06/12/2025: It's now our regular stop, especially after summer motorcycle rides when we can't wait to cool off. Come rain, shine, or winter, we always come here for some excellent ice cream. The new flavors I offer are always amazing and very unique.

21/10/2025: My husband and I hiked the Silent Villages Trail, and on our second stop, we dined at the Uva Passera Osteria. Excellent lasagna and sautéed chicory with a fantastic burger (I'm celiac and was able to eat without any problems). Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and all the sunshine of Umbria and this splendid village of Morre, with its many lovely people. (I also wanted to mention the girl from the Arci club.)

12/02/2026: We happened upon it by chance, and despite the late hour, the very kind Mr. Claudio welcomed us and immediately won us over with his professionalism and profound knowledge of the world of truffles. The dinner was excellent, a truly wonderful experience! Thank you, we'll be back.

31/12/2025: Sunday, December 27th, was a wonderful sunny day at the Marmore Falls, made even more special by the porchetta, vegetables, and desserts of this excellent restaurant.
The owners and waiters were extremely hospitable and friendly; we'll be back!

04/11/2025: We had lunch here on our last day in Orvieto. We had focaccia with prosciutto, stuffed rabbit with a side dish, and pavlova. The food was very good, the place was very nice, and the service was attentive. Everything was great.
17/10/2025: We booked with The Fork. Excellent welcome. An unsolicited entree kicked off the meal. We asked for a carbonara with a pasta substitution, and they accommodated us without further ado. However, I found the carbonara a bit disjointed, although good. But my 10/10 goes to the Argentine Angus steak with soy sauce reduction. A stroke of genius.

The atmosphere was authentic, the menu original yet traditional, the dishes exquisite, and the bill reasonable. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back in the warmer months to enjoy the view under the pergola. Thank you!

11/01/2026: We were five at the Conte Fabiani restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent.
We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and top-quality ingredients. The owners were extremely kind and attentive: a truly appreciated gesture was offering us white truffles at the price of black truffles, a rare courtesy that demonstrates great passion and respect for the customer.
The service was impeccable, professional yet warm.
We had a wonderful experience in every way: the quality of the food, the hospitality, and the atmosphere.
A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to.

02/11/2025: It is very difficult to make a reservation if you are a foreigner. But I love the food there and every time I'm in Perugia I go for dinner. From the appetisers I loved the pate, from the second courses the rabbit was delicious. The red house wine was good.
27/10/2025: A delightful discovery in a corner of old Perugia, right behind the Morlacchi Theater. A place with meticulous attention to detail, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere—not your average osteria, but a little gem.
We ate for two; the staff was kind, courteous, and attentive. The menu was extensive, with generous portions and well-prepared dishes. The only flaw was perhaps too much oil in some dishes.
All in all, a good restaurant where I think I'll return soon. Fairly priced.

29/01/2026: Found by chance on a cold January Thursday while wandering around Passignano. The refined and well-kept atmosphere was excellent, the host was truly kind and friendly, the wine list was interesting, with many excellent wines, and what can I say about the truly excellent food? We opted for the lake fish, it was all delicious... I will never forget the creamed pike. It is definitely worth the trip, thanks a thousand from our furry friends too.
