02/10/2025: Sidewalk bistro that is a great deal for those who want to sit and enjoy the city. I have had a variety of their menu in the past 2 weeks. Very close to my rental apartment for early morning coffee.
28/09/2025: We just ordered three takeout sandwiches, two hamburgers and one schnitzel. We ended up with three schnitzel sandwiches. It's too late to go back now. I'll also leave you a photo of the schnitzel portion.

28/10/2025: First time at this trattoria, discovered by chance, and what a pleasant surprise! The recently renovated restaurant is meticulously maintained and immediately exudes a sense of welcome and intimate warmth. The waiter—probably the owner—welcomed us with kindness and attentiveness, immediately putting us at ease. Service was prompt, the place clean, and the atmosphere relaxed. Special praise to the chef: the seafood bavette was simply divine. And the price? Unbeatable: €13 includes a first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee. We spent €15 for the small supplement on the bavette, but it was absolutely worth it. This trattoria is definitely worth a try. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

On our way back from a trip to the area, we decided to extend our stay and stop here for dinner. It was a delightful experience with very hospitable service. They had fresh porcini mushrooms picked that day and brought us a truly generous tagliatelle, which we devoured! It's a shame the tray wasn't edible, otherwise we would have eaten that too. Thank you, and see you soon!

08/12/2025: Very good food and friendly, helpful staff. I went with some friends and we were very pleased with the service. I should also add that the atmosphere is relaxing and very nice. Five stars because I can't give more. I'll gladly return :)
26/11/2025: We also returned to Forte dei Marmi, where it all began. A rainy summer evening, with a craving for SHRIMP, MUSHROOMS, AND BAMBOO. Like a mirage, we see this sushi bar, go in, and eat endlessly. However, when we asked for SHRIMP, MUSHROOMS, AND BAMBOO, each person who came to our table sang a different song each time... But there wasn't even the aroma of shrimp, mushrooms, and bamboo. The curse is activated.

15/08/2025: You can also find special rye bread with cereals, it arrives fresh on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and it lasts up to a week, what can I say about the round pizza with drowned cherry tomatoes, good oven.

31/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati al rifugio solo per pranzo in un giorno infrasettimanale. Abbiamo trovato cortesia da parte del gestori. Il servizio è giovane, informale a volte distratto. Buoni i piatti assaggiati proposti in quantità abbondante (valutate prima di ordinare di dividere i piatti per due persone perché sono abbondanti) e di buona qualità. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Beautiful, new, and clean rooms!!
A hearty, classic breakfast with delicious items, served with a smile and plenty of it, so much so that they always stop by to check if you need anything else.
What can I say...
I can't wait to come back and stay again!!!

10/11/2025: A quick lunch break during our tour of Viareggio in early November. We chose this little place on the promenade for the small glass-fronted terrace, which ensured a pleasant temperature. We ordered two stuffed piadinas and then a Nutella crepe to share for dessert, all washed down with two bottled beers. Unfortunately, they didn't have any on tap, even though it was on the menu. However, my piadina wasn't cooked through, and the mozzarella was still cold. The service was very quick, and the staff were friendly. The restrooms, however, are very small and difficult to access due to the narrow corridor. There was no cover charge, and the final bill was €28, as per the attached receipt.

30/10/2025: The welcome is warm and the place is pleasant. The five for food is well-deserved, especially for the tortelli lucchesi. The rating for the always-punctual service deserves credit to Francesco. Thanks to him, I discovered the limoncello spritz, which is masterfully executed. His coffee is also excellent.

05/11/2025: Located in the heart of the Fort, this restaurant offers quick, simply prepared seafood dishes. Service is average but unprofessional. On a negative note, they don't serve coffee after the meal.
26/10/2025: It’s okay, but nothing special. The pizza was fine, the dessert so-so, and they didn’t even have coffee – unbelievable for an Italian place. I spent over €40 just for a pizza, a small beer, an Amaro Averna, and a small dessert.

30/08/2025: It's raining. I enter the bar to get out of the rain. I ask for a coffee. A member of the staff behind the counter shouts loudly: "Let's hope it rains harder and harder so all the tourists go home, they're a pain in the ass."
They're a genius! Their behavior is unspeakable, rude, and boorish.
A complete lack of respect for the customer.
I won't be going back.
