01/09/2024: تجربه بشعه و سيئه !النموذج المثالي لأ أقذر معامله يتعاملون بعجرفه شديده و الوجوه متجهمه عابسه! طلبت صلصه فلفل حار زياده حيث لم اجد ما يكفي داخل الساندوتش ؛ يبدو الأمر كأنه جريمه ! بدأ أحدهم بالحديث بعصبيه و انعدام تام لأي قواعد اللياقه و انظر ماذا قال : اذهبي و اسألي صديقك بالخارج؟ قلت له مامشكلتك قام بتكرار تلك الجمله عدة مرات ! طلبت منه التوقف عن الصراخ لانه بدأ يعلو صوته د ! كان معه شخص آخر دائم الحديث في الهاتف ثم بدأ الشخص الآخر الذي يعمل معه الدخول في الحوار ( و كان أيضا عدوني و متعجرف و مزيد له في الرأي)و طلب أن يأخد مني الساندوتش!!! لم افهم ماذا يريد أن يفعل ! تفاجئت أنه قام بفتح الساندوتش بيديه الملوثه ؛ و بدأو الاثنين يشيرون لانهم وضعو الفلفل الحار !!!! أصابني الذهول و التقزز و قلت لهم ما خطبكم أنتما الاثنان؟؟؟ و كم هو سعر الفلفل الحار الذي يجعلكم تتعاملون بهذا الأسلوب الفظ!؟ وضع الشخص ملوث اليدين ٣ نقط تحديدا من !! صلصه الفلفل الحار و كأنه يقطع من كبده قلت لهم بئس التجربه تعلمو كيف تتعاملون مع الزبائن !!لاني لم آتي لهذا المطعم البغيض مره اخري اشاحو لي بوجهيهم بعيدا و لم يكترث علي الاطلاق ! الا يوجد شخص عاقل يشرح لي ما هذه المخلوقات !!! و كيف لهم أن يفتح مطعم و يتعاملون مع الناس و هم غير مؤهلين لذلك علي الاطلاق !

08/12/2024: La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera pulita e calda, il bagno impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Colazione semplice ma con tutto il necessario. La sala da pranzo è confortevole e arredata con gusto. Molto bello poter cenare nel ristorante senza nemmeno dover uscire dallo stabile.

15/11/2025: Beautiful hotel with a sea view. Friendly staff. Small room. You can hear what's going on in the neighbor's room. Standard breakfast.

10/11/2025: This hotel is highly recommended. Delicious breakfasts, neat and nicely decorated rooms with a beach view, and a garden with direct access to the beach.

26/09/2025: Great shop, but unfortunately closed for renovation ... 26.09.2025 no new opening date

25/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel with friends. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the staff was professional and always available. The only negative was the restaurant service, as the food wasn't up to par for the location. They served us ham and melon as an appetizer without offering any alternatives. The other courses were meager and tasteless. I would return to stay there, but not to eat there.

17/09/2025: We booked through Booking.com, which listed access to the spa as part of the package. Upon arriving at the property, we discovered this wasn't true. I'd also like to point out the limited equipment in the gym (only two bikes and mats).

24/11/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming, well-kept, spacious, and comfortable. There's a truly wonderful energy as you enter this hotel.

07/12/2025: This is my second year staying at this hotel, and every time I return, it feels like home. Mara, Marco, and their staff are very kind and friendly. The property is immaculately maintained, offering a wide range of amenities, including a modern and relaxing spa. I recommend this hotel to everyone, whether for a winter or summer getaway. A flawless experience.

19/09/2025: We stayed 10 days at the Fantelli Hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they make you feel at home; they're always available and kind. Both Mara and Marco suggested several excursions for us, and I must say they gave us really good advice. ❤️ The food is excellent, the hotel is super clean, and it's also one of the few in the Folgarida - Dimaro area with a comfortable spa that allows you to relax after long hikes in the mountains. 😁 I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in the Folgarida area. 😎
