Les neiges d'antan In Valtournenche

Wonderful one-week stay for a snow vacation in February 2024. Clara, Ludovico, Deborah, Marina, Sergio, Pier, Maurice, Andrej and the entire high-performance, smiling and friendly team go out of their way to welcome you warmly and make you feel at home. Everything was so nice (from the room to the breakfasts with an exceptional choice, the delicious dinners, the cozy lounges, the fireplaces all over the hotel, the spa, the vinyl records and their turntables, the view on the Matterhorn, the shuttles immediately available, etc.) that we left the hotel and its hosts with immense regret, promising that we would return as soon as possible. Have been there about 25 times and that should probably say most about the qualities this hotel has. Excellent service, pleasant staff and good facilities. They also have one of the valley's best kitchens. Family run. Have been there for work and private.

We just spent a fantastic 3 nights with our adult children at Les Neiges.The location in the forest 5 minutes out of town adds to the charm.The shuttle service is faultless and so quick, we would phone skiing down and he was waiting as we arrive at basecamp, the 5 course dinner is amazing and top end for a ski hotel. Returning from a days skiing, the spa was wonderful and never busy. Deborah the front desk manager was brilliant in the whole booking process, making us so welcome daily, upgrading our room, dropping our hire skis back at the shop to allow us more time to ski the final day, nothing was too much trouble for her, shes a major asset to the hotel. This is a real family run hotel and you are made to feel very welcome as soon as you arrive, we would love to return here in the summer. Our first day last weekend, there was so much snow overnight they actually closed the resort and Zermatt for the whole day due to avalanche risk which was a major blow as we were only there 2.5 days, but Deborah and the owners had advised us the night before not to book lift tickets until it was confirmed when it would open which saved us a fortune. The wine list is amazing ( not cheap and nothing under 40 euros even for house wine), but its a ski hotel so you expect this. Cervinia is a great resort and I would 100% return to this hotel.

Eccellente. Location mozzafiato. Abbiamo preso un aperitivo nella splendida sala all’ingresso a sinistra, con camino e divani in pelle e atmosfera rilassata. A seguire cena, bel Ristorante, arredi essenziali e di gusto, non prettamente di montagna ma non snaturano la location. Menu misto tra piatti valdostani e altri, buona cucina. Porzioni medie. C’è stato un disguido in cucina e abbiamo ricevuto i piatti non allo stesso momento per tutti i commendali, lo staff si è scusato e ci hanno trattati in modo ineccepibile. Bellissima serata. Un posto raro.

I stayed a week at the hotel as part of a ski vacation. From the very first moment I felt at home, the owner, very nice, a warm hearted person and genuinely interested in the guests The hotel is very nicely decorated, it has all the amenities, 2 saunas (dry and wet), an ice pool, a jacuzzi and everything is perfectly integrated in nature. The hotel restaurant is a very generous chef restaurant. The hotel is a few minutes drive outside of Cervina, which turned out to be an advantage since there are vehicles that bring you to the cable car at the beginning of the day and pick you up at the end so that you can start and finish in different places and all this less than a 5 minute drive away. I highly recommend the hotel and I am sure I'll be back in the future.

All’arrivo, noi quattro, amici fraterni, veniamo catturati da una splendida dimora incastonata nella natura più autentica e affascinante ai piedi del Cervino, visibile durante la piacevolissima pausa”meraviglia” nella vasca idromassaggio all’aperto. Ad accoglierci, con cordiale ed affabile professionalità e disponibilità, la Signora Debora, che ringraziamo anche per i preziosi e illuminanti consigli su come muoverci nel comprensorio. Complimenti al personale del ristorante che si è speso per accontentare le nostre esigenze e intolleranze alimentari e aver deliziato i nostri palati fin dalla superba prima colazione Un grazie alla impeccabilità del servizio navetta che ha irrinunciabilmente reso più sereni i nostri spostamenti verso il centro e verso le piste. A proposito, grazie per non aver fatto mancare niente alla nostra cagnetta Gina, super benvenuta. Insomma, tutto splendido.

Sono stata qui con le mie amiche per un week end. Esperienza fantastica, ciò che lo rende speciale è che nonostante sia un albergo di alto livello, si sente un’atmosfera familiare, con una sua storia e una sua personalità. La cantina dei vini è fornitissima, la colazione eccellente, tutti i luoghi estremamente curati e pensati. Vi sono anche una piccola biblioteca, una sala con una bellissima collezioni di vinili e un bar per rilassarsi la sera. La spa ha tutto ciò che serve, bellissima la sala dove è possibile fare yoga in mezzo al bosco. Da provare !

Un posto meraviglioso .... posizionato sulla cima di una collinetta, perfettamente inserito all’interno di un piccolo boschetto …. La struttura è il risultato evidente dell’amore orgoglioso per la tradizione valdostana, impreziosito e perfettamente integrato da concessioni a soluzioni moderne e raffinatissime, che conferiscono all’insieme una sensazione di eleganza, accoglienza, tradizione e perfetta integrazione nella natura. Il tutto è ulteriormente esaltato grazie ad un sapiente e strepitoso gioco di ambienti, oggetti, luci e colori, che sottolineano ulteriormente la bellezza del posto e della emozionante natura che lo circonda. La meravigliosa esperienza è completata dalla medesima attenzione che si ritrova nella cura della cucina, nella strepitosa cantina dei vini, e soprattutto nella delicatissima ospitalità di Ludovico e di suo figlio Lorenzo. Un posto magico, ideale per vivere momenti magici, come la neve di un tempo.

Hotel sublime , personale eccellente, cibo superbo.

Davvero un bel posto , peccato un po' distante da Cervinia ...
