24/06/2025: As a tourist, I didn't feel welcome here.

22/05/2025: I happened to be there a couple of times and I had a good time both times. The managers, two people no longer very young, both very kind and polite, the pastry shop is decent and the focaccias with different fillings are also good. The coffee is good too. Small environment with tables, but quiet and relaxing. I will gladly return.

27/07/2025: Abbiamo optato per un filetto alla griglia che ha lasciato molto a desiderare..... stracotto e insipido..... a mio modo non sarebbe neanche stato il caso di portarlo.... abbiamo speso in 5 €. 175,00 per 4 spritz, due bottiglie di acqua un piatto a testa di cui un primo ed un maialino di latte, quattro contorni (che sei obbligato a prendere in quanto il piatto viene portato esclusivamente con tre foglie rucola), tre dessert e quattro caffè.... stracaro......

27/07/2025: Cena per 2. un antipasto misto coi salumi del triglia e li vai sul sicuro e un tagliolino al tartufo un po indietro di sale a mio gusto e quindi chiedo a uno dei camerieri di poter avere al tavolo sale e pepe, ma mai mi sono stati serviti. Come secondo un maialino al forno, non un granché, secco e palesemente riscaldato, fuori caldo e interno freddo, e un filetto al gorgonzola ,buono , da bere una bottiglia d'acqua ,una di vino frizzante della casa ,2 birre icnusa 33cl e poi 4 amari (2 a testa).... totale € 130,00!!!! Roba da matti!! Servizio gentile ma poco attento ,a tratti confusionario. il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto sbilanciato a mio parere,a questi prezzi si mangia in pianura coi piedi nella sabbia!!! Sconsigliato!!!!

06/08/2025: ⭐️ 1 out of 5 stars "Good food – but the service takes away your appetite" The food was really good: the meat was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and tasted of a high standard. The chef knows their craft – no question about it. What completely ruined the evening, however, was the service. While the staff were constantly present – almost intrusive – it wasn't in a good way. They were rushed, constantly interrupted, and asked questions at a breathless pace without even waiting to see if you'd finished speaking. The hustle and bustle at the table was almost unbearable; you felt more like you were being brushed off than served. Top-notch food, but service like a fast-food restaurant with a nuisance factor – that just doesn't fit together. We might come back again because of the food, but only if something fundamental changes in the way the service is handled.

02/08/2025: The table staff were rude, inattentive, and sloppy. The service was somewhat erratic when it came out. The jokes were unappreciated, and it felt like they were trying to clear the table. The food was good, but the quality/price ratio was absolutely unjustified. The atmosphere and location were the only redeeming features.

12/07/2025: Siamo finiti in questo ristorante perché era l’unico che aveva disponibilità in zona e leggendo le recensioni positive degli altri clienti abbiamo deciso di provare. È stato letteralmente un incubo. Location terribile, tavoli e sedie di plastica, pavimento sporco, tovagliette e tovaglioli di carta. Servizio inesistente, abbiamo dovuto rincorrere i camerieri sia ad inizio serata, per sapere quale fosse il nostro tavolo, sia alla fine per poter avere il conto (ci hanno consegnato la comanda strappata dal taccuino delle ordinazioni e siamo dovuti andare noi a pagare alla cassa ). Finalmente ci sediamo e solo dopo 15 min arrivano le posate, senza acqua né cesto del pane. Arrivano i due primi piatti ordinati che erano letteralmente insapori, praticamente spaghetti in bianco inzuppati nell’olio alla modica cifra di 22€ (i gamberi che erano sopra non sapevano veramente di nulla). Solo dopo i primi piatti arrivano pane, grissini e acqua, pagata come un’acqua filtrata Culligan in vetro a 3€, e che invece si presenta come una bellissima bottiglia in plastica di San Benedetto. Poi arrivano i secondi, una frittura letteralmente zuppa di olio come si può vedere in foto e un tonno impanato che aveva un sapore sgradevole ed estremamente forte, che non è di certo quello del pesce fresco. Ci siamo alzati di fretta senza ordinare altro, né caffè né dolci. Il prezzo che vedete nello scontrino è addirittura scontato del 20% (sul subtotale, neanche sul totale) grazie alla promozione che era presente su The Fork. Quindi 90€ (che sarebbero stati 109) per due spaghetti in bianco e due secondi praticamente immangiabili. Fate voi.

