13/11/2025: I was recently invited to dinner there. As much as I hated it, I declined. After the incredibly slow and shameful service on August 11th, when I was having dinner there for my birthday with several of my relatives. After HALF AN HOUR of no one coming to take the order, I brought it to them, being a waiter myself, on a notepad. The absurd thing is that bread and parmesan were brought shortly thereafter, while we waited FOR ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR for the drinks! Which arrived just minutes before the pizzas. We also had 4 CHILDREN, yet we were there, so ALMOST AN HOUR dying of thirst! And the best part is that there weren't that many people at dinner that night at all! I'm also angry with myself for not reporting the incident to the proper authorities immediately, simply out of "fear of offending." But I've recently finally overcome this flaw, which I've had on many occasions and for far too long. And in light of the recent invitation to eat there, I couldn't remain indifferent to the terrible experience of August 11th. I'm sorry because until that day I was a fairly regular customer at this restaurant, but I was so disappointed. NEVER AGAIN.

24/08/2025: What a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is wonderful, surrounded by mountains and boasts magnificent views. Impeccable service and a very warm welcome. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and large, and the breakfast is generous and refined. I highly recommend it!

25/08/2025: Ridiculous, we asked for a half-meter platter of ham but they were out of ham!!!!!!!! We opted for two spritzes, obviously in Cervinia they don't know what spritz is!!!!!

19/11/2025: I visited Rossopomodoro in Aosta and was truly impressed by the pizza, both visually and palatably. Aesthetically, it was stunning: a high, puffy, and well-aired crust, with the typical dark "leopard print" of Neapolitan baking, a sign of high temperatures and well-hydrated dough. The crust was perfectly flat, with an ideal balance between softness in the center and a structure that held the toppings well. The topping was rich but not overdone: carefully arranged prosciutto crudo, cream, and crispy wafers added a pleasant contrast, both visually and in texture. Even the cream dripping on top was well-measured, elegant, and unobtrusive. In terms of digestibility, the dough surprised me: light, fluffy, and not at all heavy, a sign of a long and well-managed leavening process. After dinner, I felt full but not weighed down, which isn't always the case with richer pizzas. The ingredients were immediately apparent as being of good quality: fragrant and not overly salty prosciutto, balanced and well-melted cheeses, and a dough that alone is worth the visit. Even the pizza base, perfectly cooked and not burned, confirmed the care taken in its preparation. Overall, a very positive experience: a pizza beautiful to look at, enjoyable to eat, and above all light to digest. Recommended.

16/11/2025: Made an order online through glovo. Waited for 2 hours, they were postponing the time. We contacted glovo and they tried to get in touch with the restaurant but they don’t pick up the phone. After another 15 minutes the restaurant just cancelled our order. Unbelievable…. No respect towards their customers… No star review that’s what they truly deserve!

09/12/2025: Upon entering the restaurant, we were informed that we couldn't order anything other than pizza. Then some locals came in and ordered something other than pizza—outrageous behavior toward a customer. After making an appointment with the waitress for "dessert later," she brought it much later than expected, even though she saw that no one had eaten yet, and she stood there doing nothing.

26/11/2025: Ordered three hot chocolates. Very runny, like the ones made in coffee machines. A chocolate drink, not the thick hot chocolate you'd expect. Considering the €6 a cup, they should at least be dark and...

04/11/2025: Change of management. Some changes that make it more welcoming. Good products, normal service. The appetizers are a bit sparse.

11/10/2025: Tasty coffee. Nothing overpriced. Simple and slow morning atmosphere.

31/08/2025: My husband and I stayed for a week at Paola's farmhouse. We're motorcyclists and used to traveling! We felt right at home at Paola's! We stayed B&B and even ate dinner at the farmhouse several nights! Breakfast and dinner are incredibly generous! A real treat for those on a diet 😅. Every day for breakfast, fresh ricotta and yogurt are something I still dream about! The homemade desserts are authentic and delicious. Paola is a chef, and dinners are experiences of traditional Aosta Valley cuisine! Don't forget to ask her where to buy the cheeses they serve at the farmhouse! I brought some Fontina home! I think we'll definitely be back ✌️

04/08/2025: Super family-run agriturismo, everything very simple but perfect, not far from Aosta, the food is plentiful and, above all, very good. All typical and traditional dishes, third year we've been coming and we're very happy to return.

28/10/2025: We took “La pinsa Valdostana” and “Hamburger Goroso”. Both were so delicious! And very friendly and sweet dog was welcoming and accompanying us! We had a wonderful lunch!

30/08/2025: Arriving from France through the Mont Blanc tunnel, we stumbled upon this chalet. And thank goodness! Ample parking, outdoor seating. Our dog was pampered. We ate wonderfully. Excellent quality meat, friendly service, and great kindness. Thanks to the owners for this first break in Italy. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: What can I say? Simply wonderful! Here, you feel at home; you're pampered. The hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the cuisine are the highlights, because everything is made with love and passion. The menu of excellent Aosta Valley cuisine is surprising but never disappoints; in fact, seconds are always available. During our four-day stay, I only saw clean plates taken away, and the other couples staying at the hotel were equally enthusiastic. It's true that some things are missing, like a TV in the room, but you'll quickly realize that you won't feel the need for them here; here, you'll rediscover simple values ​​and conviviality. It's not a hotel, it's much more... something increasingly difficult to find. The family who runs it... Attilio, Katia, Luca, and Roger, the room attendant and the waiter, the boy who helps in the kitchen... everyone is always ready to offer a smile. Well done, very well done! This place touches your heart and makes your stay in the Aosta Valley simply wonderful! Oh...I forgot, very important, pets are welcomed very well and without any extra charge! 27/08/2025: We were on holiday for a week in Fénis and our regular breakfast spot was this bar... friendly and helpful staff... very good croissants as well as the cappuccino with lots of foam, just the way I like it☺️

25/08/2025: A good bar that remains an interesting option for lunch or a snack in this small town, but the owner's manner, which is aggressive even when simply asking for information, is quite surprising. I simply asked if they had sandwiches or salads (not an absurd request, in a bar, not a restaurant) and was told they don't have "tourist items." The dishes at the cafeteria are generously portioned and of average quality: the first courses are definitely better than the second courses. It's a shame because the location is very convenient and the girl working there is friendlier, but I've rarely felt attacked simply for asking general information about the menu. Prices, I might add, are medium-high for the quality of the place.

20/08/2025: The reviews are very generous and somewhat misleading. The pizza quality is average to poor. The manager is rude and argues with customers. The staff is inaccurate and unprepared for the quality of the ingredients. The service is without hand dryers and paper towels. The manager's response validates the person and confirms the negative review.

28/07/2025: I went for dinner with my husband and two young children. The atmosphere is simple but refined. We ate inside, but there was also a lovely outdoor space. The pizzas were truly delicious, rich with quality ingredients, but above all, the dough and cooking were much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

09/09/2025: The food is okay, but nothing special. The night we went for dinner, there was only the owner serving, so service was a bit slow. The atmosphere is like that of a tavern. The bill was good.

14/07/2025: I went to this restaurant for a car rally. The food was truly excellent and plentiful. The service may not have been the fastest or most accurate, but it was nothing you'll forget once you start eating. I'll definitely be back, perhaps in the winter when certain dishes are even more appreciated.
