Very nice and welcoming place for lunch on a summer day. Excellent pizza. The staff are attentive and friendly. The bathroom is very clean despite the crowds.

Excellent find in Lucca! A truly Italian atmosphere with many local customers, which is always a great sign. The ingredients are fresh, the pizzas delicious and prepared with care. The service is pleasant and efficient. The value for money is remarkable, especially for a restaurant located in such a touristy city. It's far from a simple tourist trap: here, you eat authentic food and you can feel the passion for Italian cuisine. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca who wants to enjoy a truly good pizza in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Today I had lunch at Pizzeria Itaco! I'd say it was an excellent experience. Pizza, Cecina, 5 e 5, stuffed schiacciate... a real delight. I was especially struck by the truly light and digestible dough. Very unique. I complimented them. And what can I say about the kindness of the service? I'll definitely be back. They love animals. And my dog ​​loved it. Really well done.

I can highly recommend coming here for the pizza. So tasty and fresh. Loved being able to see it made and popped into the pizza oven. Small is plenty for 1 person as well. Little gem in Lucca for pizza lovers.

12/04/2026: Saturday lunch pizza: excellent, cooked in a wood-fired oven and generously topped with quality ingredients. Wide selection of pizzas and other dishes. Pizzas by the slice and an excellent thin and crispy farinata, cooked to perfection. Grilled Florentine steak, priced by weight. The menu is on the table on QR code. There's no cover charge and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Fast and friendly service. Limoncello is included.

21/05/2026: I only ate one portion to take home. In the end, I should have bought four because they were so good and cheap (€2). I loved the thin pastry and the filling.
