31/12/2023: Locale carino,abbiamo cenato poco fa li. Cibo ottimo,personale gentile. Vicino al centro di Bagno Vignoni e alla vasca termale. Ravioli con branzino al pesto di agrumi e menta un’ottima scoperta. Buona anche la tagliata e il tortino col cuore caldo e frutti rossi. Consigliato.

01/08/2024: If I could give 0.5 star because the location is still nice. This place this hotel could have gotten 5 stars if they made a little effort. It's a place with so much potential but seems to be falling flat. According to the booking, this is one of those hotels that is supposed to be non-smoking, which they are absolutely not, but they are also allowed to smoke inside the house in the cleaning scrubber and the guest toilet at the reception, probably by the staff themselves. They stink right up to the hotel room corridor into the room. Bicycles are not available at the hotel, which according to the booking should be bicycle rental is a private woman who charges 49 euros per day per bicycle and is not available on site. The pictures of the hotel are 9 years old, neither is the same as the hotel is, for example, the pole has been rebuilt and the bar at the pole is open a little when the staff feel like it or not they themselves lie and sunbathe. In our room there was a lamp missing and in the party's other room a hairdryer was missing we told them but they did nothing, except that it could be our own fault that maybe we shouldn't charge our phones then all the lamps would work, we showed the staff that they were missing a light bulb so had nothing to do with our mobiles.. they still neglected to fix offered no compensation or change of room. The breakfast is in front all morning without refrigeration of raw materials such as ham cheese and yogurt should be refrigerated, everything is in front for several hours .. rock hard bread and old ham. Played blues and rock at high volume and the staff have their own section where they leave as soon as they don't need to serve more coffee which seemed to bother them to have to do more than once. If you have a choice, don't choose this hotel, take one of the state-owned ones instead. This is run by a bunch of pranksters who are not serious.

29/07/2024: Friendliness at the reception, beautiful swimming pool, excellent dinner served with typical Tuscan friendliness and competence by the head waiter (like me, a motorbike enthusiast!), rich breakfast buffet! The not always positive reviews of previous visitors, if serious and honest, served as a suggestion and stimulus. In fact, we found many things improved. There is still something to be done and it will certainly improve: in the room it was not clear how the air conditioning adjustment worked, the mini-bar, although correctly connected, showed no signs of life (and hot and thirsty we missed it!) However, I will happily return.

26/07/2024: Locale storico del 1800, situato nel centro di Montalcino, ben tenuto e curato nei dettagli. Il personale è gentile e accogliente, ci hannofatto sentire a casa e ci hanno trasmesso l’amore per quello che fanno. I prodotti sono di alta qualità: abbiamo pranzato con taglieri di salumi e formaggi toscani ottimi, accompagnati da crostini e bruschette. Vino super! Ma la vera sorpresa sono stati i dessert, affogato al pistacchio pazzesco!! Consigliatissimo!

17/07/2024: Très déçus ! Le personnel est désagréable et les prix sont surfaits. Nous avons commander 2 apérol spritz, un jus et un ice tea, nous avons payé 27 €. Suivant la tête du client, le serveur donnait ou pas un accompagnement avec nos boissons. Nous suspectons un sur prix sur nos cocktails. Il est vrai que le cadre est très agréable. Mais je n’y retournerai pas.

06/08/2024: Horrible service, the old lady that took us into the restaurant couldn't have been more unpleasant. She obviously didn't realise we understood Italian and heard her calling us stupid to other members of staff. Avoid this place at all cost. The cocktails were rubbish and the pizza was even worse. This place clearly only stays open because of its location. Horrible all round.

11/07/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale nel cuore di napoli. Ci siamo lasciati consigliare dal proprietario del posto nella scelta del menu. Il menù piuttosto semplice con prezzi stratosferici. Un antipasto misto per due ci è venuto a costare 150€. Al momento del pagamento hanno subito respinto il pagamento in carta ma solo ed esclusivamente contanti. Esperienza super negativa, pessima.

01/08/2024: The place is ok. Not too fancy but with good prices for food. Also the people working there are very friendly and always willing to help. There is a good number of seats. The food is good. Good quality and with a lot of options to choose from

03/07/2024: What a disgusting store. I don’t know if it is discriminating against Chinese people. What I ordered was different from what was delivered. One chicken wing was missing. I filled in the remark not to add onions, but added them anyway. I advise Chinese people to be careful when buying! ! !

18/08/2024: Very unpleasant. We sat down and wanted to eat something. Wife went to the toilet and I looked at the reviews. Woman came back saying the owner said something unkind to her. Went again. He came running and attacked us and demanded €1. We wanted to give it to him but it went away

14/07/2024: Personale, davvero maleducato!! Caffè accettabile. Dolci surgelati. Locale centrale, unica cosa positiva. Per il mio parere, esperienza estremamente negativa e Locale solo turistico.

04/07/2024: Touristenfalle, Preise nicht ausgeschildert und völlig überzogen. Unfreundliches Personal. Toiletten unhygienisch. Es gibt bessere Cafés in der Nähe.

14/08/2024: Avoid at all costs. The Carbonara was inedible and the manager refused to take it off the bill, so we were forced to paid €19 for nothing. Only decided on this place as the kids were feeling hot and hungry. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

07/07/2024: We took two portions of pici with ragù, 11 euros, satisfying portions, right in the center of Montepulciano. Great for a quick stop and a good wine tasting.

26/05/2024: It was the only restaurant that accepted us after 3PM. They were very gentle. Good food and good price. Also bought some local wine at the exit. I recommend.

27/08/2024: To avoid, super unpleasant. No hello. We ask nicely to use the toilets, we are told that we have to consume. So we buy a bottle of water, and they complain because “it’s not enough”. In addition the prices are much higher than elsewhere, €5 for coke for example. In short, don’t go there, choose other places nearby!

12/08/2024: The staff is very unfriendly and yells at guests as if they are angry. It's near the square, so I went in to take a break and eat something, but it was a great treat... I was in a bad mood, so I turned around and tried to leave, but my legs hurt, so I had no choice but to eat ice cream and leave, but I still felt bad.
