05/11/2025: A wonderful experience. We stayed in the tower suite, which was fantastic. The castle is spacious and well-maintained, and the prices are absolutely fair. Plus, there's a good restaurant. Stop here for a night if you're in the province of Arezzo.

14/02/2026: The Valentine's Day dinner was excellent, both the meat and fish menus were delicious. The service, however, could be improved, as my appetizer arrived after my companion had already finished his. I ordered a mixed fried fish main course (shrimp and scampi), and they didn't even have a fish knife available. The atmosphere was charming and quaint. The pool and overall location were beautiful.

16/12/2025: We celebrated our daughter's graduation...we couldn't have asked for anything better! Excellent seafood lunch, as well as a selection of excellent meats and a special lunch for our two little kids. A truly delicious cake was included. The welcome was wonderful and the location beautiful. Thanks to Stefania and her staff.

22/02/2026: The place is quite basic, but clean. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. It was a very pleasant evening with fairly high-quality food. We'll definitely return.

10/04/2026: The seating area in the main restaurant area is small but the menu is excellent and service has always been great. It is almost underground in a vaulted space beneath the loggia above. Regional specialties are the way to go. They make the best tortellini en brodo that I have ever had, although that's usually a special and not guaranteed to be on the menu. One of the better restaurants in Castiglion Fiorentino in my opinion.

19/06/2025: Nel borgo storico di Lucignano questo ristorante è veramente buono: cucina della tradizione toscana di ottima qualità, anche quella più semplice (panzanella strepitosa) servita in un bel ristornate con una bellissima terrazza. I prezzi sono corretti, come le porzioni. Il personale è gentile ed estrmamente professionale, sia nei tempi che nei modi. Complimenti.

19/05/2025: Siamo arrivati all'ultimo minuto di sabato sera, e nonostante il locale fosse pieno, Stefania – gentilissima e davvero professionale – è riuscita a trovarci un tavolo. Un grazie speciale a lei per l'accoglienza e l'ottimo servizio! Abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo: come antipasto abbiamo preso dei crostini deliziosi, saporiti e ben presentati. Il piatto forte della serata è stata la bistecca in costa, cotta alla perfezione e tenerissima – semplicemente eccezionale. Il tutto accompagnato da un vino rosso di Montalcino che ha esaltato ogni sapore. Davvero ottimo! Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti: qualità, atmosfera e servizio impeccabili. È un ristorante che consiglio vivamente, ma… prenotate per tempo, soprattutto nel weekend!

04/04/2026: The welcome was good. The pasta was tasty, but the tiramisu was just a bowl of industrial cream with a biscuit, and the crostata had stale jam. Near us was a table of extremely noisy children; the shouting and general hubbub were unbearable. Regrettably, despite our request, the restaurant owner didn't intervene to ask them to quiet down. Avoid at all costs!

02/01/2026: We happened upon it by chance on December 31st for lunch. The restaurant, located in the central area of ​​Piazza Baldaccio, isn't very large and was also very crowded, but they very kindly found us and set a table right away. A great selection of first and second courses, and a wide selection of beers and soft drinks. Nothing is left to chance here; there are menus available for both vegetarians and celiacs. For example, I ordered a gluten-free pizza, as I'm celiac, and it was excellent. I should point out that the pizza wasn't frozen, but made fresh. Thanks to the separate fryers, I was also able to order French fries, which I've rarely found as good and crispy as these, and to finish, a spectacular ciskake, kindly recommended by Mr. Fernando. By the way, Mr. Fernando, whom I met there that day, is truly an exquisite person: kind, professional, and incredibly charming. My wife and daughter also had a great time; my daughter enjoyed an excellent carbonara, and my wife a spectacular local dish. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended, and when you go, give Fernando a shout out!
