The highlight: You can choose your steak directly from the display – it couldn't be fresher or more personalized! The quality of the meat is top-notch, perfectly aged, and prepared to perfection. There's an excellent selection of wines that perfectly complement the dishes. The service is not only friendly but also top-notch – you immediately notice that there's genuine knowledge and passion for good food and wine here. Reservations are highly recommended – tables are in high demand, and those who arrive without a reservation might miss out on this special experience. In conclusion: If you love steak, you absolutely shouldn't miss this place – here, enjoyment becomes an art!

13/08/2025: Four of us were here on a Wednesday evening. Although it was relatively busy, we were able to get a seat without a reservation – but I would still recommend making a reservation in advance. The seating is in an outdoor hut with an open side, offering a lovely view of the stream and the church. The ambiance is truly inviting. The food selection is extensive. We ordered pizzas, which were exceptionally good for the price (€5 Margherita, €8 Bismarck, and Four Cheese). The fries were also perfect: salty and crispy. We can't think of a single negative point – we highly recommend this restaurant ❤️

21/07/2025: Last night we went to dinner at "Covo della Pollastra" for our first time. Everyone spoke highly of this restaurant...in fact, they managed to spread the word. It's a place where you feel at ease thanks to the professional and very friendly staff, where the owner pays attention to every little detail...but above all, you feel that family feeling in the air. It's a beautiful setting, a lovely terrace, but above all, the food there is very good. We had the fish menu. Everything was delicious. The waiting times were just right, the quality of the fish was excellent, and the preparation was perfect. The prices were very fair. What are you waiting for? Haven't booked yet? Go ahead, you won't be disappointed.

Cosa devo aggiungere ancora? Sinceramente esco una volta meno ma voglio mangiare di qualità. Siete una squadra meravigliosa
