17/06/2025: What wonderful regional cuisine! We enjoyed these wonderful chicory ravioli stuffed with rabbit, enhanced with thin strips of marinated fennel, tagliatelle with rabbit ragout sprinkled with olive oil, and finally, vanilla ice cream with a strawberry center baked with a strawberry coulis and topped with lemon olive oil (a delight 😋). We also enjoyed the kumquat agretti.
The welcome was friendly and very efficient. Thank you for all the explanations.

30/06/2025: Pleasant surprise the caves of the labyrinth right under the restaurant, perfectly intact and richly decorated!
20/06/2025: Very friendly and attentive service, delicious Umbrian main courses, very imaginative antipasti, the highlight is of course the labyrinth at the end of the meal but even without it the somewhat remote restaurant is preferable to the usual tourist spots.

21/07/2025: My first and most enjoyable experience at Osteria del Carro was a sliced steak seasoned with flavored salt, an appetizer of light fried dishes, and an excellent red wine recommended by the host, a blend of two grape varieties. The lemon semifreddo was refreshing after such flavorful dishes. Overall, I found courtesy, authenticity, and excellent value. I'll definitely be back!

five-star location makes me forgive
what I didn't appreciate on the plate...
except for the charcuterie board.
The service was attentive.
It's a shame I didn't find the care and flavor of the Egubian tradition I expected in the subsequent dishes.
I don't think I'll ever return.

21/06/2025: Again (also 3 years ago) a great experience! We really love the bistecca fiorentina, the papardelle sagrantino and the zucchini flowers. Combine it with the Coccorone wine and you Will have a great evening!

30/05/2025: Truly a pleasant experience. Helpful and patient people. We went with our 1 and a half year old daughter and they showed us the animals. Delicious lunch and really friendly service with Km 0 products. They also opened the restaurant a little earlier for the child.

21/06/2025: Excellent dinner for our last night in Orvieto. Setting outdoors was lovely, even with it being a hot day. We particularly liked the carrot soup, tagliatelle with wild boar ragu sauce and the risotto.

Strangely compared to other places abundant second courses and poor first courses, but almost everything is not good, including the dessert
