10/09/2025: A random alternative to my usual restaurant, which I found closed... I'd say the fettuccine was good, but the porcini mushrooms were frozen and had a huge clove of garlic in them... the Italian-style appetizer was nothing special...

17/08/2025: The appetizers are excellent and very generous. For this reason, I recommend ordering a medium appetizer, even if you're serving four people, or you risk not being able to eat the rest. The service was impeccable: even when we belatedly told the waiter that my father was allergic to a certain ingredient in the appetizer we'd already been served, the owner offered us an entire second appetizer just for him. As for dessert, I recommend the tiramisu.

08/07/2025: The veal slices were incredibly delicious, and the red wine whetted my appetite. I usually prefer smaller places like this. Upscale establishments aren't for me; I don't like them jacking up the price of lemonade with a slice of lemon. I recommend visiting smaller establishments; they need you more. Upscale establishments only care about your money, but small establishments like this offer impeccable service and respect. Your satisfaction is paramount.

13/08/2025: On a Monday just before mid-August, we stumbled upon this little spot by chance. We asked if there was a table for two, without having booked. They were very kind and seated us after a few minutes. We had two main courses with sides, and I must say we were very satisfied.

We tried the pasta dishes and fish, which were beautifully cooked with combinations of ingredients that gave the dish a unique and particularly delicious flavor. 12/09/2025: The shop is located in the city's historic center on the ground floor, with several tables outside and inside. The gelateria offers a variety of flavors, some of which are quite unique. Try the Gorgonzola and pear ones.

04/09/2025: We were really craving torta al testo, and while searching online, we noticed the good reviews for this place. Our choice didn't disappoint! The waitress was really nice and kind! (Not a given these days.) The torta al testo was very, very, very good. I also had the chicken wings, which I've always had a weakness for, and they were crispy and incredibly tasty. We'll definitely be back next time to try the other dishes we admired being served to other customers!! Thank you

23/08/2025: For a quick, quality meal, I always choose Cukuc—a surefire choice! The meat is excellent and well-cooked, and the service is very friendly. The mixed grill is my favorite dish: rich, tasty, varied, and reasonably priced, with a choice of side dishes, whether vegetables or roast potatoes. Outdoor and indoor seating available. There's always parking nearby.

13/08/2025: Passing by, I stopped in, tempted by the positive reviews. The staff was kind, helpful, attentive, and thoughtful. The food was excellent and delicious (ricotta and spinach tortellini, eggplant parmigiana, fried vegetables, and potato and water pie). The service was prompt, and everything was served hot. The bill was 1/5 less than I expected. If only I could give it six stars.

13/08/2025: Found by chance, outside the city center. A great diner with a wide variety, the food is home-style, and everyone is very friendly. The eggplant parmigiana and ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato sauce are delicious. It has an indoor dining room and an air-conditioned veranda. Highly recommended not only for tourists, but also for lunch breaks and families.

19/08/2025: We stopped for lunch as a couple. The place is very welcoming and close to all the tourist attractions. The wait is a bit long, but nothing too bad; it's not fast food! We ordered two starters, a main course split between two, a side dish, and two desserts. Nothing was not excellent! The staff is kind and friendly, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended. If I return to Gubbio, which is beautiful, I would definitely go there again.

Perhaps the only area that could be improved is ventilation, especially on particularly warm evenings, but this remains a minor detail compared to the overall quality of the experience. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff always available and smiling. We chose to dine here during our stay and were particularly impressed by the mix of slow-cooked meats: dishes with intense, bold flavors, a far cry from the usual "fast barbecue." Every bite reveals aromas, spices, and textures that transform the experience into a true sensory journey. The wide variety of offerings makes it a restaurant worth trying and repeating without hesitation.
