02/11/2024: Disorganized uncaring staff. Three people behind the counter: one washes the dishes, one restocks the fridges and the last one serves the customers (2). While like an idiot I have to wait more than ten minutes at the checkout to order. In the end since I continued to be ignored as if I were invisible I left not wanting to give him even a cent of my money.

12/09/2024: After a pleasant walk on the pier we decided to stop in this restaurant located right next door, there are three of us, we don't care much about the aesthetics of the place, we like to focus on quality and hospitality, the dining room staff, young, fast and friendly, we order a couple of mixed starters, consisting of creamed cod, stuffed courgette flowers, shrimp with sweet and sour onion, marinated anchovies, fried cod meatballs and one with salmon, really good, we continue with a mixed fried fish and two spaghetti with seafood , the latter were a surprise, even if we are always used to eating spaghetti with red seafood and various types of shellfish, here a spaghetti in bianco with mussels and clams is served, and I can say that qualitatively they are the best I have eaten , even cooking the spaghetti was ideal for me, the quantity was not excessive but excellent, in the end, with 5 courses, three desserts, water, bulk wine we spent just over €100. Highly recommended

17/09/2024: Stay as a couple. Dated but well-maintained structure. Spacious room equipped with every comfort. Very comfortable bed. Very clean sheets, towels and rooms in general. Excellent location. Terrible internal soundproofing: perhaps it would be enough to apply panels on the doors to already have a improvement. Overall everything was good, I would definitely go back.

24/11/2024: I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant, very good food but really poor service, the waitress was unimaginably rude, while she was serving us she gave me and my friends dirty looks and spoke to herself insulting us, she took the liberty of giving us a slap a friend of mine because she had placed her knee on the chair next to hers, and she took the liberty of telling us to go to hell and giving a clearly voluntary shove to a friend of mine, and while she was serving the cake she continued to insulting us with swear words and blasphemies, making inappropriate comments, really rude!

25/11/2024: Era già tanto che non tornavamo a mangiare in questo ristorante, e visto che c'eravamo trovati sempre benissimo sia a livello di qualità,quantità e prezzo abbiamo deciso di tornare portando anche amici che non c'erano mai stati, ma non credo che torneranno e nemmeno noi...😅 Prezzi veramente esagerati, apro e chiudo parentesi (solo per la posizione, e la scomoditá del parcheggio dovrebbero tenersi piu bassi) porzioni diminuite, e nel nostro caso, tempi di attesa troppo lunghi, siamo andati alle 12:30 appunto per non ritrovarsi a dover aspettare troppo, e invece alle 15:00 eravamo sempre al tavolo che aspettavamo il dolce... Servizio un po' scarso, anche perché uno di noi è rimasto senza il primo, e quando sono venuti a togliere i piatti lo abbiamo fatto presente, quando poi lo hanno portato non era nemmeno quello che aveva chiesto... Comunque uno sbaglio ci può anche stare, nella confusione, però non fa piacere... In tutto ciò, 90€ a coppia... 😱

27/10/2024: Il mattarello è il mio ristorante preferito da anni, sarà la ventesima volta che vado. Erano 2 anni che non tornavo, per variare un po' e provare nuovi posti. Si mangia indiscutibilmente bene, ma non ho trovato la magia di altre volte. I funghi fritti, inoltre, erano immangiabili. Per essere un posto in collina, con parcheggio molto problematico è inspiegabile il prezzo di 45 euro per un primo, secondo e dolce. Occhio a tirare la corda perché fortunatamente a Camaiore ci sono ancora locali che fanno prodotti della tradizione cucinati a dovere a prezzi più contenuti 30/35 euro mangiando le stesse cose Location 7 Menù 8 Servizio 7 Conto 4

12/08/2024: Abbiamo voluto riprovare visto l'esperienza dell'anno scorso anche xché come cibo e portate erano ottimi ma purtroppo i personale era veramente imbarazzante, ma devo assolutamente dire che quest'anno hanno cambiato il personale e il servizio è stato impeccabile bravi 🤝 ci ritornerò volentieri .

23/07/2024: Eccellente esperienza vissuta a pranzo in questo ristorante situato sul porto di Viareggio. Personale cortese, celere e disponibile, abbiamo degustato un sautè di cozze e vongole, un insalata di mare pazzesca e un filetto di tonno alla griglia superlativo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

29/07/2024: io ed una mia amica avevamo comprato al supermercato delle cose da bere e mangiare, però per le bevande non avevamo bicchieri così ci mettiamo alla ricerca di 2 bicchieri di plastica, tipo quelli per birra. entriamo in questo bar, chiediamo i bicchieri, dicendo che li pagheremo se necessario e il barista mi risponde con un NO secco, io al che sbianco, mi giro, guardo la mia amica e penso ma è uno scherzo, boh starà scherzando, riguardo il barista e mi ribadisce il NO freddo, il bello è che aveva una cosa come 70 bicchieri di plastica al banco in bella vista. decidiamo così di uscire e rimaniamo scioccate. Non è il problema del bicchiere che ci sta uno non possa darlo, ma ci sono modi e modi di dire le cose e questo non mi sembra proprio adeguato. Inoltre la scorsa Settimana sempre lo stesso barista risponde male a dei turisti perché volevano pagare subito, urlando in faccia. Maleducazione DEL PERSONALE è incredibile, non consiglio a nessuno di andarci.

30/11/2024: Arriving in Lucca a few minutes after 2pm we found all the typical trattorias closed, none with the kitchen open after 2pm... I won't comment, but luckily we came across this bar/restaurant where we were finally able to have lunch in a location remarkable, right in front of the Basilica of San Frediano. The menu is touristy, then it was very hot so cold dishes and off you go...fast and precise service. I have an excellent memory of the moment 🫶

28/10/2024: Bellissimo posto, cibo ottimo. Abbiamo scelto, antipasti, primi e vari secondi, tutto pesce o crostacei. Vino della casa (un bianco fermo). Alla fine dolce della casa e caffè. Servizio in sala veloce e preciso e, tutto, ad prezzo contenuto. Ci torneremo, sicuramente.

01/01/2025: Sono cliente del caffè Marchesi a Milano da anni e lo ritengo eccellente. Devo dire che non è la solita cosa al Forte in quanto ho sempre trovato personale improvvisato e non adeguato. Avevo prenotato per colazione tavolo e il famoso budino e il risultato è che non hanno minimamente tenuto conto della mia prenotazione. Per un locale di questo tipo non è ammissibile per cui 10 a Milano ma gravemente insufficiente al Forte!!

09/12/2024: Posto bello, personale molto gentile… caffè davvero buono… dolci deliziosi. E’ un piacere sedersi ogni volta al tavolino del caffè Principe del Forte.