21/04/2025: Ieri sera domenica 20 aprile ho mangiato al “Quarto Platano” di Vittoria Apuana. Su uno sgabello due focaccine con un buon ripieno (senza esagerare né in qualità né in quantità) e una buona Birra media di buona qualità: mi sono state chieste 22 euro, una enormità. Venerdi 18 aprile alla pizzeria “Al Vecchio Carlino” a Firenze per un Calzone funghi, mozzarella e prosciutto di media qualità, una Birra media e una Birra piccola di media qualità ho speso 15,50 eur. Ero presso il Quartiere Leopolda, attaccato al Centro Congressi La Leopolda, a 100 metri dal Nuovo Teatro Del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, a 400 metri dalla Stazione di S. Maria Novella e a 500 metri dalla omonima Cattedrale, cioè in mezzo a monumenti che tutta Europa conosce. La pizzeria di Firenze ha acquisito un cliente, mentre per i prossimi decenni inviterò amici e conoscenti a superare di slancio questo Bar Ristorante con prezzi improponibili. Ho messo una stella perché non ne potevo mettere zero

22/02/2025: Location molto bella, locale pure. Servizio rapido ma prezzi troppo troppo alti: la pizza più economica è la classica margherita a 12€, non vi dico le altre!! In più, a parer mio, dovrebbero stendere maggiormente l’impasto, allargando il disco di pasta, per farla essere più sottile. Per chiudere, la qualità dei prodotti non è assolutamente in linea con i prezzi

15/02/2025: Una cena davvero splendida, peccato davvero il comportamento scorretto Prenoto tramite TheFork per 3 persone con una scontostica del 20% Porto sue amiche e, al momento di pagare chiedo il totale da pagare sulla app e mi viene presentato uno scontrino fiscale ( a tutti gli effetti) peccato che una volta effettuato il pagamento mi viene detto che avevo sbagliato e che quello era solo un pre conto .. quindi il mio sconto di 18 € se ne va a far benedire- per una cena di pizza 91 € non c è male- ero così infastidito che ho lasciato lo scontrino sul tavolo e sono uscito senza nemmeno salutare- a chi mi accompagnava e’ stato proposto che avrebbe dovuto annullare la prenotazione fatta sul app per avere i 50 yums che erano un mio diritto con il pagamento(CHE HO FATTO ) tramite app Davvero bello rovinare una splendida cena , con ottimo cibo per risparmiare 18€

26/06/2025: Bad experience unfortunately. They brought us a bottle of water all dirty with dirt. The ice cream was expensive and not particularly tasty. Nice atmosphere but with dirty chairs.

25/07/2025: The owner claims her bar is different, and she's right: I've never seen a bar where they charge you for what you don't order. I paid by card and found myself short €2.50 because the "lady" had the audacity to charge me for a can of Coke I didn't ask for simply because she decided that was the right thing to do with my card. She deserves a complaint. The high rating for service is only due to the presence of evening staff, who could easily be employed during the day with much better results. One piece of advice would be to avoid using other people's money to settle the bill at the end of the day, so it's better to avoid spending money on crap like cherry cola and the like that nobody cares about, and turn on the air conditioning. And others I won't mention because it's already embarrassing. Terrible.

26/04/2025: Terrible experience from the first moment, the waitress and I presume also the owner were extremely rude. One of us customers had an ice cream to finish from a nearby ice cream shop but we still asked to sit there and order, including the girl with the ice cream, we were allowed. However, when the order was brought to us, the waitress rudely said that she couldn't finish the ice cream there, concluding with a rude "then do as you like" in a rude tone. I specify that the customer consumed the ice cream (paying an exorbitant price) and that the place does not produce ice cream!!!! The lady is not suited to working in contact with the public, in fact when I pointed out to her that she had been very rude for no reason she verbally attacked me, I told her that there was no need to raise her tone and "goodbye", she replied by saying not to come back again. He kicked me out, intolerable!!!!

04/06/2025: I would never go back, terrible ice cream very artificial flavors, when it's time to pay they ask you if you will sit in the restaurant to make you pay 50 cents more than what you consumed, there are many better bars in the Viareggio promenade, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, I would never go back! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

11/06/2025: I deny all these bad reviews.. I was with my husband for dinner, super kind service, welcoming and very beautiful place. We ate from the appetizer to the dessert, what can I say truly amazing. Appetizer seafood salad and octopus Luciana really good I recommend. First spaghetti allo scoglio and pasta agli scampi. Second a fried fish but fried fish with a capital F and really good sea bream. The quality of the food is truly excellent who says otherwise does not understand anything about food. I thank the owners and the staff for the splendid dinner, we will definitely return with friends to make your cuisine heard thanks♥️
