22/06/2025: In the summer of 2025, we stayed at Antica Casa Basari in Borgo Ticino and had lunch one day while touring around Lake Maggiore. It was a local restaurant recommended by Michele, the owner of Casa Basari, and the food was good and the atmosphere was good. It was lunchtime, so there were quite a few people, but the friendly staff served us quickly, so we had a light lunch. I had seabass and my wife had dumplings. We had a healthy, delicious pre-meal bread.

05/06/2025: Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, the owner very kind and cordial in his simplicity and affability. We will definitely return.

17/06/2025: pizzas, and all the dishes in general, exceptional; IMPECCABLE service: even when the room is packed (which is almost always and it couldn't be otherwise) the order always arrives for the whole table at the same time; kindness and cordiality at the highest levels...you really can't ask for more.

08/05/2025: We were amazed by the varieties of pizzas, focaccias and calzones that this pizzeria can offer. Majestic pizza and service. Thanks again for your availability! If you haven't been there yet, there's still time to fix it🙃

12/07/2025: Terrible experience. We booked for 9:30 and upon arrival, we were told we'd have to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Despite this, we only managed to get seated at 10:30, which is a shame because the meat was excellent.

29/06/2025: One of our favorite places for un-fussy basic Tuscan cuisine. Fun and casual atmosphere. Also a great pizza menu. Big with locals in the Camaiore area.

10/05/2025: we sat down at 8.15pm, we ordered at 10.30pm and went to call them and the pizzas arrived at 10.30pm after many warnings about the slowness, they justified themselves by saying that they had had problems with the oven American pizza without mozzarella arrived with an imperceptible thread of tomato and RAW.. I had never been there and I don't think I will return, not recommended

16/06/2025: Lunch for granddaughter's communion, excellent place, excellent all-fish menu. All guests satisfied with the lunch and the restaurant and the view you see.

21/02/2025: Family-run hotel with really large and very well-furnished rooms. The excellent cuisine, then, makes the stay even more pleasant, adding "flavor" to the relaxing atmosphere that you experience in this structure.

17/06/2025: My partner has had an annual place with them for 27 years. Friendly and helpful staff. Michele, Paolo, Marco and Tommy are always present and ready for any need. At Luciano you feel like you are part of the family, everyone knows each other a little. Recommended place.

15/06/2025: Good value for money, very friendly, and the facility is clean. A delicious late macchiato for €1.50 is unbeatable.

12/07/2025: The pici cacio e pepe were excellent! Very nice place and professional service. We had a great time there as a family. One suggestion would be to mention on the menu that the Bomba pizza, besides being excellent, is definitely spicy ☝️

15/05/2025: Very nice and welcoming little place on the road. During the break I offer a fixed menu for €13 with excellent first and second courses with side dishes. Very fast service that allows for a quick lunch break perfect for work.

28/05/2025: I visited here with the president and employees of a nearby company. It's a restaurant that seems to be loved by locals, and the food was delicious.

26/05/2025: Excellent and friendly service, great attitude. The food and coffee was fresh and tasty. Coffee loved the pastries ( mouth watering). The wife couldn't resist the temptation 😂.

04/05/2025: Premessa Come ho già scritto nelle precedenti recensioni, dare un giudizio su un ristorante è molto personale e i gusti variano da persona a persona, ma l'Agristorante La Ficaia, merita di essere provato, almeno 1 volta, poi deciderete Voi se tornarci o no. Da sottolineare che è possibile scegliere fra menù tradizionale o vegetariano. Oggi, pranzo di famiglia, a La Ficaia. La posizione non è delle migliori, fra quelle che abbiamo visitato, ma una volta entrati, bè è da vedere, si viene accolti da un ambiente pieno di vissuto, ex frantoio. A riceverci c'era Alfredo, che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Abbiamo iniziato con antipasti, i primi, un secondo con contorno e i dolci. Abbiamo acquistato anche 2 vasetti di miele prodotto da Alfredo, oramai apicoltore a livello amatoriale, ma in passato a livello professionale. Un ringraziamento lo merita anche lo staff che lavora in cucina : Monica, Jacopo ed Emanuela. Conclusione È stato un pranzo, che potrei definire speciale, perché ogni portata, poteva sembrare normale, ma quando iniziavi ad assaggiarla, ecco li si sentiva la differenza, ma non voglio descrivere quello che poi è troppo personale, ma sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie.

26/06/2025: This restaurant is just fabulous, the view is incredible, the staff too. It's very generous, everything tastes excellent! I highly recommend it, after spending the night, I would come back for breakfast the next morning!
