30/03/2026: It's not just a trattoria, but a well-executed little journey.
The food? Truly remarkable. Carefully crafted dishes, distinct but never banal flavors, a sense of research that's palpable without becoming pretentious. Not the usual "crafty" menu, but something that speaks of attention, thought, and even a good deal of heart. And then the ambiance... another level. Every detail seems carefully chosen, nothing left to chance. It's not just beautiful: it's coherent, warm, and makes you want to stay seated a little longer, even after you've finished eating. Those trattorias that don't shout, but remain.
25/03/2026: When evaluating a restaurant, as a customer, there are several factors that lead to an overall rating.
The service is staffed by very young people, which wouldn't be a negative, on the contrary, if it weren't for the clear lack of precise direction or a manager to guide them. In our experience, the service was rushed and imprecise, with a constant feeling of having to finish quickly.
Food: Gourmet portions and prices too high for the quality/price ratio; the meat was ordered medium-rare and arrived rare; the pasta arrived too al dente, almost tough (proper cooking of pasta should be essential).
On the other hand, the ambiance is truly charming and intimate. It's a shame it's not enough, though! I don't think we'll return, as we prefer places where aesthetics, quality of service, and cuisine are equally intertwined.
Two beers, a bottle of tap water, a first and second course, a dessert: €40 per person
