19/08/2025: After an afternoon at the beach, we stopped for dinner. It was a lovely surprise; we dined by the sea. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the seafood risotto was truly excellent. I'm giving it 5 stars and looking forward to another dinner to try other dishes.

15/08/2025: What a shame. The staff was kind, but the kitchen was out of order on August 15th. The menu had a choice of three appetizers, three first courses, and three second courses, and it was unbearable. Arriving at 12:30, we ate the last course at 3:00 PM. The ingredients were frozen. The staff, though very embarrassed, were kind. With those ingredients and that service (meaning the kitchen) it was expensive even at half the price. What do I know? I eat at restaurants for lunch and dinner every day and have even worked in the industry. 2 out of 3 diners reluctantly gave up their second course. I had to apologize to my guests. #SHAME

23/05/2025: Locale alla vecchia maniera, casalingo e accogliente. Il menù è ovviamente tipicamente toscano e ma da vegetariana sono riuscita comunque a scegliere. La qualità è eccellente, le porzioni giuste. Antipasti a 8€ primi sui 15€ e secondi sui 18€. Rapporto qualita prezzo eccellente!!!

19/05/2025: Ho mangiato da sola in questo ristorante storico. AMBIENTE:Il locale è molto bello, che sa di antico. Due salette, tavoli spartani con tovagliette e personale gentissimo. CIBO:Non ho mangiato molto perché la loro proposta è diversa da quello che volevo io per cena. Oltre ai piatti nel menù c'erano anche piatti del giorno come il collo di anatra ripieno e le fave fresche con il pecorino. RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO: essendo in centro città mi sembra un costo ragionevole e non eccessivo Bellissimo locale e ottima la loro zuppa tipo ribollita

15/08/2025: Given the positive reviews, we decided to try it. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The price, however, was a nasty surprise. I thought, given the photos of the place and the trattoria-like presentation of the dishes, that the prices would be more reasonable.

13/08/2025: A genuine place, with outstanding appetizers (lardo and vergazzata 🔝) and superb first courses, including an honorable mention for the tordelli with ragù. The second courses we saw at other tables also looked very inviting. The desserts were also very good!

13/06/2025: Einfacht typisch Italienische Küche. Sehr ruhig gelegen im der Toskana. Einfache gute Küche. Mit Bilder schön beschrieben wie die Gerichte aussehen. Nonna macht die Pasta selber.

18/05/2025: In posizione defilata, lungo la strada che da Castel porta a San Gimignano, la Locanda del Borgo è un ambiente tranquillo dove si mangia toscano e bene. Ottimi i pici al ragú bianco di cinta senese così come le caramelle ripiene con la pera e il formaggio versato a cascata. Gustosissimo il tagliere con affettati toscani (coppa, finocchiona e salame) accompagnato da crostoni e salsine, il tagliere di formaggi e…senz’altro la famosa fiorentina che qui è certo di casa. Prezzi non economici, ma ormai nello standard. Cena consigliata a chi si trova da queste parti.

18/07/2025: Bagno Firenze offers every comfort a guest could desire. Every detail is meticulously designed, from the aesthetics to the amenities. The restaurant is also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes. Highly recommended, the TOP!

18/07/2025: Completely absent attention to the dishes being served. An 8-euro piadina with cheese that tastes like sewer and tons of oil dripping from the eggplant and zucchini (obviously strictly commercial). First course: overcooked maltagliati that fell off the fork with scorpion fish. 14 euros. Staff were completely unsympathetic and laughed in our faces when we pointed this out. Catering is something else entirely. Close

24/08/2025: We got takeout from the drive-thru and it wasn't a positive experience. The wait was long. They probably need more staff. Anyway, a wait of more than 30 minutes at the drive-thru is a long time.

19/08/2025: Because of the usual high attendance, they're understaffed. That poor girl who takes orders at the drive-thru also has to handle deliveries—she's very good, but she's alone. They're certainly understaffed; at least during the summer months, if they had more staff, there would be shorter lines.

20/07/2025: Rude owner after a customer pointed out the long waiting times of more than an hour, the owner took the liberty of responding to the customer and speaking over him, very exaggerated prices for the non-existent service and the very small quantity of food, I will not return

19/07/2025: Non-existent staff, after 50 minutes of waiting and having asked how many dishes were missing, the staff, in addition to not having given an answer, brought the dishes after an hour and a quarter. The staff even dared to turn their backs on a customer while he was talking to him.

14/06/2025: I change my previous review positively. I find everything I'm looking for in the bakery. Hot breakfast pastries in the morning, soft, fragrant and full of seasoning. The savory ones are also excellent for a snack or a snack. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended bakery.

03/06/2025: The kind shopkeeper lady was a truly lovely person who made our first vacation in Italy unforgettable. Despite the language barrier, she went out of her way to help us with genuine warmth and kindness. As a sweet gesture, she even offered us a few cookies to make us feel welcome. Her hospitality set a beautiful tone for our entire trip, and we're deeply grateful for the encounter.

10/05/2025: Appena arrivati, Tando due ore prima abbiamo mangiato un buon minestrone baccalà alla livornese tutti i piatti della magica Val di Nievole toscani e soprattutto caserecci fagiolini lessi personale molto attento e gentile, soprattutto svelto questo locale lavora moltissimo ideale per pranzi di lavoro consigliatissimo

24/02/2025: Locale,in uno squallore totale! Da mandare i nas!! Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante e purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Il personale non è stato particolarmente accogliente e le pietanze non sono state all’altezza delle aspettative. Inoltre, i piatti erano visibilmente sporchi, il che è inaccettabile in un locale che dovrebbe garantire igiene e qualità. Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma ritengo che ci siano margini di miglioramento significativi, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la qualità del servizio. Sebbene i prezzi siano accessibili, non posso consigliare questo posto."

21/08/2025: It's been years since I've found a restaurant that cooked fish this well. Perfect flavors, perfectly cooked. I ordered takeout yesterday, and it was packaged so well that it was still hot after an hour. You can see the attention they give to their customers from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely return. My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff for their friendliness and professionalism.

21/08/2025: Our personal experience: the place is nice and clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. The food isn't bad, just average. We tried a bit of everything, from appetizers to pizzas to pasta dishes. Among these, the best dish was the spaghetti with tomato sauce—simple, perfectly cooked, and plentiful. We were disappointed, however, with the Caprese salad: three slices of tomato and three slices of mozzarella (regular mozzarella, not buffalo mozzarella) for €14 each. A macchiato is €3, a regular coffee is €2.50. €3 per person for a cover charge (knife, fork, and paper napkin). In our opinion, these prices are high for the quality-price ratio. To be fair, the receipt showing the prices paid is attached. We won't be returning.
