I recently returned and was very impressed. The quality is truly top-notch, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The fried foods were excellent: light, crispy, and not at all greasy. I was also completely impressed with the pizza, with a well-worked, digestible dough and top-quality ingredients. The service is attentive and friendly.

If you're in Todi and want to eat truly well, Le Scalette is definitely worth a visit. We tried the pappardelle and the mixed grill, and both dishes were simply perfect. The pappardelle, likely handmade, were rich, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the sauce: one of those dishes that immediately makes you know you're in the right place. The mixed grill was a confirmation: excellent-quality meat, impeccably cooked, and authentic flavors, without excess or pretension. The atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for in a village like Todi: intimate, rustic, without unnecessary formality, yet meticulously crafted. You can truly feel the essence of authentic Umbrian cuisine, rooted in substance and tradition. Friendly service and absolutely fair prices for the quality offered. An authentic place, where you truly eat well. I would return without a second thought.

We had dinner, at sunset, without a doubt the place with the most beautiful view in Todi. The food was excellent. We enjoyed it very much.

We had an excellent dinner in this very special restaurant in Todi .. Both our dishes [ tagliata con tartufo and tagliolini con tartufo and tomatoes ) were great. Side dishes ( grilled and fresh salad) as well !

A restaurant in a quaint location in Todi, with a modern yet understated atmosphere and attentive and extremely friendly service. The fritto misto is exquisite (and the apple a surprise!), the tagliolini with truffle, confit tomato, and pecorino cheese are excellent, and the ragù for the pappardelle with wild boar was spot on—I would have preferred a richer sauce—but it was cooked a little overcooked, at least for my taste. I drank a Montefalco that I remembered as full-bodied, and it was. A lovely evening at a price that was appropriate for the food and service.
