20/07/2025: Ore 14:00 arrivo su prenotazione. 14:05 ordinazione di due (2) antipasti da dividersi in cinque per un assaggio e contemporaneo ordine di primi piatti. 14:10 arrivo di 2 piattini con polpo e 1 crostino. 14:15 ritiro dei piattini. Attesa attesa attesa con salivazione rispetto ai primi e secondi piatti che vengono ai tavoli intorno, e arrivati dopo di noi. Ore 15:00 richiesta del conto per andarcene. Non un plissè, non una scusa. I nostri 5 primi piatti non erano neanche pensati. Fine: €41 x tre bottiglie di acqua spillata da 75ml. mezzo litro di vino, 2 mini antipasti. Non un saluto non una scusa, niente. NON ANDATE!

28/06/2025: The expectations proposed by the site are not met, the menu that is on the site is not the one proposed... the service alas. After bringing us the menu, they "imposed" us with arrogance, that since there were 8 of us we should all eat the same, because "in starred restaurants it works like this". After other comments worthy of the "swear word" we ate, good octopus, good tortellini, "normal" seafood spaghetti, duck breast rejected, dessert I personally did not take it but from the look they had nothing to do with those portrayed on the site. Bottle of champagne brought without having asked for it, of quality. I don't know if we paid for it, because they didn't show us the bill, at the cashier they told us it was €40 per person! I expected more, but perhaps they assumed they had to make amends for their attitude. NB at the time of booking they absolutely did not mention the fact that since there were 8 of us they would "propose" a fixed menu to us. There were about twenty people so I don't think it was a request due to the wind.

01/06/2025: We came for dinner and booked by phone, the guy seemed very kind and put us in a secluded place. A place so secluded that he forgot about us. For each course an eternal wait (we took two mixed grills, two glasses of wine, a water and a dessert for a total of €90) after the infinite wait they didn't even do the part of offering a bitter for a mix-up) ... moral: good food, not abundant courses, kind but unprepared staff... to be improved

03/08/2025: gusti davvero particolari; buone le crepe e i gelati; ogni volta escono gusti nuovi e si è curiosi; buone anche le torte gelato

27/07/2025: Unglaublich gutes Eis, jeden Tag gibt es neue Sorten. Seit 5 Jahren kennen wir diese. Eissalon und er ist ausgezeichnet!

28/04/2025: Il non plus ultra in quanto a pasta fatta in casa …io che non amo i ravioli ricotta e spinaci di questi me ne sono innamorata🥰 In un paesino arroccato sui monti si trova questo ristorante rustico dal sapore antico RISTORANTE IL MATTARELLO

21/05/2025: Ogni anno era tappa fissa per noi ragazzi del campeggio Gabbiano. Questo signore non era un cuoco, era nostro amico. Preparava per noi 20 portate diverse con tantissime tipologie di pesci e frutti di mare spaziali. Ma la cosa che ci faceva ritornare ogni volta non erano i piatti che ci serviva ma l'ospitalità, il carisma e sopratutto la mentalità giovanile che continuava ad avere difronte agli anni che si portava sulle spalle. Per noi 20/30 ragazzi che lo abbiamo conosciuto lo ricorderemo per sempre come una persona d'oro, pieno di storie da raccontarci e serate uniche. Ti vogliamo bene Gianni ❤️🕊.
