01/05/2024: Lovely view , beautiful hotel and the staff was nice too. But not for a vegetarian. They had only Ravioli which they served without sauce as the sauce had ham . We were coming from Florence after having the best food there and completely disappointed. I am sure the rest of the food would be good just not the vegetarian one . And yes, they didn't serve the bread either . Not sure why ?

20/04/2024: More than 4 ✨they were 3 and 1/2. Good quality of products, good quantity, normal quality/price ratio (average). Modern environment, the only shame is that the tables are very close together (little privacy) and that the buzzer calling for dishes from the kitchen is a little too loud. The helpful and friendly service was not very attentive to detail (you bring oil to the table and you forget about the salt - you don't supply bread despite the appropriate saucer).

28/03/2025: cibo: 7/10 eccesso di sale e olio. conto: 5/10 in due abbiamo speso 120€ per una qualità di sapori che non lo meritano. location: 8.5/10 a me è piaciuta tranne il momento in cui hanno spento le luci e abbiamo mangiato con un lumino che di luce ne faceva il minimo indispensabile. servizio: 10/10 precisi, cordiali e molto simpatici.

08/04/2025: Hi, we want a good review for this fantastic bar. Welcoming, clean, the owners are very polite. We come to Arezzo every now and then but we wait for the train. We are always there at the GALLINI BAR. WE AND OUR DOG LILLY. THANKS TO YOU

20/11/2024: I didn't know Bar Gallini, but passing through Arezzo I tried this new place for me. A good point in its favor is that there are several tables outside available for customers, moreover in a space fairly sheltered from the elements. I approach the counter and a refined and very kind lady receives me, on the other side. I look among the sandwiches, all fresh and appetizing looking. I ask for what I have chosen and pay. Surprise: the prices are so cheap that I am surprised. Quality, courtesy and... price! I left happy :)

25/04/2025: Assurdo, servizio, pessimo, attesa immensa, antipasto per 2 con mini porzioni da dover dividere. Molto peggiorato rispetto all'anno scorso.

25/04/2025: Servizio pessimo, venerdì festivo con solo una cameriera… Arrivo ore 13:30, abbiamo ordinato subito e alle 15:00 ancora non abbiamo ricevuto la prima portata. Cibo al decente ma porzioni risicate e in risposta alle nostre lamentele il personale ci ha testualmente risposto con: “C’è anche l’altra parte di ristorante dobbiamo servire prima loro”. Fortemente sconsigliato.

23/10/2024: Cena di un 25° ... ottima location, servizio impeccabile, cibo ottimo. Tutto si è svolto alla perfezione. Complimenti a tutto lo staff
