The pizza dough rose perfectly, the coffee was delicious, as was the cappuccino. Oh, I almost forgot the desserts: wonderful!!

Visited for lunch during a vacation in Arezzo. The bruschetta was delicious, and the first courses were excellent. Both the house apricot dessert and the house wine (a slightly dull Grechetto) were disappointing. The coffee, unfortunately, was terrible (sour).

At Lievito Madre, you can also purchase niche food products of truly exceptional quality. The owner, Mr. Paolo, is very kind and knowledgeable.
