26/08/2025: Slow service despite a reservation and poor customer service. The food quality has deteriorated compared to the past, and especially the price-to-value ratio has become quite steep. (Fried onion rings cost practically €1 a ring!!!)

21/08/2025: I really liked the place; I've been there a few times. The food is Oktoberfest-style: sausages, pretzels, sausages, pork shanks, etc. The food is decent, not excellent, but acceptable. The beers are good, and I think the quality/price ratio is good. We were a table of more than 10 people, and we averaged more than one beer each; almost everyone also had dessert. €32 per person.

03/10/2025: A wonderful private hotel in a magnificent old villa, the entire ambiance is first-class. The hosts and staff are truly first-class. Breakfast is included in the price and is very tasty. The café is typically Italian, delicious and authentic. Dogs are welcome, parking is available directly at the hotel under video surveillance. The beach and the plaza are just 200 meters around the corner, and a climbing park is 500 meters away. The entire outdoor area is particularly noteworthy. Thank you very much.

28/09/2025: A beautiful, small, and unique hotel with exceptional charm, super-friendly staff, and outstanding service. A fantastic breakfast, served exclusively with freshly brewed coffee, was a wonderful experience. We felt completely at home.

08/10/2025: A down-to-earth restaurant, excellent dishes, generous portions, and fair prices. Many dishes are also available gluten-free. The staff is very helpful. I especially thank the girl who takes questions, who is kind and attentive. I recommend the tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms, very good!

15/08/2025: Today, August 15th, a group of friends and I went to eat at the old shack for the first time...the food was super excellent and plentiful, the service was almost all young, really, really good and very kind...the price and atmosphere were truly excellent...we will return and recommend it...Lorella

30/09/2025: Lovely staff ,great food but we didn't go back as really loud music which isn't something we enjoy when eating and relaxing Also the music cam be heard in our hotel room and pool area all day ,which is really not nice or appropriate for the area at this time of year You had some nice relaxing music earlier ,now it's awful radio which isn't background music if you can hear it pounding from the roof of a nearby hotel ,when you just want to relax

29/09/2025: It couldn't be worse. The bread was dry. The food wasn't seasoned! The shrimp weren't shrimp at all. Way too expensive! You're better off going somewhere else.

11/08/2025: Excellent, fresh, high-quality products, including fruit, vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, and cooked dishes. I especially recommend the fish paccheri and stuffed vegetables. The bread is also remarkable. A place run by people who know and love their craft, always extremely courteous.

10/07/2025: Excellent delicatessen in Forte dei Marmi. Excellent quality products, cured meats, cheeses, and more. You can also dine in, serving delicious first courses, second courses, and side dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. If you're passing through Forte dei Marmi, this is a must-stop for lunch. Highly recommended!

04/09/2025: We went to this place for fish, because we'd been advised it was very good, plentiful, and reasonably priced... But in our case, that wasn't quite the case. We had two regular salads for €6 each, but I can assure you it was just a handful of salad, although good because it contained garden produce, but the quantity was really small. We then had two spaghetti allo scoglio, with only one peeled shrimp, five or six shellfish to clean, good but not enough, and finally the spaghetti was really small, about 50g. To finish, we had a dessert: custard with a few berries, obviously, served in a small bowl, and only a bottle of still water. So, to sum up: Salad €6 x 2px Spaghetti with seafood €16 x 2px Still water €3 Dessert €6 Coupon €3 x 2px TOTAL €59 In conclusion, we woke up hungry, so we wouldn't recommend it. Total €57

23/08/2025: Family atmosphere, authentic food, excellent quality—what more can I say? I recommend an aperitif at the bar next to the restaurant, run by the restaurant owner's granddaughter. It's a real home-away-from-home experience in Forte dei Marmi.

28/08/2025: A lovely surprise in the center of my city...Lucca! The atmosphere is very quaint and welcoming, the food is excellent, with excellent ingredients (the tartare and fillet steak are exceptional, and the first courses are excellent)! I highly recommend it!

11/10/2025: - The cappuccino was unfortunately quite sour. - 200 ml of juice for over €4. Overall, it's quite expensive, considering that you usually pay €1.50-2 for a cappuccino, and here a cup costs €3.50, and the juice is also quite expensive...

10/10/2025: Hosted the welcome reception for my wedding here. The food and drinks were wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful. The staff were very attentive. Also, visit the store in the back. I got a beautiful coat. Highly recommend!
