10/08/2025: We had a wonderful night at Andrea's and his family's place. The food of their restaurant was so well cooked, you can feel that they know the food they serve, that the recipes are coming from a local and familly tradition, fresh made. So delicious. The room was really sweet and our guests were very welcoming. The family atmosphere that comes out of this hotel makes you feel like you're not staying in a hotel but in local people's house. We like everything we saw, ate and every person we met. Special thanks to Andrea's mother, a true italian mamma like we love to have made our stay such a lovely moment.

16/08/2025: I had a great time, kind and friendly and very available for any internal and external need, they are very cheerful and also good at giving advice of all kinds, as happened to me for example, who wanted to buy some grappa, not only did they advise me but even called to inform me that we were going, it is not like everyone to behave in this way.

14/06/2025: Cosa vuoi dire del Barba?? Un luogo iconico sulle Dolomiti che negli anni ha mantenuto una sua struttura onesta, con prodotti del territorio e prezzo giusto. Il signor Cemin è un grande ristoratore, andateci e rimarrete felici

22/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo rifugio dove già eravamo stati alcune volte, ma la qualità del cibo questa volta ci ha deluso… Le zuppe di cipolla avevano un gusto alquanto discutibile, scurissime di colore (alla cassa non ci hanno saputo dare la motivazione se non “forse le cipolle si erano ossidate”)e con un gusto che ricordava più un brasato (non mangio carne dunque per me non era certo un punto a favore). La abbiamo assaggiata in 4 e nessuno la ha ritenuta con un gusto gradevole. La polenta era alla piastra, buona, peccato che anche questa volta la contaminazione con la carne era palese al palato…. Sapeva più di braciola che di polenta. Cotolette buone, patatine salate oltre misura. Gelato con frutti di bosco ok. Non so cosa sia successo alla cucina del rifugio che ricordavano, ma non torneremo con gran facilità… Non ci è stato scontato nemmeno 1 euro per le pietanze di cui ci siamo lamentati. Personale cordiale… prezzi medi e buona varierà nel menu.

04/05/2025: A dicembre, eravamo già stati a Trento ed avevamo pranzato al Ristorante Al Vo’. L’esperienza era stata ottima e pertanto, in occasione di una nuova puntata a Trento (in occasione del Trento Film Festival), siamo anche ritornati a pranzare in questa storica Osteria. Verificato che anche al sabato a pranzo sono aperti, ne abbiamo approfittato. Anche questa volta tutto molto bene. Il consueto pienone, la solita gentile accoglienza, un menù tradizionale eccellente. IL servizio é rapido ma curato, il locale é gradevole, accogliente, pulito. I piatti ottimi, i prezzi contenuti. Assolutamente un punto fermo e, per quanto ci riguarda, sono certo che torneremo a gustare i loro caratteristici piatti. Una sottolineatura per i dolci: assolutamente da non perdere.
