19/05/2025: Se non ti trovi a Pietrasanta, vacci anche solo per provare la Tecchia osteria. Locale estremamente carino, con tavoli interni ed esterni. Personale accogliente e professionale, disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo preso dei tagliolini con gamberi al tartufo, gamberi carnosi e freschissimi, tartufo abbondante e davvero saporito, piatto abbondante nonostante l'altissima qualità Come secondo una bistecca che, che dire, un burro, saporita e talmente morbida da non aver bisogno di coltelli particolari per il taglio. Prezzi super abbordabili una piccola oasi di gusto! Da provare veramente! Grazie per la bella esperienza culinaria ❤️

19/06/2025: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. My tagliata was completely stringy. I complained directly and politely and asked for a different dish. However, the owner did not respond appropriately. I ordered a different dish, and the tagliata was placed on my table, wrapped up, without being asked. When I paid, I saw that I had been charged the full price for the tagliata, which I, of course, paid. As a restaurateur, you should learn to deal with criticism. However, the reactions in past reviews show me how poorly the restaurant handles it. I cannot recommend either the food or the owner. On the other hand, his staff were very nice and helpful. Your description is unfortunately incorrect. I chose a different dish because the tagliatta was so bad. The pasta dish I chose as an appetizer was good. This prompted me to choose it again to avoid taking any risks. It's terrible how you handle constructive criticism. But we've already read this in past recessions. I wish you a wonderful life, too.

Titolare maleducato, che fa le parti a voce alta ai camerieri ….. cose mai viste . Serata particolarmente sfortunata ? A sentire altri amici che sono andati e a leggere le altre recensioni non direi . Sono però convinto che cenando in giorno feriale con meno stress per tutto il personale, possa rivelarsi un’ottima esperienza. Forse è il caso di prendere meno prenotazioni …. Il locale non ci fa una bella figura

01/06/2025: One of the most beautiful places in Altopascio. Insane decor and attention to detail. Excellent food and carefully set up. Open outside in the summer, it is a gem for this area. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I recommend everything because we often come here and have never been disappointed. We are in the industry and we can say that it is difficult to find places like this. We came here, we returned and we will return!!!!
