08/07/2025: What a wonderful place, L'Armadillo. And how talented Sato and Carmine are! The summer menu is truly out of this world, "Il nostro Orto" (Our Garden) is a dish of the highest cuisine. Leave the wine to Carmine, who knows what he's doing. Well done everyone, a great fine dining experience.

I do not express opinions on the products, as we have lost the desire Edit: in response to what was said below, all 4 of us left not because there was no strudel, but because of the extremely cold attitude that we all perceived. other reviews also talk about it. you are free to operate your business as you like, just as we are free to go elsewhere (the place in front of the restaurant welcomed us very well) and to express our opinions on this platform.

15/05/2025: Wow wow wow wow wow: wow. We were there a month ago. We got lost on our way and fate lead us there. Perfect pastries for you to enjoy (enjoy!).

12/04/2025: Incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and smiling. The dishes are refined, particularly the tagliatelle with chestnut flour. The beef fillet with mushrooms is also incredible... in short, if you want to have a very good culinary experience in a pleasant setting with smiling, passionate staff who listen to their customers... don't hesitate... it's an excellent address

22/03/2025: Food fine but not special. Appalling service, though I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was incompetence, not malice. They took so long serving us that we ran out of time in the 2-hour slot and they asked us to vacate the table!

23/03/2025: Esperienza positiva! Posto incantato, tipicamente in stile chalet, in legno...molto intimo ed accogliente. Personale inizialmente freddino..ma vista la temperatura, accogliamo.. difatti all'indomani, ci siamo ricreduti immediatamente. La prima cosa che mi ha catturato l'attenzione: la pulizia! In ogni angolo, c'era ed era visibile.Inoltre, la cura dei dettagli l'ho riscontrata in molti punti: dalle rifiniture in pietra, incastonate nelle perline, alla lucina per creare la giusta illuminazione, al semplice portasapone collocato nella doccia...tutto l'essenziale messo a disposizione con cura e professionalità. Il luogo nei dintorni è fiabesco..immerso in una cornice da favola, a bordo piste ed impianti di risalita. Il tutto, guarnito con una SPA che purtroppo, non abbiamo potuto provare per problemi tecnici...ma ci siamo ripromessi di ritornarci al più presto. Magnifica esperienza...grazie Boule de Neige!

20/03/2025: We spent a wonderful week at Boule de Neige, with 6 families of friends and countless children who felt at home. The hotel is very well run, it's clean, well located (literally on the slope), we eat wonderfully. Thank you to the Boule family for this generous welcome of which we will all keep very fond memories.

31/05/2025: I was there for a screening so I can't really say much but from first impressions it's not a bad place or location.

20/05/2025: Hotel at the foot of the Fenis castle, so very convenient for going to the castle, or a base for walking in the surrounding area. The guys were very knowledgeable, breakfast with a lot of choice, including savory. We also had dinner and ate very well, with decent prices. The hotel is quite old, like the rooms, but well kept I would definitely go back.
