I migliori ristoranti in Massa-carrara

15/08/2025: Bati Bati is now an institution in Marina di Carrara; I think even the lifeguard in the back row knows it. The atmosphere is simple, no frills, no flex—and that's fine. They serve both pizza and a restaurant, and obviously, in the middle of August, this combo means the kitchen sometimes takes a breather... as it did for us. No dramas, it was the Ferragosto holiday after all. The penne with scampi? A caress for the soul, 100% comfort food vibes. I tried the pizzas quickly, and the one with zucchini flowers, in my opinion, had more to tell. The fried food took a bit too long to arrive, but when it arrived... it was good, average, the kind that won't change your life but will keep you company. In short: a solid 3.5, a place that tells a bit of the history of Marina di Carrara, still frozen in certain postcards of the past... but with that charm that makes you say "come on, I'll go back".

28/07/2025: Truly appreciable home cooking. Excellent cod. Very friendly staff. The place is relaxing and surrounded by greenery. Parking is no problem.

30/07/2025: In one of Carrara's historic squares, Piazza Gramsci, also known as Piazza d'Armi, a quiet place with a great atmosphere and magnificent service.

19/09/2025: We tried the average "Fidati di Robè" (chef) menu, which included a starter, a second course, a glass of wine, and water for €25. The first course was good, with fresh fish (not much), the second course was good but similar to nouvelle cuisine, and two bites of cod on mashed potatoes... the fish was excellent, but you might wake up hungry.

07/09/2025: Cannot rate this place enough, we stayed a 5 minute walk from here and really wanted local seafood. They speak very little english but I personally think it added to our experience. I just said give us whatever you recommend, we got a seafood anti pasti which I think came with more than what was on the menu, I then got seafood pasta and my partner the octopus, both STUNNING. they were super patient with us and was happy to speak into our translator. Thank you so much for a memorable evening id recommend to everyone visiting the area!

16/09/2025: We went on a Wednesday evening! The 2-meter bruschetta, 5 flavors, was all very good, except that it was advertised as an "all you can eat" option starting in September, but the restaurant told us it would be opening in October! A rather inelegant slip-up compared to their pleasant and professional service. Overall, very good value for money.

07/12/2025: Small but cozy place... very convenient for parking... pizza with excellent ingredients, crunchy and very light... TOP Arabic bread!... highly recommended.

03/06/2025: Attirati come sempre da alcune specialità sarde, siamo tornati per la quarta volta in questo ristorante, ed ogni volta il giudizio è sempre positivo! La sua forza è il rapporto qualità prezzo che è sempre ottimo anche in riferimento a competitors più blasonati!!! Sempre accoglienti e disponibili, si parte con un piatto di benvenuto ( panzanella con calamaretti ) molto gustoso! Ottimo il crudo ( con ostriche d’eccellenza), ma la specialità della casa, che non si trova da nessuna parte …. è la fregola di pesce, specialità sarda assimilabile alla paella, eccellente nei sapori e nella quantità! Anche il tonno era ottimo! Per chi volesse provare un dolce diverso consiglio la “seadas”! Posto consigliatissimo

22/11/2025: It’s hard to put this place into words, but I’m going to try… this place is truly unique. It’s not just a comfortable and luxurious stay, it’s a true immersion in Italian culture and an experience in nature while retaining all the warmth of a staying at a b&b. The food is outstanding, the service is amazing and the mirror house is amazing. This place is the destination, you come to be here. We loved the sauna, the hot tub in the woods and our massage with Mariana was wonderful. Thank you Davide and family for making us feel so welcome and for a perfect stay.

24/11/2025: I love this place, the proletarians are fantastic and the food is divine. From appetizer to dessert, it's a journey to Thailand; and every bite is an emotion. The beer is also excellent.
