service was good, the waiters were mostly quick at getting our orders. got the impression that the boss was being quite harsh on the waiters, bossing about add causing more harm than good in my opinion, but i guess he can manage his restaurant however he sees fit. dad got the gnocchi which he enjoyed but it was a too small portion for a grown man. mum ordered ‘potato and chicken cutlet’ and she ended up being served two cutlets which were nice but a salad instead of potato. she mentioned it to she server and the server just shrugged and walked off 🫠 it was alright because i ordered chips with my burger (chips don’t come with the burger so make sure to order them on the side if you want them!) so i shared but it was a bit of a pain. ordered the smash burger from the additional menu, asked for it without mayo, and they gave it to me without mayo!! success! i liked the fine mist machines outside, they cooled us down a lot (it was like 30 degrees) when we asked for the bill, it took FOREVER!! the first time we asked i thibk they just forgot and then we asked the manager and he brought us the bill but then it turned out they charged us double (they’d put everything we ordered in twice, not sure if this is a scam or mistake but look out for it!!) so then we had to get the bill again and it was a bit of a wait but then another manager came out and got it to us quickly and was making jokes and stuff which was nice

We got a burger, cannelloni and drinks and it was all really nice and great views off pisa the service was pretty quick and the manager was nice and made jokes.

Very diverse flavors, good ingredients, pleasant atmosphere, I can only recommend it

The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Prices were a bit high, but acceptable considering its location right next to the Leaning Tower. The atmosphere was pleasant. And the seating was thankfully kept cool with a constant mist.

It was too hot for lunch and the inside wasn’t air conditioned either. So we decided to sit outside which was uncomfortable but better. Other than that, the service, food and atmosphere is great. Unbelievably amazing food. A must visit place.
