18/04/2026: I only went for lunch; I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms. Price-fixe menu for €40. A generous buffet of appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes, and three desserts. Masterful cuisine. A paradise for the palate. Definitely recommended! The best place I've ever eaten. Compliments to everyone! Also to the courteous, friendly, and competent staff.

12/04/2026: As Giorgione told us, the appetizer is a buffet. When you don't want any more, just let me know and we'll start with the first courses. Keep quiet and eat whatever you get, making sure you don't leave anything left! 🤣 We did well with the appetizer buffet and didn't overdo it (two rounds of a full plate, the boiled tongue was amazing). We enjoyed the first courses, the second courses, and the trio of desserts. We were full and happy. Their food is very simple but incredibly delicious. Thanks for the evening

29/03/2026: A wonderful experience, a fantastic location, and attentive and relaxed staff who let guests enjoy the evening. Excellent food: pici with ragù, tagliata, and tiramisu were top notch.

06/01/2026: We had lunch at Locanda Baldelli, a place with a unique atmosphere that you can't fully understand unless you experience it. The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert, as was the wine, which the waiter recommended with great professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this experience.

13/04/2026: A fairly well-known trattoria in the center of Assisi. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. However, I can't say I had an excellent meal or that I was served like a gentleman; let's just say it was average. The strangozzi with truffles was bland and tasted very little like truffle. The salt that was missing from the strangozzi was in the rabbit cacciatore, which was almost unbearably salty. But what most influenced my rating was the response of the dark-haired waitress with glasses. When asked if there was any wine off the menu (which needs revising...), she replied: "If you don't like anything, drink water!" This response would have meant I should have given a 0, but I don't want to disparage or belittle the work of my colleagues in the dining room and kitchen, nor the hostess who was always courteous and kind. You just need to be more careful when speaking to customers.

08/04/2026: A real discovery. A place to savor authentic and genuine products served by exquisite, kind, and friendly staff. Excellent ingredients, prepared with love and dedication, respecting tradition. The dining room is warm and welcoming, with tables well-arranged and not too close together. The pigeon is one of the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended!!!

06/04/2026: A classic unpretentious trattoria with traditional food. Just had a lovely dinner, with Tortellini in Brodo and Cinghiale. The whole place smelled of good food cooking and the meal lived up to this. The owner and waittress were friendly in a normal way- not over promoting for tourists. I really enjoyed it and would come regularly if I lived near here.

13/01/2026: An average restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't leave any particular impressions. The tagliata didn't live up to expectations; it's hard to even classify it. Basic service, pleasant atmosphere, two rooms, one more welcoming, the other less so... overall, the experience was rather unimpressive. It's a shame, because there are definitely better options in the Orvieto area.

07/01/2026: Great restaurant! The menu is consistent with the area and local traditions. The first courses were excellent, especially the tagliatelle. We really appreciated the quality of the pasta and its cooking. The service was fast and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the place filled up quickly. Although the town is small and easy to navigate, the restaurant is conveniently located. A good choice considering the quality and price, even though ours was a quick and simple lunch.

23/03/2026: A rustic, well-maintained location and excellent food, from appetizers to main courses and side dishes. The stuffed pigeon is fabulous. Excellent service, the owner is very kind and professional, as is the rest of the staff.

22/03/2026: Excellent value, but unfortunately, two and a half hours to eat two bruschettas, a simple first course, and a second course seems like too much. It's a shame; a few fewer table settings would improve the service and make the atmosphere quieter.

28/03/2026: We had dinner two nights during a short three-day stay on Lake Trasimeno. The place was super welcoming, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The food...fantastic!!! The portions were just right considering the excellent quality of the cuisine. From fish to meat, from wine to dessert...everything satisfied our taste buds, with a special mention for the stuffed escarole, a Campanian dish that I adore! We'll be returning to Lake Trasimeno, and our regular stop will be Il Pod' di Domenico!
