04/04/2025: Che dire esperienza sublime dall' antipasto al dolce 🥰 locale accogliente personale attento Francesca molto socievole e simpatica ...tutto molto buono dalla coratella al risotto allo zafferano e liquirizia che dire un primo di tutto rispetto senza nulla togliere alla tagliata alla riduzione di lamponi che ti lascia davvero un ricordo piacevole e unico quindi da provare assolutamente non solo per le prelibatezze ma anche per l' accuratezza , la pulizia e la bellezza del locale 😍

23/03/2025: Fantastic in everything, quality food and very tasty, professional and polite/kind service, the very beautiful environment in a clean and very bright rustic. Unfortunately I am from Carrara and returning soon is difficult for me but as soon as I return I want to sit down again and taste these delights. I have read reviews that say they gave 1.... The only logic is that they are other restaurateurs who want to bring water to their own mill, otherwise and people who deserve to go and eat rather in a meal with the ox and the donkey. I conclude by thanking the managers for the hospitality and the excellent food served... Thanks until next time.

16/04/2025: On a busy night in Assisi just before Easter there were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant. It was obvious that the other diners were all local. The menu was unusual, the food delicious and the portions huge. I wanted dessert but was too full of delicious gnocchi. The staff were very welcoming to a solo diner. Highly recommended.

30/03/2025: Accoglienza fantastica e cibo buonissimo in questo agriturismo nella campagna umbra. Luca e Matteo ti accolgono insieme alla dolce Margot in una dimora bella, comoda e curatissima così come è curatissimo il mangiare che ti offrono con una attenzione alla qualità veramente unica. Matteo condivide le scelte gastronomiche, cucinate da lui con estrema attenzione e passione e Luca è un ottimo padrone di casa. Cena molto buono in una atmosfera calda, colazione con la coccola del tutto fatto in casa, dal pane alle marmellate. Insomma due fratelli, aiutati da una dolcissima Martina, che mettono il cuore nel loro lavoro facendoti sentire a casa.

05/11/2024: Questo agriturismo è perfetto per una vacanza rilassante in un contesto naturale sulle colline umbre. Ottima l'accoglienza e l’atmosfera, arricchita dalla presenza di Margot. Di prima qualità sia la colazione sia la super cena. Le stanze sono pulite, spaziose e ben arredate.

05/03/2025: Today we had lunch "Divinely" in this restaurant.. First course: Fresh pasta with white Cinta Senese ragout with orange zest. Second course: Rabbit rolls with plum and bacon on a bed of cannellini cream. What if we drank wine? Naturally some good Sangiovese... recommended by Giovanni. We then concluded the lunch with dessert: Crumbled with Chantilly cream and raspberries. This restaurant is highly recommended for anyone stopping in Orvieto. I congratulate all the staff who are very attentive to the customer and in particular to Giovanni, owner of the restaurant, for the welcome and kindness that distinguished him on my birthday. My rating is 10+1 both for the quality of the food which is excellent and for the presentation of the dishes which is impeccable. See you next time and thank you again for the exquisite experience.

30/03/2025: The place is beautifully typical and welcoming, the owners friendly and always available and smiling, the food delicious, huge portions, you definitely won't leave there hungry. Each course is a combination of flavors from other times, those of true Italian cuisine, prepared with love and attention by those who know how to do their job. I advise and highly advise. Try it for yourself, you will fall in love with it!!!

Pasta fresca fatta a mano, porcini ottimi e un tartufo di buona qualità, l’agnello alla brace molto tenero, sapore deciso ma leggerissimo da digerire. Senza trascurare la gentilezza del servizio ed il rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerò per assaggiare il tartufo bianco. Grazie x l’accoglienza

14/04/2025: The Il Maremmano restaurant is a good restaurant for tourists. The dining experience was decent. With some friends we did the Trasimeno bike tour and at the end we stopped in this restaurant which is located almost on the shores of the lake, a good location with a view of the lake. The atmosphere was positive and the quality of the dishes apparently positive, the restaurant offers Maremma and Umbrian specialties. I took a platter which was good, as were the Pici with white Chianina ragù and a dessert. So far so good, the service was sufficiently quick and attentive to our needs. At the time of payment we necessarily needed separate accounts, as often happens, we are 5 friends and almost all of us pay by card and by bike, almost none of us have money in banknotes, which are often difficult to transport. When asked for the bill and divided it for each person, the fee was, after a mathematical division, €35.10. A little expensive, but I imagined that for practicality and a minimum gesture of sympathy, the 10 cents were discounted. Illusion. Too bad it would take so little to make a place nice... too bad, a missed opportunity.

Excellent advice, we ate excellent grilled meat at a really reasonable price for the quality!!! Now this is the beauty of UMBRIA!!!
