The appetizers are highly recommended, with the rolls you won't find anywhere else—large, filling, and made here. The steamed rice ones have an indescribable flavor, truly amazing. The Pad Thai was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with every flavor distinctive. Compliments to the owner, a friendly, unobtrusive host who knows what he's selling, thanks in part to the skill of the chefs.

22/02/2026: I visited Bar Ristorante Souvenir L'Incanto during a stop in Carrara and had a very pleasant experience. The place is simple yet elegant, with a relaxed atmosphere and a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff was helpful and attentive without being intrusive, something that's not always the case these days. The cuisine is authentic, with well-presented dishes and balanced portions. Good-quality ingredients, clear flavors without being overbearing, ideal for both a quick lunch or a more relaxed break. Prices are in line with the area and fair for what's offered. Overall, a reliable place, one I'd happily return to if I'm passing through Carrara and looking for something casual yet refined.

The food is always delicious, and there's always a little surprise. The well-kept terrace offers a stunning view of the sea. The beach is very well-maintained compared to the surrounding area. The excellent service is rounded out by comfortable loungers, showers, changing rooms, and clean restrooms. We will be back. Thank you!
