26/12/2025: The place is beautiful. The food was very average. The staff was quite impersonal. There was no warmth. They seemed too interested in money. They even gave us vouchers for a casino, forcing us to pay €20. Smiles were nowhere to be seen. The room was very average. The lighting was very dim. The electronic controls were difficult to use for elderly people. Accessibility for disabled people was difficult. There was no ramp.

02/11/2025: A charming campsite on a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains; a 10-minute walk takes you to both the Savoy Castle (worth a visit) and the village. Clean facilities (there's no toilet paper in the restrooms), three waste disposal stations, and convenient access for unloading waste and refilling water. Friendly and helpful staff. A Despar store is just steps away. Two nights over the November 1st long weekend, €60 for a camper and two people.

25/01/2026: Such absurd rudeness, I was with my mother. She ordered chamomile tea while I ordered nothing. She arrogantly said "there are two of you," so what? Am I obligated to order? P.S. A cup of hot water shaken like this.

27/02/2026: Embarrassing dinner. We walked in and didn't say hello. A place that's a jumble of objects, with no clear style. The place setting is a plastic tablecloth with plastic placemats on top with a few dishes written on them. The highlight is the menu: here too, no unique font style, no desire to even print it up to date; it's easier to make slips of paper and stick them together with tape. They even wrote "90 different types of pizza" in the biography... Where?? From the beginning of the dinner to the end, the pizza chef shouted the entire time, calling the rest of the staff incompetent, "insulting" customers from behind his station, saying, in effect, "It's none of my business if they wait!" A rude, unbearable, and unspeakably presumptuous person. The food arrives at very different times, at least every 20 minutes. People come to dinner together to eat together. The gnocchi fondue was diluted with cream, and the latter were of supermarket-quality quality. The waitress didn't even crack a smile, and her friendliness and kindness were nonexistent. While serving the dishes, she even responded to the pizza chef. She just did her job, nothing more, nothing less. I understand the total lack of staff, but I think you can figure out why after only going to this place once. I understand that the waitress might have two boxes full of such rude people, but when you're in the dining room, the customer is the customer! You don't serve just because... people pay for the food but also for the service, which here was not only nonexistent but totally aseptic and annoyed. Luckily, we weren't the only ones who were impatient and embarrassed. We left immediately after eating, refusing both dessert and coffee... at least we got an apology from the waitress, even if there's very little that's excusable. An unpleasant place, especially for the atmosphere.

20/02/2026: Good evening, we received a flyer from the host where we're staying stating that you offer takeout for meals and pizza. We called at 7:20 PM and you told us pizza delivery was until 7:30 PM. We looked for other takeout options, but were unsuccessful. We called you back to ask if we could come pick up three pizzas because we have a small child at home who is unwell. You said no. Since you have pizza boxes for takeout, I think you could have helped us in this situation. We resolved the situation by calling a restaurant where we're staying, and they'll takeout for us on an exceptional basis because the child doesn't want to leave the house. We've had a very negative experience and won't be eating at your restaurant again, and I'll report the incident to the host. Rules are necessary, but common sense is also required. Evidently, whoever answered the phone doesn't have small children, yet I think they know perfectly well that no other restaurant in the area does takeout because you have to book in advance. Change the flyer because you don't actually do any takeaway........

07/02/2026: Perfect place! Great prices! Delicious food! I recommend it to everyone if you want a nice, traditional place with excellent food and more than fair prices.

25/01/2026: I won't be going back. Last year it was fine, but this time they served a schnitzel the size of a child's hand. It was gone in three bites. It was a bit embarrassing to serve this.

13/06/2025: Accueil agréable avec en plus la possibilité de parler en français. Merci encore. Le lieu en bord de route est dans le style montagnard et les plats sont corrects. Un resto qui dépanne à cette saison.

24/04/2025: Ci ha consigliato questo locale l’hotel dove alloggiavamo e non sbagliava! Carne ottima, cotta perfettamente nel forno a legna, buoni i contorni, come il vino, servizio puntuale e veloce, e per finire una torta paradisiaca (veramente) appena sfornata . Se siete a Cervinia non potete mancare questo locale, caldo e accogliente, come il personale. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con i prodotti ed il servizio. Meglio prenotare perché è piccolo, ma proprio per questo affascinante. Noi in realtà non avevamo prenotato, ma ci hanno dato lo stesso un tavolino alto con due sgabelli dove siamo stati bene. Si può cenare anche al banco.

07/03/2026: Terrible restaurant service. Today, with four tables occupied, I had to wait half an hour for a starter. The service is lacking... and the food is subpar! Avoid.

07/03/2026: To always have four closed registers, even with 200 people in line, you might as well install fast-food ones, so no one has to spend their lunch break waiting for their turn. The deli is also unapproachable at lunchtime. If someone wants a slice of pizza, they have to wait for it to be passed from behind the counter, and maybe there are 10 people in front of them...
