15/10/2025: We went for an aperitif, they offered us Tuscan red and Vermentino... it tasted like sour soup. We paid and left without finishing the wine... horror.

04/10/2025: Very pleasant outdoor seating to enjoy an afternoon coffee or beverage. We didn't have any food. Just a bevy that was served with crisps.

21/10/2025: They didnt give me bruscetta I ordered… Told me it was on the plat

13/10/2025: The waiters don't speak Italian well. The food wasn't as they confirmed. The pizza was frozen. The dough was runny and terrible. I won't go even if I'm dying.

12/10/2025: Hmm. That was a truly disappointing experience. The pizza dough was terribly dry by Italian standards, even though it was supposedly a Neapolitan pizza, and it basically tasted of nothing.

24/09/2025: One star, really, but because I'm good. A mediocre first course with frozen fish. And the bill was quite high, and for real money, not like their food... if you can, go elsewhere!

22/09/2025: IF YOU KNOW IT, AVOID IT! On Sunday, September 14, 2025, my wife, a friend, and I stopped in Pietrasanta for dinner. We decided to try Trattoria Betty in Piazza del Duomo, and unfortunately, problems immediately began. They seated us at a table with three chairs, but it was set with a central runner for two, and our friend had to eat off the not-so-clean tabletop. We ordered three first courses and two second courses of truly mediocre quality at an astronomical price. A half-fried fish and an off-menu amberjack whose freshness was not shown to us, nor was the weight given. On the side, there were grilled vegetables that looked just like those found in frozen bags at the supermarket. The wine we had chosen from the menu, costing €30, was not available, and we were offered two alternatives that, just from the bill, we saw cost €40. In total, we spent €171, with a €12 charge for three covers. When I pointed out to the owner that there was no cover charge, she began a lengthy and very rude argument, saying that the cover charge doesn't just cover the tablecloth and napkin, but also the use of the table, seating, etc., and that she thought it was fair for a customer to eat on a scratched wooden surface. Perhaps we should have called the Municipal Police to also complain about the lack of transparency in prices, but we decided to limit ourselves to strongly advising against frequenting this establishment.

06/09/2025: We went to this wonderful restaurant yesterday. It was fantastic!! The service, value for money, and the food were all wonderful! We would love to come back!

09/10/2025: We had the most lovely dinner. Two fish main courses (secondi di mare) were simply perfect. The service, perhaps more accurately the hospitality, was wonderful - generous, attentive and charming. The first courses were delicious local specialities, and the wine was good. Even our picky kid ate with great appetite. We highly recommend.

20/09/2025: Great coffee and pastries with a welcoming and friendly service. Great spot to sit outside, recommended.

14/09/2025: Young staff, very nice and helpful. We got some snacks to go with our drinks with our order. The prices were not as high as we feared considering the great location, which is right across from the cathedral

05/08/2025: Very busy place — reservation is a must. The staff was excellent and service fast. The food is simple but good; the crab gnocchi were especially tasty. We shared both a starter and a main, yet the bill was similar to other places where we each had a full dish. Also, although the restaurant was supposed to offer a discount through our accommodation, it wasn't applied. I had clearly mentioned it both when booking and upon arrival, but the manager insisted I hadn't. Not a big deal, but a bit more flexibility would’ve been appreciated.

23/07/2025: Location antica, curata e carina. Personale gentilissimo. Piatti di pesce buonissimi e di qualità, prezzi ottimi. Consiglio la prenotazione in quanto c’è sempre parecchia gente.

