The only downside: we'll have to wait until March 2026 for this extraordinary laboratory to reopen. Here, gelato is a true sensory experience: it's ice-free, water-free, and never overly sweet. The interior, dominated by a large wine display and wooden furnishings, creates an intimate and refined atmosphere. The location is immersed in greenery and surrounded by a backdrop of greenery and light, making it perfect for events and celebrations. The dishes we tried were all excellent, from the divine pici all'aglione to the tender and flavorful pork ribs, even the vegetable flan, pumpkin risotto, and cauliflower cooked three times. We also celebrated a baptism here and were warmly welcomed by the owner and the wait staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, contributing to a serene and festive atmosphere. All our guests were won over by the hospitality, the cuisine, and the beauty of the venue. Very fair prices. An excellent experience, where cuisine, atmosphere, and attention to detail come together perfectly.

27/03/2026: Excellent gelato!!! The only advice I can give to anyone reading this—and to the shop's manager—is that those who, like many others, suffer from perfume allergies may have problems when coming in for gelato. It would be wise not to use that much perfume in an gelato shop.
