07/04/2025: Dopo 5 minuti dall'ordine sono arrivati 1 spaghetto ai frutti di mare con spaghetti precotti, salsa di pomodoro abbondantissima 10 cozze ed una cicala ed 1 capasanta, 2 porzioni di carne di alce riscaldata ( 38 euro a porzione) 2 calici di vino da 11 euro, se volete essere spennati è il posto giusto, p.s.abbiamo chiesto due caffè al vetro e sono arrivati due bicchieri con in fondo qualcosa di incommentabile

09/03/2025: My visit to Chalet Etoile in Cervinia was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome set the tone for an exceptional evening. The staff was attentive, and the service was smooth and efficient. Drinks arrived promptly, followed by the antipasto – Tagliere Valdostana. The selection was excellent, with the standout being the mustard jam, which added a unique and delightful twist to the flavors. For the main course, I had ravioli with reindeer ragù, accompanied by berries. This dish was simply outstanding—one of the best meals I have ever tasted. The combination of rich, savory ragù with the subtle sweetness of the berries created a perfect balance of flavors. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food quality exceeded all my expectations. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience—I can’t wait to return!.

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, we only ordered two takeout pizzas (which were excellent!). I say "unfortunately" because while we were waiting, we saw some very tasty dishes that we would have loved to try, like the pappardelle with venison or wild boar ragù and a zuppa inglese (trifle), which looked really good and which we watched being plated with great attention to detail. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff was also admirable and unexpected. We'll definitely be back and eat at the table!

31/07/2025: There are few complaints. The pizzas and tiramisu we tried were excellent. The service was very attentive, and food was delivered quickly. Plus, most of the waitresses spoke Spanish, so the language issue was greatly appreciated.

17/08/2025: An excellent restaurant, with an excellent, typical Aosta Valley menu and extraordinary service. The courtesy is truly unique, and the wine cellar is superb. The atmosphere is refined, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail.

14/06/2025: Sono stato ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante molto bello e arredato con molto gusto.All’entrata ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto bravo e ci ha fatti accomodare in terrazza.Mentre sceglievamo le portate la proprietaria una donna molto simpatica e gentile ci ha consigliato.I piatti erano FANTASTICI!!! Finalmente ho potuto mangiare la Fonduta alla Valdostana che era sublime!! Io lo consiglio a pieni voti sia per la cucina ma anche per la gentilezza e dolcezza dello staff! Ci tornerò di sicuro ogni volta che vengo in valle! Complimenti a tutte/i !!!

31/01/2025: Ristorante curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, dalla location molto caratteristica, al personale vestito con abiti tradizionali. Il cibo ottimo e con piatti anche particolari. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati, ci hanno dato la possibilità di cenare, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse andata persa e inoltre ci hanno offerto uno spumante mentre aspettavamo il tavolo e dei biscotti fatti in casa alla fine della cena. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

24/07/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! The staff was arrogant and not at all welcoming and friendly. After booking and paying through Booking.com, I discovered I had to pay a €21 supplement for the dog. Naturally, I asked for information, and the gentleman at reception decided to completely take my room away and leave me stranded at 9:15 PM, in July, with other hotels fully booked. I asked for clarification, and he told me HE had been up since 4 AM and no longer felt like working.

01/05/2025: The pasta was good but nothing above the average. The view on the other hand was really great if you get a seat by the window.

26/03/2025: There is a nice ristorante/bar placed in the top part of the blue slope no. 5, high enough not to meet crowds, but becoming more and more popular, so be aware of the peak hours during the lunch time. La Chatelaine Pila looks modest, but usually such places have the best Italian food. 😊 This bar has even much more: unique atmosphere and the enormously friendly staff! Amazing people, you feel like most welcomed guest, like family member. Open to talking and meeting new people, culture, language. Cheers to Sabine and Catherine (Kasia) – sorry, if I spelled your names incorrectly! And to others, so nice and smiling! There are panoramic windows inside so you can watch the beauty of the Valle d’Aosta enjoying your food when it’s too cold outside. Fantastic smell of wood fired oven makes it so cozy… Delicious food, local cuisine, desserts and cakes (tiramisu included!) looking so tasty… but to be honest – I’ve used to order mostly bombardino, hot wine and beer, just not to become fat while skiing. 😊 You can find here a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tap and bottled ones, hot and cold. There are lot of places available on the fresh air when it’s sunny weather with mountains view all around. There is also a bonus, ‘secret’ not meant for outsiders – the kind of top-terrace with sunchairs, where you can relax holding a beer in hand and enjoying the sunshine. Not everyone knows it. Just climb these few steep steps…the view is stunning! You must visit this place, La Chatelaine Pila, to enjoy your special moments and nice break when skiing. Can’t wait for the next season and being there! Ski you later! 💙

09/08/2025: I'll forgive the truly subpar house wine, and I'll even forgive the 10-minute wait for a table despite having booked. I wouldn't have written a review for such trivialities, but I really can't stand the fact that the person who welcomes guests into the dining room, and constantly takes phone reservations, has a face as black as a ringtone. Shame on you.

30/07/2025: I booked a deluxe room with a balcony because I'm a smoker. We were given a standard room without a balcony. On Booking.com, the property is listed as "2 km from the city center," but it's actually 5 km away. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying there, especially if you don't have your own transportation. The restaurant downstairs had a karaoke night until 3:00 AM, and the noise and music in the room were embarrassing. It was as if they were in our room! The property doesn't have private parking, so you have to park in free spaces, which aren't always available. The extra blankets had a strong dusty smell and some cigarette butt burns. If you're taller than 1.65 m, you'll have trouble stretching your legs out as the bed is very short, and your feet will stick out.

11/07/2025: Super cozy and affordable! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, and a terrace with a view of Aosta from above! We had pizza at the restaurant, and it was delicious! If we ever come back to Aosta, I'd definitely stay here again!

10/06/2025: Tutt' perfetto. Locale pulito, personale gentile e simpatico, ottimo cibo e ottima qualità/prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente.

03/06/2025: Locale rustico, personale gentile. Cucina valdostana con porzioni molto abbondanti. Dopo l’antipasto valdostano non siamo riusciti a finire gli gnocchi e le crespelle.

25/07/2025: Ci sono stata con la mia famiglia e amici per la laurea di mio figlio.. Che dire? Super! Dal cibo (mangiato benissimo e abbondante!!) al personale che è stato gentile e disponibile!!! Luogo delizioso, di casa!!! Tutto perfetto!!! Da andarci assolutamente!!!!

17/07/2025: Sono oramai 5 anni che torniamo in questo agriturismo, e troviamo sempre un'ottima accoglienza e professionalità. Antipasti ottimi e abbondanti!! Primo e secondo molto buoni. Consigliatissimo!!!
