13/04/2026: A rustic restaurant in true Umbrian style, with a simple menu but tasty, authentic dishes. The tagliatelle are excellent. I'll be back to try the chicken fricó. The house wine is drinkable and pleasant. Special mention goes to the young waiter, who was polite and quick. Recommended!

03/05/2026: Despite the short notice, they quickly found us a table in the upstairs room. The atmosphere was different from the usual: black walls, soft lighting, and very little noise. The dishes were generous and very good: the bison burger was delicious! The staff was young and polite. My special compliments go to Giorgia, who, with her kindness and smile, made our evening unforgettable! Highly recommended! Congratulations!

29/05/2026: I arrived by chance..the owner of the restaurant was kind and patient. However, the menu is not in English (authentic). The ravioli with truffles were excellent and so was the ricotta dessert. The space is very aesthetic and pleasant and the view is breathtaking. Today at 18:30 they are celebrating their 10th birthday!! I will definitely be back..

02/06/2026: Disrespectful to tourists. I was alone, looking for good, authentic food, and waited over 30 minutes. The owner barely looked at me; other Italians called him over, telling him I was waiting. When he finally attended to me, even though there were two empty tables, he wouldn't let me sit down, saying he was waiting for other Italians to arrive. After waiting an hour, he said I would be seated in 30 minutes, but the restaurant closed in 15 minutes... I went to the restaurant next door, Al Pozzo, where the service was much better and the food was excellent.

All these elements are brought to life by the heart and soul of the incredible and talented Chef and owner. He possesses an absolute, top-notch technique that allows him to craft ingredients like very few others, resulting in dishes that are beyond unique and incredibly flavorful. For the owner-chef, perfection is a fundamental concept, and he strives to surpass it, ALWAYS. The expertly crafted ingredients, beyond perfection, blend seamlessly with the highest-quality raw materials, used with incredible skill. The dishes intoxicate the palate and the senses...everything is a caress for the soul. The ingredients were cooked sublimely. A tip: Umbricoli with Reggiano and black truffle. I have NEVER eaten better Umbricoli in my life! Here, the cuisine and drink, rigorously traditional, are a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that the Chef, preparing dishes unlike any other, evokes in those who enjoy them. This wonderful place is pure, more than unique, talent. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by the smiles and infinite kindness of the wonderful Giulia, who manages the dining room service with extreme skill. Giulia's service is characterized by an above-average level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. La Locanda del Tartufo is a continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begin with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminate in the perfection of the evolution from the first bite. 29/05/2026: Excellent and unique food, with special dishes that can only be found here. The famous "Tagliatelle ai Pini" and "Tortellini with Cream and Truffle" are a must-try. The main courses are equally impressive. Reservations are recommended.

31/05/2026: I ate well, the place was fresh, the wine was excellent, the staff were welcoming. I had dessert with pineapple and delicious ice cream... I recommend it as well as the red wine biscuits with Vino Santo.
