceri...è una esperienza! Mai consiglio e commento fu più veritiero!! Mi aveva anticipato che il luogo non è di "taglio" economico e/o medio ma come riportato nella scelta del titolo, laddove possibile questi luoghi vanno visitati, gustati e goduti a 360 gradi. La location intesa come locale è molto affascinante ed arredata con gran gusto al punto tale che chiudendo gli occhi ed affacciandomi alle finestre, non mi sarei sorpreso di trovarmi in contesti tipo St. Moritz, Courmayer o Cortina (forse perchè in parte mi sono sentito in uno chalet moderno). Oltre all'accoglienza del personale, trovo sempre di alto gradimento il saluto del proprietario che, come in questo caso, è passato in ogni singolo tavolo. L'esperienza si è basata in gran parte sulla presenza del tartufo che sia sugli antipasti che carni, è stato un perfetto abbinamento legato alle materie prima di altissima qualità (comprso il vino)! Come mia abitudine prima di andare in un locale, leggo le recensioni (anche se non sono mai una bibbia) e mi hanno incuriosito quelle negative che miravano soprattutto ai prezzi alti. Ripeto la mia opinione già espressa in situazione simili...per delle occasioni speciali o coccole extra come le chiamo io, esperienze di questo genere che ti portano a spendere quasi 100 euro a testa, ci possono stare perchè nel prezzo concorrono tanti fattori che molti clienti, non sanno o fanno finta di non sapere. Per fortuna l'Italia è piena di luoghi dove è possibile pranzare dai 30/35 € a salire... Quindi si sceglie, perchè nessuno punta pistole alla testa di nessun cliente! Quindi complimenti a tutti, dalla proprietà all'intero staff, aggiungendo una piccola nota a margine che sicuramente nel mio caso sarà sfuggita, avendo chiacchierato molto con il cameriere durante il nostro pranzo. Ho pagato ricevendo il dettaglio del conto, solo post pagamento. Forse colpa mia perchè sono andato direttamente in cassa? Non lo so e non ha rovinato assolutamente questa bellissima esperienza che ho goduto con la mia compagna. Daje sempre...

09/03/2025: A great worker, first choice raw materials at zero km, not the usual fast food with rubbish, you find everything fresh and cooked on the spot, normal prices the same as in other businesses where however you eat less and badly since the raw materials are of dubious quality... I passed through Tuscany twice and twice we stopped to eat at his place for his special sandwiches with, I repeat, first choice raw materials. You make big sandwiches first and second... all the negative comments, even if very few, that you will read are the result of envy and dislike because it is impossible not to leave a positive review for this business

19/02/2025: Gelato fue fantástico, pero recibí lenguaje racista y comportamiento de otros clientes. Mientras comíamos en la terraza, un grupo de niños italianos (que parecían estar en un viaje escolar) esperando en la fila para ordenar se dirigió repetidamente a nosotros con ciertas frases racistas que atacaban a los asiáticos del este. Me quejé con la maestra, pero ella no entendía mi inglés o no quería reconocer la vergüenza, no me miró y solo dijo que no. Creía que mucha gente en mi país ama la cultura italiana y que algunos en Italia también aman la animación y la comida de mi país, y que los dos estamos unidos por la amistad, pero la experiencia de hoy fue una gran conmoción e hizo que mi viaje estuviera lleno de tristeza.

13/01/2025: An authentic experience among the flavors and landscapes of Tuscany Our visit to Agriturismo Casa al Vento was simply enchanting, an experience that combines the best of Tuscan tradition with warm and authentic hospitality. We were welcomed with great kindness by Francesca, who proved to be impeccable and welcoming. With his smile and his professionalism, he immediately put us at ease, making us feel at home. Francesca accompanied us through the tasting experience with evident passion, carefully explaining every detail of the wines and telling us the history of the farmhouse and its wine production. The wine tasting was one of the most memorable moments: a selection of local labels of intense and full-bodied Reds, each paired perfectly with our charcuterie board. The latter was a riot of authentic flavours, with very high quality cold cuts and local products that spoke of tradition and territory. Every bite and every sip was a real pleasure for the palate. The farmhouse itself is a jewel. Immersed in the Tuscan hills, it offers a breathtaking view of vineyards, olive groves and gentle slopes that seem painted. The spaces are designed down to the smallest details, with a rustic but elegant style that reflects the character of the place. Walking around, breathing the fresh air and enjoying the silence of the countryside was a regenerating experience. I highly recommend Agriturismo Casa al Vento to anyone who wants to live an authentic and relaxing experience, among unique flavors and a postcard landscape. It is a place that knows how to conquer the heart and the senses! We'll be back soon ❤️

A place where it seems that time has stopped, the rooms make you feel at home and take you back to a time when everything was hectic... in short, in this splendid village you can recharge and regenerate Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff...the passion and dedication for this splendid land shines through. Thanks to Andrea for the excellent advice, now all we have to do is drink the wine he recommended, confident that it will be delicious

29/03/2025: Veramente una bella scoperta, cena ottima, sevizio professionale ma allo stesso tempo i ragazzi erano molto simpatici, carta dei vini completa, il locale è molto accogliente e intimo, sembra di stare a casa, titolare simpatico e super gentile..bravi ragazzi!!

25/03/2025: Ambiente che fin dal primo momento ti mette a tuo agio, un misto tra eleganza e senso di casa. Accoglienza ottima e menu sensazionale. Indiscutibilmente il pezzo forte è il servizio, ovviamente anche la loro deliziosa bistecca alla fiorentina. Camerieri preparati, professionali, gentili e molto disponibili a rispondere a ogni tuo dubbio e creano un ottima atmosfera in sala. Tutto sommato è stata un esperienza meravigliosa torneremo sicuramente! ottimo per coppie ma non solo.

23/03/2025: Hands down the best gelato I had on the whole trip in Italy! Everytime I tried different flavors and they were all incredible! My favorites were ricotta cheese and pear that actually had bits of fresh pear in it and one called sinfonia carraia, it’s a mix of custard cream with bits of chocolate and orange in it. Amazing!

13/03/2025: We came across this wonderful locanda during a trip to the Crete Senesi. The offer is small but nice! Wonderful antipasti, pasta and dolce. Very good house wine and a strong espresso at the end. You can take lovely walks in this small town and enjoy the Crete landscape. Friendly service, very good price-performance ratio.
