14/07/2025: I went to this restaurant for a car rally. The food was truly excellent and plentiful. The service may not have been the fastest or most accurate, but it was nothing you'll forget once you start eating. I'll definitely be back, perhaps in the winter when certain dishes are even more appreciated.

23/10/2025: They also run a vacation rental. In my case, they canceled the reservation after a few months (probably because they preferred to rent it out to someone else...) and with ridiculous alternatives. Be careful!

27/08/2025: We were on holiday for a week in Fénis and our regular breakfast spot was this bar... friendly and helpful staff... very good croissants as well as the cappuccino with lots of foam, just the way I like it☺️

25/08/2025: A good bar that remains an interesting option for lunch or a snack in this small town, but the owner's manner, which is aggressive even when simply asking for information, is quite surprising. I simply asked if they had sandwiches or salads (not an absurd request, in a bar, not a restaurant) and was told they don't have "tourist items." The dishes at the cafeteria are generously portioned and of average quality: the first courses are definitely better than the second courses. It's a shame because the location is very convenient and the girl working there is friendlier, but I've rarely felt attacked simply for asking general information about the menu. Prices, I might add, are medium-high for the quality of the place.

11/09/2025: What can I say? Simply wonderful! Here, you feel at home; you're pampered. The hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the cuisine are the highlights, because everything is made with love and passion. The menu of excellent Aosta Valley cuisine is surprising but never disappoints; in fact, seconds are always available. During our four-day stay, I only saw clean plates taken away, and the other couples staying at the hotel were equally enthusiastic. It's true that some things are missing, like a TV in the room, but you'll quickly realize that you won't feel the need for them here; here, you'll rediscover simple values ​​and conviviality. It's not a hotel, it's much more... something increasingly difficult to find. The family who runs it... Attilio, Katia, Luca, and Roger, the room attendant and the waiter, the boy who helps in the kitchen... everyone is always ready to offer a smile. Well done, very well done! This place touches your heart and makes your stay in the Aosta Valley simply wonderful! Oh...I forgot, very important, pets are welcomed very well and without any extra charge! 21/12/2025: A small pastry shop with limited seating inside. We had breakfast here, filled with high hopes, fueled by TikTok videos. We spent €35 for two juices, a cappuccino, a coffee, a croissant, three mini pastries, and two pastries from the counter. The wait was too long because we had to wait for them to take our order at the table, even though they only had two children. Luckily, after paying this insane amount, a table became available, but I think the advertising is excessive for the service offered. Not recommended.

29/11/2025: A well-stocked pastry shop and café opposite Place Chanoux. It's not exactly cheap, but the pastries are really good. Recommended for a coffee break.

22/11/2025: The POS is mandatory, with all the complaints you make I'll swipe my card over it 😂 Fantastic how in 2025 you're still complaining about card payments. Despite this, the place is ok.

01/03/2026: We stayed here for one night in 2024 and February 2026. The rating is generally good. The location is convenient, being just 10 minutes from the slopes. The rooms are modern and reasonably comfortable, as well as clean and spacious enough. The downsides were the smell of smoke (room 2), the pillows were too soft, and the noise from other rooms, the shared bathroom (of the other rooms) located behind room 2, and also from the inn below. Therefore, it's difficult to sleep until the tables are cleared. Overall, the sleep quality isn't great, but the staff and service are quite good.

19/01/2026: I stayed in this wonderful property for a few days, I was completely satisfied... very well-kept and clean location, sublime cuisine with very refined dishes and above all super helpful, polite and always smiling staff... see you next time!!

01/02/2026: A beautifully designed restaurant in Gressoney. However, the dining room manager is sometimes rude when making reservations and struggles to politely enforce shifts, although she is very nice and courteous during service. Furthermore, it was very unpleasant to hear the chef in the kitchen yelling at the dining room staff during dinner; it was both very unprofessional and unpleasant/embarrassing.

19/01/2026: A very pleasant surprise. The kitchen starts from Alpine and Italian traditions and updates them with care, using well selected local ingredients—you can tell from the first to the last bite. I don’t drink wine, but the wine list is varied and complete. I went for a locally brewed beer: excellent, and a perfect match for the food. The ambience is classic mountain style: warm, curated, and quiet the right place to enjoy the evening without noise. Staff are welcoming and never pushy. Prices are fair for the quality offered: you pay for substance, not appearances. I honestly struggle to understand the negative reviews—my experience was impeccable. Strongly recommended.
