My husband and I stayed at this property for a romantic getaway, and overall it was a truly pleasant experience. The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The lake view is simply stunning and contributes to a truly romantic atmosphere. The only flaw: the property appears a bit run-down and could use more attention and some renovations. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for a relaxing romantic getaway.

The reception staff and hotel location are excellent. On paper, the structure and amenities would be adequate for a 3-star hotel. The room's cleanliness is good, especially in the bathroom area. I personally suffer from dust, and I found it on the high headboard of the bed. The air conditioning may have bothered me, but I'm not sure. I was surprised by the lack of staff at the bar/dining room during breakfast. The prices are extremely high for the selection and services provided.

Last but not least, Massimo is a person who, from the first words, makes you understand his love and passion for his work, for life, and for the world. He manages to convey this love so well to each of his guests. He speaks to you as if he's known you forever, and his masterpieces will be the most beautiful gift for the person you love... he has a wonderful empathy that transformed my evening and that of my partner into a dream. I gave my boyfriend a night as a gift for our second anniversary, and it was a unique experience. Starting with the way we were welcomed. When we went up to our room, we were given a thorough introduction to our evening, including some beautiful things about love. Once inside, we were amazed by the romance that reigned in the room. We were welcomed with a lovely aperitif and sparkling wine. A gorgeous hot tub. We requested dinner in our room, and they brought it without even invading our space. When you book it, you might think it's a bit overpriced for the price, but once you're there, it's a truly beautiful experience, definitely worth it for a special occasion. I highly recommend it.

We returned today from a night at this hotel. Everything was perfect... kindness, courtesy, and attention were paramount. Total relaxation while maintaining privacy! We had dinner in our room with a small variation, everything was delicious and even too much for two! In the morning we chose to have breakfast in the dining room. Everything was excellent! Since we have a dog, they rightly ask for a deposit that is refunded upon check-out (ours is a small and very good dog). Apart from one restaurant, everything is closed after 7 pm. Which is fine if you're looking for peace and relaxation. What can I say? Even though it's a few kilometers from where we live, we'll be back! ❤️Thank you for everything!

Starting with the impeccable service and the extreme courtesy and professionalism of all the staff, we were greeted perfectly. The room was splendid, dreamlike. Clean and comfortable. Nothing was missing, meticulously and meticulously cleaned. The aperitif in the suite was excellent, as was the private dinner served directly in the room with the utmost privacy and attention. Torre del Lago is an enchanting, picture-perfect place. I also recommend a visit to Maestro Puccini's house and museum.
