28/09/2025: The owner is a rude person who, without knowing us and only by phone after having paid for the overnight stay without a refund, sent my husband "fuck you" in exact words, screaming and saying to never contact him again. A real villain, I strongly advise against it! I WOULD REMOVE HIM FROM ALL SITES as well as REMOVE THEIR LICENSE. We are forced to put a star otherwise the review will not be published. Other than stars, STABLE

25/08/2025: We visited the village and had lunch at Giaccó, just steps from the lake. The restaurant offers a la carte lunches for dining inside or sandwiches for eating outside. We had lunch inside, each ordering two courses plus water. The quality of the food was good, although everything was very salty. The menu doesn't have much choice; I don't understand why they didn't include a classic appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, given that they have them at their counter. It cost €32 per person, which was not bad overall.

17/09/2025: First, we were seated at a dirty table. The portions are very small—no adult will be able to fill them up—and yet they cost almost twice as much as other restaurants nearby. Well, it's our own fault for not reading the reviews first.

26/04/2025: Terrible service, the bartender was immediately rude and responded badly to every request. Not to mention the coffee and ginseng. I don't recommend it to anyone, place to avoid.

26/04/2025: Terrible experience from the first moment, the waitress and I presume also the owner were extremely rude. One of us customers had an ice cream to finish from a nearby ice cream shop but we still asked to sit there and order, including the girl with the ice cream, we were allowed. However, when the order was brought to us, the waitress rudely said that she couldn't finish the ice cream there, concluding with a rude "then do as you like" in a rude tone. I specify that the customer consumed the ice cream (paying an exorbitant price) and that the place does not produce ice cream!!!! The lady is not suited to working in contact with the public, in fact when I pointed out to her that she had been very rude for no reason she verbally attacked me, I told her that there was no need to raise her tone and "goodbye", she replied by saying not to come back again. He kicked me out, intolerable!!!!

28/09/2025: I had a wild berry cheesecake ice cream... IT WAS SOUR! I've never had sour ice cream. Bad experience.

26/08/2025: I've known this place for many years and can say it's seen better days. The bar and restaurant are a bit dated and sparse, lacking many products and, above all, not at all updated to what today's clientele wants. In fact, the places before and after are packed, and this one is perpetually empty... There must be a reason. It's a shame, let's hope it recovers.

12/07/2025: Great bar, shame there's no table service. If you ask, they don't bring anything. You have to make do. I understand why. It's always empty in the evening. There are four people in the bar, only one behind the counter!!! It's a real shame. Rating worse than zero. Super negative experience. I hope they read reviews so they can change something.

02/09/2025: If I could give 0 stars I would, but it's a shame if I had to give at least 1. The place is disgustingly dirty, the bathroom has no key, no soap, and no paper. They pass off the ice cream as artisanal, but you can see and taste that it's actually bought and put in the display case. The same goes for some of the sweets they give in the display case that are bought and put there without a label, like the Nutella Busciut, etc. Prices are inflated, not even in the Forte restaurants, and the table service is obscene for the prices that aren't clearly indicated on the displayed price list. How are these people still open? Don't set foot in there!!!!!!

12/09/2025: The food was frozen and cold, and you could tell it had been heated in a microwave. Very bad and really suspicious.

11/06/2025: I deny all these bad reviews.. I was with my husband for dinner, super kind service, welcoming and very beautiful place. We ate from the appetizer to the dessert, what can I say truly amazing. Appetizer seafood salad and octopus Luciana really good I recommend. First spaghetti allo scoglio and pasta agli scampi. Second a fried fish but fried fish with a capital F and really good sea bream. The quality of the food is truly excellent who says otherwise does not understand anything about food. I thank the owners and the staff for the splendid dinner, we will definitely return with friends to make your cuisine heard thanks♥️
