The doc restaurant l'oste in Lucca was by chance a pleasant discovery, thanks to Vincenzo who recommended us some fantastic local dishes, all excellent and then we concluded with a surprise dedication from the artist Vincenzo who decorated a plate for us

One of the best in Lucca. I spent five days in the city and ate at several restaurants, but L'Oste di Lucca is truly the best I've tried, both for the quality of the food and the friendliness and speed of the service.

Great as always. Very accommodating staff. They even remembered our dog 😂. We lucked out with a very quiet time. We were practically alone. Perfect. We'll be back next year.

02/06/2026: A super pleasant dinner in that very special square, the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, everything is good but in particular the platter offers some real specialties, the cod with chickpeas is excellent, the tordelli are delicious
