11/09/2025: Let's start by saying that it's an old-fashioned osteria, and that's an added bonus. From the food to the "caciara" setting, to the service, to the menu, everything is top-notch, excellent quality and well-cooked. Service is fast but precise and attentive. Not suitable for newbies. I would improve the wine list. Compliments, so modest. I forgot... fantastic location.

31/08/2025: Superb osteria in the heart of Foligno, carefully prepared food, a paradise for pigeon lovers. The service is noteworthy, typical of an osteria but efficient and well-prepared, much better than other renowned restaurants. Excellent value for money!

21/07/2025: My first and most enjoyable experience at Osteria del Carro was a sliced steak seasoned with flavored salt, an appetizer of light fried dishes, and an excellent red wine recommended by the host, a blend of two grape varieties. The lemon semifreddo was refreshing after such flavorful dishes. Overall, I found courtesy, authenticity, and excellent value. I'll definitely be back!

05/09/2025: We had a truly memorable meal at this charming restaurant nestled in a small village just across from Orvieto. The view alone is worth the visit — you can admire the entire town of Orvieto from your table! We started with a delicious selection of cold cuts as an appetizer — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, we had a generous mixed grill that included a perfectly cooked Fiorentina steak. The meat was high quality, tender, and grilled to perfection — simply outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and rustic, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Whether you’re passing through the area or staying nearby, this place is absolutely worth the stop. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food, beautiful views, and genuine hospitality.

13/08/2025: I had the umbricelli with both goose sauce and Norcina sauce. Both were excellent and the portions generous. The atmosphere was rustic but pleasant and welcoming, and the service was also good, thanks to the friendly and helpful waiters.

20/08/2025: We searched and chose...it seemed like the right place, and it was! Nestled among the narrow streets of Città di Castello, with outdoor seating and a wealth of history. We were greeted very kindly by the owner's nephew. He's knowledgeable and recommended some very tasty dishes. The bruschetta with burrata and caramelized onions was excellent, as were the pici with orange, lemon, tuna, and almonds, and the desserts!

20/08/2025: We returned to this restaurant by chance after a couple of years and found the same atmosphere and the same friendly, welcoming owner. The food was excellent, refined, and plentiful. Highly recommended!

28/08/2025: La Locanda del Tartufo in Gubbio was a delightful discovery! Quick and punctual service, with always helpful and friendly staff, making you feel right at home. The food is excellent and authentically traditional, with dishes that showcase local traditions. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Gubbio without sacrificing comfort, and the value for money is truly unbeatable. This place is definitely worth a visit and will remain a must-visit: if I were to return to Gubbio, I would have no hesitation in choosing this place again! Excellent.

22/08/2025: A corner of paradise. We ate pappardelle and tagliata with truffles. Everything was truly delicious. Plus, everything is homemade. I highly recommend it because it makes you feel right at home.

31/08/2025: Calling it a restaurant is an understatement; it's an experience and a journey through local flavors and culture. Every ingredient is carefully selected and evident in every dish. Starting with a delicious cured meats appetizer featuring excellent salami and guanciale, it continues with a delicious onion tart, where, despite the onions being whole, they remain incredibly delicate, with a superb crust. The slow-cooked beef is incredibly tender and beautifully balanced, reminiscent of a stew. At this point, it's impossible not to try the desserts, including a chocolate cake where the cocoa flavor literally explodes in your mouth. The portions are just right, and the price is commensurate with the quality. The manager, if you wish, will be happy to guide you through each dish, adding an extra ingredient to your culinary experience.

30/08/2025: Floyd is cuisine, music, poetry, and so much more. Let's start with the incredible cuisine, crafting superb pairings, thanks to the skill of chef Alessandra. She knows how to enhance even the simplest ingredients and transform them into something sublime. When you eat here, you feel right at home. Personally, when we want to feel pampered, we come here, and I assure you, the plates are always empty. The music isn't annoying; it's a pleasant backdrop to the words of the legendary Crescenzo, who, with his knowledge of wine and beer, always knows how to recommend the best dishes. Poetry isn't just what you find on the paper, always written by Crescenzo, but it's everything. I highly recommend the pasta alla Floyd and the pasta with beef, our favorite dishes.

27/08/2025: We spent a day in Orvieto, and the trattoria was recommended to us by the B&B Torre Polidori. After lunch, we immediately booked for dinner. Highly recommended for both the good food and the service.

25/08/2025: A quaint wooden structure nestled in the countryside, discovered for the first time last night. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the warmth and friendliness. We tried the pizzas, which aren't traditional in both their leavening process and presentation, but they were delicious, and the toppings were excellent. The beers, mostly craft, are also excellent. Definitely worth a try!
