28/05/2026: A little gem of an Osteria! Greats service, a nice atmosphere and simple, local dishes cooked with great quality, fresh (the morning’s ricotta!), local ingredients Prosciutto and pecorino, fresh ricotta with honey and mint, cannelloni cacio e pepe and grilled sausage were all beautifully done and utterly delicious. Very reasonable prices, especially given the quality.

24/05/2026: We stopped for lunch and had a lovely meal in a charming atmosphere. It only had about 20 seats. It wasn't fancy in the least, but that was a big part of its charm. My husband had a bruschetta with roasted figs, carmalized onions and salami. He raved about it. I tasted it and wished I had ordered it! I had the gricia pasta dish with mushrooms and guanciale. It was delicious. The woman that waited on us was really friendly and easy-going. We really liked this place a lot.

12/05/2026: Beautiful property just outside Norcia. You can enjoy a beautiful view. A classic Umbrian farmhouse. The restaurant is also open to outsiders. The food is excellent. Traditional Norcia dishes. I will definitely return. I recommend this property.

16/05/2026: A lovely place. Umbria is always present in the recipes, but with a touch of innovation that's never banal. The wine list is well-represented. The menu, however, is perhaps a bit repetitive. Excellent value for money.

22/03/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming and spacious, like a true osteria. The waiters are super kind and helpful. The service is fast and knowledgeable. We had pasta with artichokes and gnocchi, followed by meatballs in tomato sauce. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. Perhaps a little too peppery, but the dishes were truly quality. The quality/price ratio was average. We really enjoyed our meal, and we'll be back.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience. I came here with my wife as a wedding gift from some friends. I had a wonderful time, and the service was impeccable. The private spa is a gem, and the indoor and outdoor pools are the icing on the cake. The dinner was very good, especially the meat (one of the best I've ever had). The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and varied. The entire staff was super welcoming and professional.

25/05/2026: The location is easy to reach, nestled in greenery with a wonderful view of the lake. The room is huge, clean, and very quiet. The spa is beautiful. The on-site restaurant offers a vast menu and a well-stocked wine list. We dined there two nights and every dish was delicious. The outdoor pool is set in a large green area, ensuring peace and relaxation. Finally, the parking lot is ample, with shaded spots and electric car charging facilities.

05/01/2026: We had dinner here with friends. The place and the food are certainly very well-curated. We tried everything from crostini to pasta dishes, main courses, and burgers. Everything was top-quality. I especially liked the kindness of the owner and the staff, as well as the attention to celiac disease. I highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: Raw pasta. I asked for it to be remade and it came back raw again. The third time it was cold. A disappointment for a Michelin-starred restaurant! My wife ordered risotto and it was also "very al dente". And cold too!

And the balance is impeccable, never one flavor overpowering the other, only harmony from the first bite to the last. Special mention goes to Joseph in the dining room: his expertise, passion, and courtesy immediately put you at ease. He explains the dishes without being didactic, offers tasteful advice, and has a welcoming attitude that makes you feel more like a guest than a customer. If you're passing through Perugia, Nadir isn't just a restaurant. It's an experience.

The cuisine was truly exquisite, with dishes crafted with attention to detail and rich in flavor. It was a very pleasant four days; we hope to return soon.
