28/06/2025: I ended up there by chance. Actually, luckily! Luckily because, in addition to the welcoming environment and the very friendly staff, I ate an excellent NEAPOLITAN pizza! As a welcome, they served me fritters with seaweed... I already understood that the matter was serious! Light and tasty fritters, for me a flavor that has accompanied me since childhood. I had a Puttanesca (red tomato, yellow tomato, olives, anchovies, capers, basil). Very light dough, leavened impeccably. And then the ingredients: it is rare to be able to perceive the flavor and aroma of each one as instead it was in this case. Quality raw materials! I also drank an excellent craft red beer. A note of color. At the end of the dinner, I go to compliment the owner and the pizza chef. They offered me an after-dinner drink and we talked for a few minutes... we discovered that we are from the same city on the slopes of Vesuvius. The world is not small, more than that! If you are looking for a REAL pizza, with a maniacal care of the dough and a quality raw material, you have to go there. If you then consider that you find an excellent quality-price ratio, you have one more reason. I will definitely go back!

28/06/2025: Per la scelta di questo ristorante ci siamo affidati ad una persona di cui eravamo ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la pizza ottima e una tagliata cotta al punto giusto ma tenerissima. Abbiamo cenato in terrazza e si stava veramente bene. Consigliatissimo

After having been to "Le Scalette", in Todi, you leave more than satisfied and with the desire to return!

22/06/2025: Restaurant-pizzeria in the heart of Todi with a wonderful panoramic terrace. We had tagliatelle and pizza with truffle, both gluten-free: truly exceptional. The desserts are artisanal, we tried a cheesecake with berries and it was delicious. Kind staff, attentive to the needs of the customer and helpful. Adequate price. Highly recommended place!

09/06/2025: Well-kept place and helpful staff. Vast menu between restaurant and pizzeria options but I would like to shed some light on the excessive price for the supplement for gluten-free pizza! Even 3 EUROS OF SUPPLEMENT for a pizza on a pre-cooked base. I understand the supplement, but the most I have ever paid was €1.50 so it is an exaggeration! This means taking advantage of the health of people who unfortunately suffer from celiac disease.

27/06/2025: Small restaurant hidden in the streets of Città di Castello that hides excellent dishes! Excellent strascinati, absolutely to try, and pasta ricotta and walnuts. Also very good is the braised wild boar and the roast suckling pig, the latter perhaps cooked a little too much. To top it all off, the friendliness and chatter of the manager. Recommended!

15/06/2025: Typical Orvieto cuisine restaurant. Excellent dishes: truffle carbonara, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and spiced beef with porcini mushrooms, truly fantastic. Very young chef but he already seems to have a star, the lady who served us was very kind and welcoming, the owner extremely helpful. Thanks Raffy…..

01/07/2025: We passed through Gubbio in a couple of days and we went to dinner at this place for 2 nights in a row. The food is excellent and the portions are generous, the raw materials are obviously of good quality and the staff is very kind and helpful!!! We will definitely return

30/06/2025: Small, very welcoming place in the center of Gubbio where you can taste the legendary Crescia, a sort of very ancient typical focaccia, stuffed with various ingredients. Here you can also taste it with meat cooked on the grill at the moment, really delicious. Honest prices. Quantities perhaps a little small, for my stomach. The only flaw... we found it full of children and the hustle and bustle inside the place did not allow us to fully appreciate it, too bad!

21/07/2025: PESSiMI se potete scappate! Entrati alle 22 il ristorante chiude alle 23!! Chiediamo se la cucina è chiusa... facciamo questo lavoro e sappiamo come comportarsi. Ci fanno accomodare in un rtavolo sporco... e i camerieri scazzatissimi . Ci fanno aspettare oltre 10minuti prima di apparecchiarci. Ancora stava mangiando un signore... Appena ci viene preso l'ordine la titolare ci dice sbrigatevi che la cucina sta chiudendo??? Abbiamo.chiesto all'entrata e mancava ancora un ora alla chiusura! Mi arriva il primo e.mio marito niente... Mentre inizio a mangiare arriva il mio secondo e contorno, ma ho appena iniziato il primo.. infatti non abbiamo spazio sul tavolo e lo mettono su quello accanto e lui ancora niente.... non avevano ancora iniziato a fare la sua pizza... finisco il mio primo, inizio a mangiare il secondo che condivido perché ancora nessuna pizza per lui... mentre mangiamo (contorno ormai freddo ovviamente) arriva il contorno a mio marito che doveva uscire a seguire della pizza non ancora arriviata!! Ci lamentino e finalmente arriva la pizza ma le patate quando doveva mangiarle erano fredde. La cameriera per avere un po di pane non ci guardava... troppo impegnata a parlare sul cellulare e la proprietaria è sparita fino a quando è arrivata a chiedere il conto.. Il ristorante chiudeva alle 23 e noi a quell'ora eravamo già fuori Siamo arrivati un ora prima e vi abbiamo educatamente chiesto se era tardi ma i soldi fanno comodo anche se trattate la gente a pesci in faccia. Questi sono fatti e potete inventarvi qualsiasi scusa nelle risposte.ma ho lo scontrino dove si dimostra che siamo usciti prima delle 23. Lasciate perdere.

Special thanks to Elisa, who welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism: her help and service were truly excellent. Kudos also to the rest of the staff, who were attentive and friendly. 25/06/2025: Mediocre restaurant. One dish was good, the rest were very simple and bland yet their prices quite a bit higher than other restaurants in the area, even more upmarket ones. Bread was stale. Service was okay but not particularly warm or efficient. Full of tourists so lacking the local feel.

A discovery in an enchanting, quiet location, where time seems to stand still. Then we met the pastry chef...an artist who infuses her customers' dreams and desires into her creations. Each dish is a discovery of extraordinary flavors and combinations, and when it comes to dessert, the choice becomes overwhelming...the house's signature dessert is a chamomile ice cream, white chocolate rocher, and...nothing else, you have to come here to discover a treasure trove of precious delights and wonderful people.

12/07/2025: Before our trip I spent considerable time reading reviews and recommendations for restaurants along the way. Enoteca L'Alchimista was "the" restaurant in Montefalco, and I completely agree. Some of the best food we had on our trip. Great helpful staff with wine recommendations too! Try the Sagrantino, don't be afraid! It's excellent!
