The only downside: we'll have to wait until March 2026 for this extraordinary laboratory to reopen. Here, gelato is a true sensory experience: it's ice-free, water-free, and never overly sweet. All you can taste is the full, authentic flavor of the ingredients, crafted with passion and artisanal precision. The master gelato maker is a pleasure to watch at work when you need him. 19/05/2026: After a hike on Monte Croce, we stopped for an aperitif in this paradise. It's a truly fantastic place, well-kept and welcoming. The owner is kind in a way that's unfortunately rare nowadays! You can feel the love and passion she puts into her work in her words and see it in her eyes! We only had a plate of crostini and cheeses, but it was worth it! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
