The doc restaurant l'oste in Lucca was by chance a pleasant discovery, thanks to Vincenzo who recommended us some fantastic local dishes, all excellent and then we concluded with a surprise dedication from the artist Vincenzo who decorated a plate for us

One of the best in Lucca. I spent five days in the city and ate at several restaurants, but L'Oste di Lucca is truly the best I've tried, both for the quality of the food and the friendliness and speed of the service.

Great as always. Very accommodating staff. They even remembered our dog 😂. We lucked out with a very quiet time. We were practically alone. Perfect. We'll be back next year.

22/03/2026: An extraordinary culinary and human experience. Marco and his partner are two extremely kind people. There's no menu; you eat what's available. The selection is so wide and plentiful, I couldn't eat it all! Describing the atmosphere is also difficult; "unique" is an understatement! A truly wonderful evening, I recommend this place to anyone looking for something unique!

09/05/2026: The dinner we had at La Dogana was one of the best dining experiences I had. The food was amazing, the staff attentive and the sommelier recommended the perfect wine. He was kind to let us know where we can buy it.
