I migliori ristoranti in Lucca

10/05/2025: Cenato in questo splendido ristorante. Location top roof dell’hotel Principe di Forte dei Marmi con vista sulle Alpi Apuane magnifica e a 360 gradi su Livorno, isola d’Elba mar Tirreno e Liguria. Menu elaborato, ma con abilità e sapienza, niente accostamenti “strani” , materie prime al massimo della qualità e si ritrovano nei piatti. Questo ristorante stellato mi ha “riappacificato” con le stelle Michelin che ultimamente evito. Qui qualità e preparazione dei piatti sono al massimo livello, come lo è il servizio. Una menzione anche all’ottimo sommelier che ci ha consigliato ottimi e sconosciuti(per noi…) vini come wine paring al nostro menu scelto. Un posto che vale assolutamente la pena di visitare e provare. Bravissimi tutti. Consigliatissimo.

10/06/2025: A beautiful, authentic restaurant with typical Tuscan dishes. The service is absolutely first-class, very attentive, and very friendly. The owner's wife cooks, and the food is excellent. We highly recommend it and would love to return. The fish dishes are top-notch, and the host's wine recommendations are excellent. Thank you for a wonderful evening on our last day in Lucca. 03/06/2025: Located in one of the main walking streets of Lucca, a few steps from the main attractions, this restaurant captures the attention for its homely and authentic flavor and the friendly welcome of the owner. I had lunch in the outdoor terrace, choosing spaghetti with ragù that I found good and tasty, a portion not so abundant but still normal; all accompanied by bread and focaccia of various types, an aspect that I appreciated very much. Excellent service: the very kind and smiling waiter was always very attentive to ensure that everything was going well. A good place to savor authenticity in a family atmosphere.

10/06/2025: Monica is an amazing hostess! She prepared and large table for our group and although she had limited English and we had zero Italian, she made it work and made us laugh throughout the evening. The pasta was delicious and so fresh it was made to order! (Monica even showed us the hand-cranked pasta machine in the kitchen, and talked us through how to make pasta!) I would 100% recommend giving this gorgeous little restaurant a try!!

14/05/2025: The food at Marietto is superb: above all, the very rare donkey stew! Try it, perhaps by letting us know a couple of days in advance (it may not always be available). Another specialty, but winter: the seven boiled meats. It's really worth it.

21/05/2025: Sono stato in questa pizzeria con alcuni amici e ne siamo usciti tutti entusiasti. L’atmosfera è accogliente, curata nei dettagli ma senza essere troppo pretenziosa: ti fa sentire subito a casa. La pizza è semplicemente eccezionale: impasto leggero, fragrante, con una lievitazione perfetta e ingredienti freschissimi. Ho provato una margherita con bufala e pomodorini del piennolo: un’esplosione di gusto! Anche le pizze dei miei amici erano tutte diverse e tutte ottime — segno di grande cura e costanza nella qualità. Il personale è gentile, attento e sempre sorridente. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno, il servizio è stato veloce e impeccabile. Prezzi assolutamente onesti per la qualità offerta. Tornerò sicuramente. Se amate la vera pizza, questa pizzeria è una tappa obbligatoria. Pefforza!

02/05/2025: They gave new life to a bar that had now become a real degradation in all aspects! The owners and the girls are friendly and nice, the place is completely renovated, bright and attentive to detail and the food is good!! Highly recommended!

10/03/2025: Sono stata recentemente in questo ristorante con un gruppo di amiche e siamo rimaste davvero soddisfatte. Il cibo è eccellente e di qualità. Il locale è accogliente, molto ben arredato, creando un’atmosfera rilassante. Lo staff è molto preparato, professionale e gentile. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente e che ripeterò sicuramente!

Food is really good, with a totally wonderful Tagliolini alle Arselle (the very small clams that are prevalent at the beach here, you can guarantee they will be fresh and locally caught, and taste wonderful compared to larger Vongole). Pizza is also good and a very friendly place.

07/06/2025: Posto buono nel complessivo. Personale ti mette a tuo agio. Servizio con tempistica media. Pizza molto buona. Unico neo, un po' di confusione quando hai da pagare, ti devi alzare, andare alla cassa dove puoi trovare coda, riscuote solo una persona che molte volte ha da fare caffè e da portarli si tavoli, viene voglia di andare via senza pagare.

31/05/2025: L hemos estado volviendo a este lugar para pizza y sigue repartiendo. de vez en cuando, probamos otro local en la ciudad y siempre devolvemos a nuestros viejos y fieles el umberto. el servicio es impersonal pero rápido y eficiente. lo que les falta en personalidad, lo compensan en términos de calidad y eficiencia. solo una pequeña sugerencia... mejorar la insalata? es lo único que me detiene de ir allí más de una vez a la semana. me gusta mi verdura y es difícil tener un buen plato de ensalada en este lugar.

15/04/2025: Really a beautiful place, super simple and no frills. The waiter is really nice and in a very good mood. The locals come to have coffee there as they pass by. We had a good time there, having an aperitif and playing a board game, relaxed despite the crowds in Lucca and the rain. Very cool!
