15/02/2025: Scoperto grazie al consiglio di amici di Perugia, è un ristorante fuori dai circuiti turistici umbri. Anche la cucina di distacca dai classici “ salumi tartufo e torta al testo”. Ottime materie prime abilmente cucinate, presentazione classica, ma curata. Servizio attento, senza essere lezioso. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo dei vini in carta. Da ritornare sicuramente

24/03/2025: Having dinner inside a historic building from the Roman era is already enough, I think. Instead, you find yourself eating a super platter of incredible cold cuts and cheeses, especially the lentil flan, then you continue with a plate of strozzapreti with ricotta cream, sausage and truffle. And dessert? Wait though. Because at a certain point the service stops, warned by a call from Campanella and as if by surprise the owner briefly explains the history of the place where you are eating! To finish, you then have a nice Rocciata where inside you find all the flavor of an ancient recipe. Highly recommended. We had dinner for two and we didn't even take a photo. Yes, because we were more attentive to looking at the walls, the ceiling of the place and the dishes than taking the phone from the jacket😂. We really felt at home!

08/03/2025: Excellent experience at La Torretta di Spoleto I had the pleasure of having lunch at the La Torretta restaurant in Spoleto and the experience was absolutely impeccable. Location: Situated in an enchanting position, the restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a relaxing lunch with friends or family. The environment is designed with attention to detail, with a mix of tradition and refinement that makes the meal even more pleasant. Food: The quality of the cuisine is exceptional. The dishes, prepared with the freshest, high-quality ingredients, enhance the authentic flavors of the Umbrian tradition. Each course is a perfect balance between taste and presentation. From homemade first courses to tasty meats, everything is cooked with passion and skill. Service: The owner and staff were extremely friendly and professional. Hospitality is one of the strong points of the place: we felt welcomed and pampered from the first to the last minute. The service was quick, attentive and never intrusive, with excellent recommendations on dishes and wines. An absolutely recommended restaurant for anyone who wants to live an authentic and high-level gastronomic experience in Spoleto! I will definitely go back.

02/12/2024: Op Tripadvisor werd dit restaurantje midden in Panicale goed beoordeeld en zeer aangeraden. We zijn hier 2 keer wezen eten en het was waanzinnig! Wat een mooie familie die met liefde en passie hun vak uitoefenen. Ook hebben we heerlijke wijn en olijfolie mee naar Nederland genomen.

30/03/2025: The appetizers were unique and good (including the quail eggs 😉). We ordered a trio of first courses (gnocchi Norcia, tagliatelle rosse al cinghiale e bianche al truffe), it's hard to decide which is the best! Courteous service, young and helpful guys. Highly recommended!

09/03/2025: We entered this tavern by chance, intrigued by the menu on display and it turned out to be a real gem, especially for the quality and goodness of the dishes. The interior is warm and welcoming, a few tables for an intimate but familiar atmosphere. We opted for the trio of bruschettas (purple cabbage, cabbage and mushrooms), strozzapreti with Sagrantino, bacon and pecorino, pappardelle with Umbrian red sauce, dish of the day - braised cheek, meatballs with artichokes and their "Strange dessert" to finish. The waiter was very kind and apologized for having mistakenly served me a berry mousse, instead of the panna cotta I had ordered, which was still very good. Finally, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend anyone passing through here to eat at this tavern: you won't be disappointed!

24/03/2025: Ieri, mentre ero in questo locale, mi sono venute in mente queste parola tratte da "Confessioni di un malandrino", stupenda canzone di Branduardi: "Qui forse anche morire non fa male". Potrei fermarmi qui e lasciarvi immaginare, ma voglio aggiungere una nota. Su 4 commensali, uno di noi ha ricevuto il primo piatto a distanza di 3 minuti dagli altri 3. In quei 180 secondi, il cameriere, mortificato, prima si è scusato e un attimo dopo ha portato un tagliere con dello straordinario prosciutto crudo accompagnato da ulteriori scuse. Credo che tra Duomo e Pozzo di San Patrizio, questo Lugo che incanta il palato e gli occhi debba diventare una tappa obbligatoria per chi si ferma in questa stupenda città.

24/03/2025: Scoperto per puro caso ieri 23 marzo 2025.....e meno male!!!!!!! Esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile, i miei tortelli cacio e pepe li ricorderò per sempre e se dovessi ritornare ad Orvieto mangerei sempre e solo qui. Dello stesso parere mio marito e gli amici con noi. Bravissimi, continuate così.

The welcoming and informal atmosphere immediately conveys a feeling of warmth and hospitality, while the staff offers impeccable and friendly service. The cuisine, which combines traditional flavors with creative touches, offers irresistible dishes prepared with top quality ingredients. I highly recommend tasting the homemade pasta, tasty and rich in aromas, and accompanying it with one of the fine wines offered on their excellent list. The dessert, a refined balance of sweetness and freshness, represents the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable meal. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care in presenting each dish, a sign of the team's passion. 09/03/2025: I've wanted to try this tavern for a long time (discovered for the "fior di cacio" festival. You arrive directly in the village, and next to it there is a large car park, very convenient to arrive. At the reception we were served by a very kind boy, explaining the products and their origin... the room is not very large, you have to book in advance, but we didn't book at the last minute and it went well because it wasn't very full. We tasted a small appetizer of the staff (excellent), strangozzi, courgette bacon and salted ricotta (good), a medium-cooked steak, tender and large portion, and sausage and lentil. We ended the meal with just one dessert, but there are many (wide choice), I chose ricotta (very good), honey and walnuts... to make the slipper. Fair score, we'll be back and I recommend it.

26/02/2025: I was on holiday with my partner and my family last weekend and we had dinner in this restaurant two evenings. I recommend it, the food is excellent, the staff and the environment are welcoming. It feels like home! Beautiful experience
