06/09/2025: I've stopped a few times for a coffee and to soak up the sun on the outdoor terrace, which enjoys a fantastic exposure in the morning. A few more tables would have been appreciated. The staff were very friendly, especially the owner, who gave me helpful information on where to dine. I'll be back.

07/08/2025: Comfortable bar, kindness and friendliness assured... as well as good breakfasts, excellent snacks and delicious lunches, such as various salads, carpaccio and other little things! Enchanting Matterhorn view!👍 Always highly recommended, in every season!

07/09/2025: We had lunch with friends on August 30, 2025. The atmosphere is very charming and quaint. Excellent food, good and courteous service. The prices are fair. I highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: We loved it! The food, the atmosphere, and even the service. The menu and an attractive off-menu option. Excellent polenta with carbonada and a platter fit for someone who could have fed an army. Delicious bread, so much so that we took away the leftovers. Prices weren't cheap, but fairly average. Everything was really good. (Oh no, one thing we didn't like: the boss's constant complaining about someone else's work style. It might be that you're not happy with it, but you tell him that in private, not in front of everyone.)

06/10/2025: A family-run hotel, furnished in a simple yet refined, flawless style, in classic mountain style. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the wait staff is professional and friendly in equal measure. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes featuring well-defined flavors. The menu, while not extensive, is inviting. Breakfast also offered a more than adequate selection of sweet and savory options. The location is excellent, with the stunning valley at its back. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

29/09/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at the Valnontey restaurant in Cogne, and we can say without hesitation that it was an excellent experience. 🍽️ The menu features traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley, carefully prepared. In addition to a delicious appetizer of tomini, cured meats, and local cheeses, we sampled the creamy and enveloping fondue, the rustic and flavorful soça, and the famous Cogne crema con le tegole, a traditional dessert that ended the dinner on a perfect note. 🍷 The selection of Aosta Valley wines is extensive and well-cured. The Gamay we chose was a pleasant discovery: it paired perfectly with the dishes. 🎯 Attentive, courteous, and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. Our only small flaw: the room was a little cold.

30/11/2025: A nice restaurant, but unfortunately the experience wasn't satisfying. The food was good, but the portions were too small for the price. Furthermore, the wine served by the glass was limited. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but for these reasons, we won't be returning.

11/11/2025: Anniversary lunch, always excellent menu, we have already been guests here several times, we will return with other friends to let people know about this somewhat hidden place. Knowledgeable staff.

10/09/2025: Definitely a very charming, beautiful hotel, and given its layout, it's 5-star. Not so much for the overall cleanliness, especially the rooms! And since it's a 5-star hotel, you can't afford to pay for the spa or any other extras!!! I'm already paying for a 5-star hotel!

12/03/2025: Really nice Italian restaurant. Service is super good and they really take care of guests. A large outdoor grill is popular. The typical Italian dishes, like pasta and tiramisu, are super good. Happy to come again.

07/03/2025: We visited the Igloo Bar Restaurant Grill every day this week while skiing. Oh my god, the desserts made with so much love and passion - DELICIOUS - everything we tried. The owner and all of the staff were extremely friendly and we just felt wonderful. Grazie mille ! And besides the great deserts all the food was so good (great grill).

15/11/2025: I didn't stay at the property, but I was lucky enough to try their restaurant. The attention to quality ingredients, the service, and the hospitality are top-notch. One of the best in Cervinia.

07/12/2025: I had lunch at this pub on a Sunday with my husband. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, but the service was a bit slow. Recommended for couples and groups.

18/08/2025: We spent 10 days at the Chalet du Lys and every evening we stopped by the pub for a coffee, an amaro, or a grappa. The guys are incredibly kind. Thank you. You made our after-dinner drinks so enjoyable.