19/07/2025: Cibo buono ma ho cenato da sola nonostante fossimo in coppia. Arriva il mio antipasto e dopo 15 Min quello del mio compagno. Poi arriva il mio piatto principale e mezz'ora dopo quello del mio compagno...per me queste cose sono inaccettabili. Non tornerò, ovviamente

15/07/2025: Il locale è posto sulla passeggiata a mare, in posizione strategica dal punto di vista della visibilità, e si presenta molto bene, con tavoli ordinati e ben apparecchiati. Il nostro è stato un pranzo veloce, perché eravamo in transito e la lunga percorrenza che ancora ci attendeva quel giorno non consigliava di fare un pasto impegnativo. Giudicare un ristorante sulla base delle semplici insalate che abbiamo consumato mi pare ingiusto, però va detto che nel loro genere ci sono parse tutto sommato deludenti, non fosse altro per il rapporto qualità-prezzo... Dato comunque che l'ambiente risulta attraente, ci torneremo, magari per provare la pizza e i piatti di pesce.

08/08/2025: I often go to this pastry shop, once the old Cerri. I find it excellent in every way: service, quality of products and cleanliness. Now I don't even need to order my usual lactose-free cappuccino, as soon as I arrive it's already being made 😊. Excellent quality of the puff pastry, my favorite is the rice one. If you find it freshly made, it's a delight for the palate. Perhaps, in my personal opinion and if I really had to find a small flaw, the window display could be a little more curated, both in terms of display and quantity of products, sometimes it seems a little empty. Even the various display shelves are not very well cared for. Being a beautiful pastry shop, large and modern, greater attention to detail would make the difference.

02/09/2025: If I could give a zero, I would. Last week. I was craving food, I was out walking, and I hadn't been to Michele's in years: I said to myself, let's go. I wish I'd never done it. 3 euros for a small square of microbial pizza. Let's remember that, given the average price of pizza in Lido and the size of the square, it would mean paying between 30 and 40 euros for a standard whole pizza. But let's talk about pizza. The worst motorway service station makes them better. Microbial little pieces of rubbery dough. The mozzarella on top looks like the kind used on cheap frozen pizzas. Dry and barely topped. I wanted to throw it away. Then, remembering I'd overpaid for it, I forced myself to finish it. I'll never go there again, not even under torture. Calling this shapeless substance "pizza" would be like calling vomit a rich selection of appetizers from Michelin-starred chefs.

18/07/2025: Bellissimo locale storico con tavolini all' aperto sotto un bel portico in pieno centro, prodotti ottimi sia dolci che salati. Forse il servizio non proprio velocissimo e il personale non troppo simpatico, ma si chiude un occhio.

02/05/2025: Personale scostumato e villano che non rispetta il cliente! Ero in fila al banco dove sono stata " superata da altri clienti " e cacciata dalla commessa dopo che mi ero permessa di farlo presente. Sono basita , mai visto un comportamento del genere

16/05/2025: The place is super cute, the location is convenient in front of the park for children...but it's expensive unfortunately, and the spritz we ordered were practically water. A space that should be used to the fullest..with quality snacks and music.. For the summer I hope they improve the pet management to enjoy it to the fullest!

09/10/2025: Extremely slow service; we waited an hour and a half on the cold veranda for two slices of stew and a grilled trout. When we got the bill, we waited 15 minutes at the cash register for someone to come. When paying, no one checked to make sure the transaction had gone through, leaving us standing there with no one at the register. Questionable prices for the food and the time wasted. Furthermore, at the table next to us, some men were making their dog clean his plate and feeding it with a fork, without the waiters passing by doing anything. There are a few things that need to be addressed...

21/09/2025: I think the organization needs to be reconsidered a bit, so the place feels right, but the content is lacking. We sat down in a quiet place, and for 15 minutes they told me they didn't have tagliolini. That's fine, but waiting another few minutes to order wasn't a good idea, we felt like we were being cheated. We politely got up and went elsewhere, a real shame. I highly recommend taking these reviews into account to improve yourselves 🙌🏻😉😊😊

16/09/2025: I can't recommend this place. The male waitress was friendly, but her English wasn't very good. She seemed a bit fidgety, and I even got into a heated argument with the manager. The food simply wasn't good enough for the price. It was served carelessly on large plates.

07/09/2025: Honest gelato. The texture is a bit hollow and granular, but the flavor, though simple, is there. It costs only €2.50.

21/08/2025: The ice cream is good, but the owner is a bit grumpy. I wouldn't go back.
