His dishes are those of the most authentic tradition, prepared as they once did: in Greek it is said με το μεράκι (me to meráki) and means with mastery but also with passion, love and dedication. Having said that the quality of the cuisine (not measurable in Michelin stars, but in the number of times in which one licks one's chops), the choice of drinks and beverages, the simple beauty of the place must also be underlined and... but perhaps very few people know this, I will reveal to you that Hristos did all the renovation work himself. Add the absolute cleanliness of the place and the kindness and friendliness of Hristos and you will have the true, and unique... GREEK FLAVOR. Unmissable for anyone coming to Perugia After some time, every time I return I realize that Hristo is a perfectionist, and is never satisfied. 24/03/2025: Special place. In the village of the city of Deruta, as soon as you enter you find a brick place with exposed bricks that immediately makes you think of a welcoming environment. After these excellent premises, we have the usual exciting Umbrian cuisine, everything perfect. just a small note, really finding fault, we asked for Norcia ham as an appetizer and it arrived sliced ​​with a slicer and not cut by hand. 23/03/2025: Great place, we stopped for lunch and it was a nice discovery, excellent, plentiful and delicious dishes, very kind staff, very welcoming place, I highly recommend it if you are in the area, they also accept your four-legged friends, congratulations for everything 👍. The photos are missing the wild boar stew with text cake, I didn't have time to take the photo as my wife had already finished it🤣🤦🤪.

22/02/2025: My girlfriend and I arrived at this beautiful, small and welcoming hotel that seemed to be made of rock, with a breathtaking view. The staff is very kind: the manager, the bartender, the receptionist and the lady at the spa treated us like a king and a queen, giving us an experience we will never forget. The price is more than fair and the hotel deserves more than three stars. If you want to have a magical experience, we highly recommend Hotel La Terrazza, we will definitely return in the summer

09/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo durante una domenica ad Assisi. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, camerieri gentili, professionali e servizio impeccabile. Ordinati vari antipasti, primi sia tradizionali che più particolari e coniglio come secondo (molto apprezzato anche da mia figlia di 4 anni), tutto molto buono. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.
