I visited this rustic restaurant near Amelia during a work break, and I must say that my expectations (already high based on the stories of those who took me there) were fully confirmed.
The location is along a highway, with limited parking, but with a little luck and patience, you can find parking even along the highway.
The restaurant's interior is spacious and welcoming, with carefully crafted rustic furnishings that create a pleasant atmosphere and reflect the restaurant's upcoming menu.
In addition to the menu, a blackboard with the daily specials is also displayed, a sign of a cuisine that pays attention to seasonality.
I started my dinner with an excellent hand-sliced local ham, followed by some excellent ciriole al pomodoro, a typical local dish. Side dishes included sautéed chicory and French fries, and it all ended with some delicious tozzetti, so good that I ordered a portion to take home.
It goes without saying that the main dishes at this restaurant are all meat-based.
The wait staff is quick, friendly, and above all, skilled at managing the many customers who frequent the restaurant.
Good value for money, reservations recommended.
An authentic place, congratulations.

Very nice trattoria, located along the road. Good food and excellent prices. Reservations are recommended as it gets very busy. Generous portions, friendly waiters, and a warm atmosphere (in winter) are always welcome! We'll be back!

Excellent traditional dishes (including the daily specials, such as pigeon) are located very close to the Annunziata Monastery, which is within walking distance. The antipasto is excellent, with cured meats and bruschetta. The first courses (agnolotti with mushrooms and fettuccine with wild boar) are delicious. The side dishes (chicory, potatoes, and beans) are also very delicious! Highly recommended.

A genuine, homey restaurant, just like its cuisine: bold, well-structured flavors and generous portions.
As an appetizer, the liver crostini are highly recommended.
The gnocchi with mutton sauce are truly amazing, as is the Chianina beef tartare, with its perfectly balanced flavors.
The courteous and prompt service makes the experience even more enjoyable.
