24/02/2026: For a traveler, it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a place from the past that tells its story and traditions. It's precisely on this point that I feel compelled to emphasize to the owners that their food, while good, betrays our Umbrian tradition. My tagliatelle with artichokes and pancetta were practically unseasoned, contrary to our tradition of abundance. A welcoming host offers plates overflowing with pasta and, above all, with toppings that often equal the quantity of pasta. This applies to a first course, a second course, a dessert, and even a simple sandwich. Our grandparents welcomed you with what they had, but they gave it all away. In short, good, but stingy, and unfortunately, the price isn't the only thing that's salty.

02/03/2026: I went there a while ago for a birthday and had a great meal, promising to return. It hasn't disappointed me even a year later. The products are always excellent and high-quality, with delicious raw ingredients. Definitely worth a try.

13/01/2026: An old-world atmosphere for a traditional restaurant, far removed from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism! As soon as we entered, the atmosphere and the warm, wood-toned decor welcomed us like a big hug! The service was fast and very attentive. The food was truly delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices!

06/01/2026: We had dinner here in early January. We were looking for a place with Umbrian options, but not just the usual options found everywhere. I'm a vegetarian, and finding options that aren't truffle or mushroom-based isn't easy. Here, however, we found a wide selection (the menu is attached). We had scamorza al coccio with walnuts and honey as an appetizer, and for our first courses, strangozzi brancaleone and pasta with Umbrian herb pesto. Finally, we shared a second course, the vegetable lasagna. Everything was exceptional: quality ingredients, impeccable service, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

15/01/2026: I stopped by for breakfast one morning. The place is very nice, the staff is friendly, but the croissant was nothing special, just enough. The cream inside didn't taste like the original flavor, and there was very little inside the croissant. Too bad.

01/02/2026: In the heart of Montefalco, Rè Tartù is a true gastronomic gem, a restaurant that celebrates truffles with intelligence, elegance, and profound respect for the raw material. The experience begins with the appetizers, which immediately reveal the soul of the restaurant. The meat tartare is impeccable: precise cut, top-quality meat, clean and authentic flavor, without unnecessary embellishments. The potato flan with an egg heart is pure, elevated comfort food: creamy, enveloping, with the yolk opening in the center like a promise kept, all topped off with a generous grating of prized black truffle, fragrant yet never overpowering. The first course was simply spectacular: the cacio e pepe fusiolloni with truffle are a perfect balance of technique and flavor. The creaminess is masterful, the pepper present yet elegant, the cheese enveloping, and the truffle ties everything together with a deep and persistent aroma. A dish that will linger in your memory. For the main courses, the quality continues undiminished. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and well-balanced. The truffle beef fillet my companion chose was incredibly tender, of excellent quality, enhanced by a truffle that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. Special mention for the service: Michele, the waiter, was impeccable. Professional, friendly, present but never intrusive, capable of guiding the experience with skill and passion, making the guest feel truly pampered. Finally, and most importantly: the value for money was absolutely excellent. For the quality of the ingredients, the use of truffles, and the overall level of the experience, the bill was more than fair. 👉 Rè Tartù is not just a restaurant, but a place to remember and recommend. A must-see for anyone who loves truffles and cuisine crafted with care and love.

25/01/2026: Discovered by chance, but certainly destined to become one of my favorite places ♥️. Niccolò and Beatrice, despite their young age, proved to be hosts who far exceeded expectations. Courtesy, attentiveness to customer needs, and great professionalism characterize their hospitality. The quality of the food is excellent: top-quality ingredients, dishes prepared with care and expertise, and impeccably presented. If you love lamb, the ribs are a must-try: among the best—if not the best—I've ever tasted, not just in Italy. The wine list is impressive, extensive, and well-selected.

24/10/2025: It's the fourth time I've been there and as far as quality and service are concerned, there's nothing to complain about, just that (at least for my pockets) I can't afford it... spending €103.00 for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 desserts and 1 coffee makes me think that it has become a place suitable for people with higher incomes than mine💁‍♂️

06/01/2026: We had lunch at Locanda Baldelli, a place with a unique atmosphere that you can't fully understand unless you experience it. The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert, as was the wine, which the waiter recommended with great professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this experience.

05/01/2026: I went there for lunch, what can I say... everything was excellent, we had a mixed appetizer for two and a mixed bruschetta appetizer, a tortello and a 900g rib-eye steak served on a hot plate. The ingredients were top-quality, the location was truly beautiful and unique, and the staff were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

13/02/2026: Excellent meat restaurant (ciccia in Perugian) serving beef and pork in Corciano, just a stone's throw from Perugia. The restaurant is well-maintained and the service is attentive. There's a wide selection of meats, including bone-in meat, steaks, burgers, and other cuts. For example, I ordered the diaphragm, which was very tender thanks to a good amount of fat, despite the fact that it's potentially sinewy. It was cooked rare, even though I'd requested medium, but I must say it was cooked just right. Portions are 400-500g, or you can choose from cuts weighing about 1kg. The accompanying vegetables are also good. My only comment: I would have preferred a little less oil on both the diaphragm and the vegetables, but greasy dishes are a local characteristic, something I've encountered at other restaurants. The prices aren't cheap, but they're fair for the quality.

As always, the service was kind and courteous, and they were always punctual without a hitch. This time, you outdid yourself with the quality: the cannelloni with seafood for New Year's Eve dinner were to die for. Congratulations.
