Excellent hotel, clean and well-maintained, generous breakfasts, clean rooms, and excellent service. The location is strategic, very close to the city center. The only downside is the shower mixer, which isn't very comfortable.

We stayed at the Norden Palace Hotel in November 2025, low season, for three nights. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially the manager, Brunella, who was extremely helpful and ready to meet our every need. Special mention goes to the breakfast, which offered a generous sweet and savory buffet, all of which was of high quality despite the low season. We'll be back!

I stayed one night at this hotel thanks to a Smart Box. The hotel is a bit old and in need of a renovation, but the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection.

A six-story family hotel, typical of those built in Italy in the 1970s and 1980s. Some parts remain in their original state, while others have been renovated. Overall, it's still very convenient for spending a night in Aosta. The hotel is quiet, and the view is beautiful, especially if you stay on the top floors. Breakfast, served in the hotel's basement, is a bit austere. The value for money is decent, but it doesn't make it a place to linger.

05/01/2026: Great small / family run hotel. Comfy beds and decent shower. Staff friendly, and decent choice of food.
16/11/2025: Perfect place, close to everything, in the city center, the rooms are cozy, the staff is great, welcoming and kind. We are in the ski area and we are very close to the lift. Excellent breakfast. Everything we asked for was given to us. Really a great hotel and recommended!

16/12/2025: Without a doubt, I can say that they make the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! The dough rises well, has the right consistency, is not rubbery at all, and is cooked to perfection, exactly like dough made with traditional flours. The use of quality ingredients, a detail that shouldn't be underestimated and is not a given, makes this pizza the best. The pinsa is also a must-try; in my opinion, it's even better than the pizza. Well done, well done, well done!
