23/10/2025: Everything was excellent. The chalet has a large lawn in front where you can enjoy an aperitif before lunch or relax afterward with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc glacier. You can eat outside with tables and umbrellas on the green lawn, or on the terrace, surrounded by the silence of the woods. Excellent local cuisine, a superb selection of wines (we enjoyed the Gamay de Braga), and impeccable, attentive, and friendly service. Highly recommended, but reservations are essential as it's very popular.

05/09/2025: A very welcoming and unique restaurant. The French-speaking staff gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes. The accompaniments to my dish (peppers and potatoes) could be improved. The peppers were inedible and full of seeds. A foreign object made its way into one of our desserts, but there was no problem, and the staff was understanding of the situation. We thank you for that.

23/08/2025: A welcoming and quaint place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the flambéed beef cubes for their quality and originality, as well as the desserts. Highly recommended.

05/07/2025: Non saprei descrivere con le parole la bellezza di questa baita. È impossibile raccontare con quanta cura il proprietario ha arredato e curato ogni angolo. L’atmosfera che si respira va oltre il singolo suppellettile che sia il coniglietto appoggiato sul davanzale o i fiori che addobbano le finestre. Tutto è perfetto, bisogna esserci per apprezzarne il contesto. Magnifica è la camera, anch’essa rifinita come tutto il resto e senza parole per il servizio offerto e per le deliziose marmellate fatte da loro.

16/03/2025: Dopo una bellissima ciaspolata siamo tornati alla baita per un buon vin brûlé e poi una magnifica cena. Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione. Una favola: abbiamo provato un po’ tutto quello che propone il menù. Piatti ricercati e molto buoni. Il tutto con un’atmosfera magnifica visto che fuori nevicava. Assolutamente da provare!

14/10/2025: I've visited this place in previous years. The main courses were excellent, but I was a bit concerned about the first courses; I noticed cream everywhere (even in the sorbet). The staff was impeccable, attentive but never pushy. The place was noisy due to a somewhat rowdy table; evidently, we weren't as lucky as on previous occasions.

02/10/2025: A restaurant whose exterior doesn't reflect its beauty inside. The food is truly excellent in a warm and refined atmosphere, albeit without excess, with a pleasant permanent exhibition of paintings on the walls. Service is attentive but not intrusive, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. I had the tartare, freshly seasoned at the table by the owner, and it was the best I've ever had! The desserts are also excellent, and the wine list is extensive. Good value for money.

02/11/2025: Eating at Nono Miglio is a guarantee. Today we had a seafood appetizer, spaghetti allo scoglio, and a mixed grill of fish. Everything was excellent! Thanks Gianluca.

29/10/2025: Unfortunately, they're unavailable. We tried every possible way to book, but in the end, we decided to go anyway. They lost seven customers after flying them to Nus. I hope to change my mind one day.

17/09/2025: Very good gelato, recommended for those stopping on their way back from a Mont Blanc exit. The location along the highway isn't exactly the best, but never mind.

29/08/2025: Unfortunately, the coffee was truly terrible and undrinkable, so much so that I left it on the table without drinking it.

06/09/2025: I was planning on booking for dinner, but we had to go in to see the menu because it wasn't displayed at the entrance or outside (😉). We had to search for it under the visibly annoyed gaze of the owner (the proverbial Aosta Valley welcome 😢). Prices were like jewelry stores, so on my way out, my eye fell on a freezer in plain sight in the bar area, a chest-type freezer with glass through which I could glimpse every type of frozen dish... Too bad there wasn't an asterisk on the menu (we remind the owner that frozen products must be declared on the menu, as the very amusing Article 515 of the Italian Criminal Code applies, which punishes commercial fraud, where these products are served and are on the menu). So I opted for another restaurant, preferring FRESH specialties. If I want, I'll eat the frozen ones at home (or maybe not even at home). Best regards

21/08/2025: Highly recommended for a gluten-free lunch. I had the Valdostana corn crepes, what can I say...excellent!! I tasted the typical cheeses with sauces and honey...a delicious treat accompanied by a glass of Cornelin. ❤️

17/11/2025: An unforgettable stay at the Gran Baita Courmayeur. My Junior Suite "Panorama Private Pool" on the top floor was simply spectacular: wooden ceiling and walls, breathtaking mountain views. The autumn colors—the yellow and orange larches, the green pines, and the gray rocks—made it feel like a painted palette. Opening the French window, you look directly into the panoramic hot tub, a peaceful haven where you can enjoy the scenery in total relaxation. After a hike to the Bertone refuge, on my way back to the hotel, I used the spa's Turkish bath: rejuvenating and perfect for relaxing. I also dined at the hotel restaurant on my last night: the Valpellinese soup and strudel were fabulous! The staff is kind, attentive, and very attentive, always ready to make you feel at ease. The room was impeccably clean.

04/11/2025: If I could, I'd return immediately. We were welcomed by Samanta, a lovely and very welcoming woman. The room was clean, with its own small pool on the balcony, which gave us an unforgettable experience. At the restaurant, despite a small problem with one dish, which was resolved by the man (who is from Naples but his second home is Scilla), we had a great time. Overall... excellent.

12/04/2025: The hotel that has everything. Ski in/out. Nice staff who always make sure you have a good time. Good food and a very nice environment. Been here twice now but will gladly come back again!

18/10/2025: Very high expectations, which unfortunately don't reflect reality. Dry polenta, spoiled venison, and a very questionable homemade dessert for €7. Waiting with the place empty. Inadequate value for money. Too bad, the waiter was kind.

13/10/2025: A historic restaurant built on the Busserailles Caves. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Adding a tour of the caves makes the experience unforgettable.

14/11/2025: 4-star service due to the fact that I asked for the urgent courtesy of looking for my car keys outside and they didn't do it... We were on a business trip. Everything else was perfect.

18/08/2025: I stayed at this hotel until yesterday, and I highly recommend it! The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My room was in one of the domes, which I didn't like at first, but which turned out to be a plus, as the view from up there is truly beautiful. Thank you for everything.

15/10/2025: We stopped for lunch; the menu was the "workers'" one, with the same selection for everyone present; the waitress listed the menu without a menu or prices. The food was decent. It's a shame that when paying, we were told that only those with a special agreement with the restaurant could pay for the workers' menu: a real bummer, and no receipt at all! What a rip-off!
