13/03/2026: Le Scalette is our favourite restaurant in Todi. The atmosphere/view, food and staff are all amazing. Our most recent visit was in August 2025 with our two young children and we were made to feel so welcome. I couldn't recommend it more.

05/04/2026: A down-to-earth place with excellent food and service! We were there a year ago and returned today, Easter, April 5, 2026, because they make truly, truly delicious, delicious and flavorful cold cuts and cheeses, special pici with tomato sauce, and a peposo that deserves a medal of merit, it's so good 😋. I highly recommend it because it's a truly special place.

29/03/2026: I've never had onion soup this good in my life. Truly the best ever. Flavorful, perfectly balanced, and with a flavor that lingers in your memory. The rest of the menu was also excellent, but this was undoubtedly the dish that made the difference. Congratulations!

12/04/2026: The menu offers an excellent selection of dishes, and the quality is undoubtedly high, but I don't think I'll ever return. We ordered a Chianina burger for the kids, which, according to the menu, included a bun with: hamburger, stracciatella, broccoli rabe, and fries. When ordering, I specifically asked not to serve it in bread, but to bring everything else to the plate. Instead, only the burger and fries arrived at the table (without stracciatella or broccoli rabe). I didn't have the plate returned so as not to make the kids wait any longer, believing the mistake would be taken into account when it came to the bill. Unfortunately, I was wrong. When we went to the cashier, we were charged in full for the dish. I pointed out the missing ingredients to the person I believe to be the owner, but he sternly told me the price wouldn't change. I told him I didn't think this was appropriate, and he responded by handing me the POS terminal and brusquely repeating the price. I paid and left, certain I'll never return. It's not enough to know how to cook meat well if you then treat your customers with such arrogance.

09/01/2026: We stopped here occasionally on the way home. The staff were professional and had a certain empathy that never hurts. The breakfast was delicious, with excellent ingredients and flavor. We also took home a tempting Easter cake from the window, and it did not disappoint—it was truly delicious. Highly recommended, and I'll be back.

22/03/2026: A very welcoming place, with Francesca welcoming you with warmth and friendliness. The strangozzi with guanciale, artichokes, and cherry tomatoes are excellent. Don't leave without trying the Crescionda, a typical Spoleto dessert, and thanking Francesca. See you next time!

14/03/2026: My boyfriend and I had two gelatos and were extremely satisfied. They provided detailed explanations to all our questions about flavors and allergens, and were willing to let us try the flavors we weren't sure about. And last but not least, the gelato's wonderful flavor. Highly recommended.

07/03/2026: We discovered this ice cream shop by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The ice cream is out of this world, probably the best I've ever had, and the flavors are innovative. Furthermore, the lady who served us was incredibly kind and clearly shows her passion for her work. Congratulations! ❤️

29/03/2026: A beautiful, welcoming, and elegant location. Quality food and an excellent wine list. The gnocco fritto and tortellini are must-haves, and there's always an excuse to return.

17/03/2026: A stunning estate, with spacious rooms and meticulous attention to detail. The carefully renovated old stone farmhouse dominates the center, but surrounding it are the pool area, the farm with its vegetable and fruit gardens, the gardens and colorful flowerbeds, relaxation areas for aperitifs, and other buildings, including a wine bar. The restaurant offers a wide selection of Emilian dishes. A warm, family-friendly atmosphere pervades the entire property, from the entrance to the main hall to the veranda, and everyone is incredibly prompt and friendly. In warm weather, you can even dine by the pool. I stayed here a few years ago, because the property also offers spacious apartments and rooms, simply yet elegantly furnished, for a peaceful stay. At the time, the atmosphere was perhaps a little quieter, but now there's room for everyone, and the estate's transformation, which diversifies its offerings for guests, guarantees joyful days in a location with rustic yet sophisticated touches. The presence of books, which are everywhere, even in the anteroom, adds an extra touch. Returning to lunch, which was otherwise very pleasant on the veranda, we ordered appetizers of gnocchi and cured meats and meatballs, so as to share as usual, a Graziano Fontana Pinot Noir, a tortello (also shared) with a parmesan crust, a Bartalo stew for two, baked potatoes, and a Barozzi cake. Coffee and a small glass of wine for dessert. An excellent lunch, although a bit pricey considering we split the main courses (a first course and a second course)... A Pinot Noir, even a Riserva, at €45 was unexpected. Total just over €140 for two. The place is still worth the trip. Recommended.

21/11/2025: The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert. The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website. I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve. I had beans and pork rind... incredible! I'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: But is there a chef in this restaurant? Impeccable service but the dessert is frozen and straight out of the freezer and has an 80s style that almost no one likes anymore.

Impeccable service, spectacular food, from the appetizer of Umbrian cured meats and cheeses, where you can see the attention to quality, to the dish of the day, the lasagna with mushrooms and truffles, also sublime, and ending with the spectacular desserts! The entire staff is very kind and friendly! Highly recommended.
