30/07/2025: Superb restaurant! Excellent location in the heart of Marina di Carrara, impeccable service, and delicious food!

26/07/2025: I chose this place based on photos of the dishes and reviews, and I can confirm my positive impression. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was fast and attentive, the dishes were truly delicious, original, and the ingredients were top-notch. I was very satisfied. The squid ink ravioli del plin filled with fish, with a delicate sauce and crispy cuttlefish, and the sea asparagus and saffron tempura were truly delicious. Also not to be missed was the crispy octopus tentacle on basil mashed potatoes and beetroot chips. The desserts, which were homemade, were also quite good.

19/08/2026: We're the guys from the blue BMW GS, guests by chance, but after our first excellent experience, we returned this evening. The food is all home-grown, with an excellent selection, including meats from their own farm. Delicious cheeses and cured meats, as are the perfectly cooked vegetables. People who love their work, who know how to prepare, cook, and explain it. This family creates a homely atmosphere, and we even shared our journeys. Everything was excellent!!! We'll be back

Il migliore Pizza del mondo, the world's best pizza! I'll definitely be back. Friendly service, even though it's always packed. The pizzas arrive like clockwork. Two pizza chefs, a wood-fired oven, self-service, beer from the fridge. Order your pizza; if there's a free table, it will come on its own. If not, just take it with you or sit by the fountain. Top-notch! 🤣👍🖖

05/04/2026: Excellent selection of delicious pastries, but the place itself isn't very big and often, I think due to the decor and the crowds, it fills with an intolerable din.

28/03/2026: I stopped for a quick breakfast at the counter. The pastry, cream, and pine nuts were spectacular, and the macchiato was excellent. The staff were very friendly. I imagine the pastries are also delicious. Highly recommended.

06/08/2026: In May 2026 we had a scary experience with our train being stuck here. A local lady directed us to Bar Sonia where everyone was so wonderful, friendly and helpful. They helped us find a lift back to our cruise ship and we made it back in time. A scary situation with our diabetic son too! Thank you so much for your help and kindness. 20/06/2026: The coffee is good, as are the pastries, the staff is kind and courteous, and it's a great place for a coffee break. They also have a well-organized lunch menu, and I had a good meal, with average prices.

20/08/2026: The restaurant has an almost unique location with a beautiful view, but the rest leaves much to be desired. They didn't give us a receipt, even after asking for one, and they even charged us for the coffee we didn't drink. Definitely a place for groups, not couples. The service was very sketchy; they brought us our appetizer twice. The food still has a long way to go: tordelli with ragù, a typical local dish, was of poor quality, and the ragù tasted like tomato sauce. The side dish, sweet and sour zucchini and onions, tasted like spring onions taken from a jar and reheated with two raw zucchini. The meat, both the tartare and the tagliata, were good, but in this context, they also lose out. The pan they serve the potatoes in had a scratched non-stick coating; each of us would have thrown it away if we'd been at home. I definitely don't recommend it, and I won't be returning.

17/08/2026: Beautiful view, excellent tortelli montignosini. The Irish Angus steak was disappointing: tough and fatty. The price was a bit higher than expected.

24/05/2026: An excellent find! Don't be fooled by appearances, because even though the restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, the food is well worth the trip. The cuisine is delicious, particularly generous, and made with love. To top it all off, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!
