14/04/2026: I had dinner during a sporting event. The evening before the Gubbio Trail Citta di Pietra, I was a guest of the organizers at this restaurant. I would like to compliment the kitchen and all the staff (which I also complimented the managers after dinner) for the quality and deliciousness of the food and the service. I recommend this restaurant. I really enjoyed the dinner, which, for me, as a non-vegetarian, was truly satisfying. I highly recommend this restaurant.

03/04/2026: An excellent restaurant, starting with the owner's kindness, who managed to find us a table for dinner even though we hadn't booked, and prepared it within the promised ten minutes. The atmosphere is warm, informal, yet elegant. The dishes we tried were extraordinary: hand-rolled tagliatelle with local truffles, slow-cooked duck breast, a tasting of local oils, and cod in oil with chickpea cream and squid ink coral. The duck breast, in particular, was breathtaking for its texture, the flavor of the meat and the sauce, and the pairing with the caramelized onion. All thanks to the expert hand of chef Hanna, who meticulously manages the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. The wine list is beautiful, with unusual choices, and an excellent selection of local whites (we're in Orvieto) and reds. It's surprising it's not mentioned by the Gambero Rosso. We'll try it again as soon as possible.

22/03/2026: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of our tour group. The pasta was especially delicious, but all the other dishes were excellent as well. I think it was the best restaurant I've ever been to in my life. The restaurant's atmosphere was also wonderful, with warm, inviting wooden carvings. I would definitely like to visit again. 20/04/2026: The welcome was kind and knowledgeable. We sampled the four oils arranged on the table, the saffron gnocchi in a white rabbit sauce, and the cantucci biscuits + vinsantini with vinsanto. Excellent local wine. Superb place.

23/03/2026: Recently rediscovered for a variety of reasons, I can only rate it positively from every perspective. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, using ingredients of undeniable quality. The portions served are so generous that you won't leave the table feeling hungry, and the preparation and professionalism of the staff makes the dishes even more appreciative. A special mention goes to Sabrina, who elevates the experience with her genuine spontaneity and a delightfully sociable approach, which adds value to the atmosphere. I'd like to give a special mention to the carbonara; perhaps the least ordered dish, but it's remarkably delicious.

11/04/2026: Chosen based on the positive reviews, which I absolutely agree with. Appetizer with authentic local cured meats and cheeses. Homemade truffle gnocchi and porcini mushroom tagliatelle. Quince jam tart with homemade biscuits. The owner is welcoming and extremely kind. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being packed. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back to try the gnocchi with venison ragù (the owner hunted the venison himself). Super fair prices. Thank you for contributing to a wonderful memory of this day in Cascia.

06/03/2026: Beautiful! I had dinner with my husband on a Saturday evening in February. After years, I was able to try fried brains, which are no longer on the menu. But above all, we appreciated the friendliness and expertise of the staff and the variety of dishes, all strictly local. Beautiful location and reasonable prices. I recommend it.

All of them: from the appetizers to the first courses, the top-quality meat, and the fantastic desserts! Every bite is a unique and memorable experience. 29/03/2026: The food was absolutely delicious. It was probably the best food I have had in months and I try a lot of different foods. The service was absolutely fantastic the waiters gave us water immediately and bread immediately, and they brought us our food within minutes. And finally the atmosphere. I can’t even describe how amazing it was, it was so delicious and scrumptious. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

05/01/2026: We originally came to Charlie’s looking for pizza but accidentally arrived too early to get pizza. Regardless it was amazing, the vegetable soup was perfect for a cold day. My sister who has celiac, often making it difficult to find an enjoyable dining experience, was met with many options on the menu. She was even given gluten free crackers as an alternative for the bread the rest of us were given. We had many restrictions in our party aside from the celiac, including nut allergies and a vegetarian diet, all of which were accommodated to. The wine and espresso were both amazing and had great flavor. The service was excellent and our server was patient with us, providing us insight on the menu in English. This is most definitely somewhere I would recommend.

12/02/2026: We happened upon it by chance, and despite the late hour, the very kind Mr. Claudio welcomed us and immediately won us over with his professionalism and profound knowledge of the world of truffles. The dinner was excellent, a truly wonderful experience! Thank you, we'll be back.
