14/12/2025: I haven't stayed at the hotel, but it seems to be perfectly located right next to the gondola. The bartenders were excellent, and the products were top-notch, and the service was excellent. The wine and cocktails tasted even better.

13/12/2025: A very nice, clean hotel. The restaurant, thanks to the manager's hard work, is top-notch. The food is excellent and very diverse. I highly recommend it.

23/12/2025: The hotel Monroc is very good with nice outdoor swimming pool and spa zone (4 sauna + 2 jacuzzi). Also the hotel guests can park their cars into the garage. For skiers, there is a big 'ski room' where you can store yours skis, and ski boots (heaters available for it). All hotel's staff are very professional and very hospitable. The food in hotel is ecellent, even my wife suffering of food allergy, she had not any problems with nutrition during our stay in hotel, a big thanks to hotel's Chef and Ms. Julia! The room is nice, modernly decorated, big with the balcony. Hotel's location is perfect, very close to cable car, just abt. 50 meters far. We recommend this hotel and we will come back again!

30/12/2025: I went from December 24th to 28th, 2025, with my family. I received a wonderful welcome from Giusy, who was fantastic, and her husband, Osvaldo. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff was excellent, not to mention the chef, Emilio, whose food was excellent, 5-star. I recommend you go for your next vacation; I'll personally be back in the spring. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff.

14/09/2025: Comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast and dinner. The managers and their staff went above and beyond to give me recommendations, discount and make me feel welcome and well-attended. If I ever come back to Fai, I’m most definitely going to stay here again. Thanks for everything!
